What a wonderful experience. Im from the other coast and needed to have gel polish removed for a class I was taking. After calling a few places that were very rude and didnt want to do a minimal job, I walked into Rose Nails. They were very pleasant, sat me right away and took care of my request. The gentleman was very professional and experienced. My nails are now beautiful and smooth. I truly wish we had a salon like this in Ft. Pierce.

David does the best work! I love them and last 3week easy. I wont go to anybody else.

The manager seems to have an attitude n gets smart at the mouth. On top of that my mom has been going there for a month getting dip nails n he over charged her. I called because if dip is $45 n she had the same shape etc n she was just getting a fill in why charge her $5 extra n he the only one that does it. So to me he making prices as he go if i called n spoke to him n he said $45 . Then hes like o i can get $5 back that’s not acceptable at all so he knowingly over charged her naw she will be going somewhere else for now on. No one i mean no one will take my mother for granted as long as i have breath in me.

Just had my first visit and will go back again and again! I rarely rate things but I had to for this. Amazing pedicure with such a sweet lady for my daughter and I and we feel amazing afterwards! Everything was sanitized and made it feel like a clean, relaxing environment.

David does a nice job with pink & white powder, but I was charged a 3%+ service fee for using a debit card (Visa). I contacted Visa and was told vendors cannot charge a fee to use Visa debit cards. They can only do so on credit cards. Fees a vendor pays are the cost of doing business and should not pass it along to the customer. No other nail salon I have been to in the Lakeland area has charged a fee. IF I return to this establishment, I will only use cash and if I dont have enough for a tip? Too bad.

The one star is only because Lainey was so amazing. As for the rest of my experience....no thanks. People go to a nail salon and pay good money to relax. Not to listen to other employees be so unprofessional arguing on their cell phone cussing the person on the other line out. Lots of drama. My nail tech was the only good thing about that place. Ive never been to a nail salon where some of the employees are free to act so unprofessional.

EMPLOYEES WITHOUT MASKS & RIDICULOUSLY TOO EXPENSIVE!!! my daughter & I got mani/pedis, which normally cost me $50-70 max and they charged me $124! I didn’t notice until we were halfway done that 3 employees had no masks & one had his pulled down below his chin.

I would’ve put a 5 star because Maria gets me right EVERY TIME! She’s so sweet and the best at what she does. However the man David is all about a dollar and can be rude. I had a text on my phone for 10% and he told me “No only 5” took my phone and deleted the text that clearly showed 10% off. Just greedy, but other than that I have no complaints.

I love this place! It is the best nail salon Ive found close in the area. The technicians are all so nice and professional and the salon is very accommodating when Ive brought several people with me. Im never disappointed by my manicure and pedicure. I get pedicures and they have always done a great job.

The woman that gave me a pedicure was kind, thorough and gentle. Her message was so soothing that the thought of getting up made me sad. She helped put my shoes on and carried my purse to the register. Super sweet service and even a better value. For money and great service, triple tip them in cash! I think they also served complimentary beverage. Awesome place!

I absolutely love this salon and trust no one else with my fingers and toes. Every single worker I have come in contact with has been nothing but sweet to me. The manager is such a sweetheart and always makes it a point to say hi to me and ask me if I would like a beverage. The price is high but for the detail, patience, understanding and loyalty these men and women have it is definitely worth the price!! Very very clean and so chic!

Sam is amazing. He took my appointment 30 minutes before they were suppose to close. He does amazing work. No rushing to get me in and out, especially on Memorial Day weekend. So happy for the care that went in to doing my nails correctly!!! ❤️Sam!!!

I was highly impressed with my visit to the spa. When I first walked in, I was blown away by how clean it was. The spa offers plenty of choices to pick from, ranging from regular to deluxe. I noticed the spa doesnt reuse the supplies for the pedicures. They either allow you to take the home or disregard them. They also use plastic around the pedicure bowls, which makes it very sanitary. The prices are pretty comparable to most upscale nail salons. I was overall a highly satisfied customer.

Ive been here a few times, each with a different employee. Each experience has been great! You never have to wait long! This place is great!! I highly recommend.

Call first to make sure whoever performed your service will be in before you go, that way they can help you. I had a time where my gel polish was messing up and I went in and it was fixed free of charge right away. They provide wonderful customer service. The shop is cozy and the pedicure chairs are awesome. They have massagers in them! Also, Dari does amazing pedicures! People may think prices are a bit high compared to some salons but you get what you pay for and it is worth every penny!!!!! My friend recommended this place to me and I love it! I got a basic pedicure here for $25 with polish, the owner was the one doing me and he was so friendly and Sweet! All the staff were so funny and always had a smile on their face! The only downside to this place is the cost of gel polish, it’s a $15 extra charge. But gel is expensive everywhere else. I’m always weary if a nail Solon will be hot especially since it’s in Florida. But as soon as I walked in the door mid summer I felt a cool relieving breeze ❤️If you’re trying to decide where to go, I would definitely Recommend coming here!!!

This was my first time at the Salon and I loved it. I dont usually do my nails in salons, but my mom does. Great customer service ! we walked in and only had to wait about two Minutes to be service . I forgot the person name who did my pedicure but she was very nice, and quite . I liked the fact she did not talk me to death like some nail techs .

I went yesterday for the first time. The nail salon was dimly lit so I didnt notice until I got home that some of my nails were wavy and the polish had been painted over my cuticles. Not even two hours after getting my nails done, the polish peeled off on my thumb. Its been one full day and three of my nails are already chipped. I definitely will not be back and would not recommend.

To add to our horrible experience. Just left and my niece said the man hurt her skin because he was being so rough! I can see on two of her fingers where her skin looks rough/scrapped. She’s the quietest and sweetest girl, which is why she didn’t say anything in there. The polish isn’t nice either they missed spots and got stuff on their skin that they didn’t remove. Which for $10 I wouldn’t have a cared about the messiness but all the other stuff leads me to this bad review.

When I walked in I was greeted and led to a seat where they then asked if I wanted anything to drink. They have basic drinks there which was nice! I got the regular manicure and she was so detail oriented with the whole process. I was very impressed to get this kind of service and no shortcuts were taken.

Best pedicure Ive ever gotten! Even though we went on a Friday after work, the technician was super friendly, took her time, and made sure my pedicure was done impeccably. I was worried shed try to rush because they were so busy, but I felt like my friend and I were the only two people in the place. My feet looked and felt fabulous! Will definitely be returning!

Im scared to write a review about this place because its been my hidden gem for about a year now. The pedicures will last for upwards of a month without showing wear. The ladies are meticulous with their work as well. I always go in and get the 35 dollar pedicure which includes a scrub, hot towel wrap, etc. It is well worth the money. The ladies know be by name when I walk in the door. I would recommend that you either come in during the day if you are a walk-in or book an appointment if you are going to come in during the weekend. They are busy and busy for a reason; they are GOOD!

I saw this place on here and decided to give it a try. I got a pedicure. My appointment was on a Saturday. I got there right on time and was immediately greeted and sat. My pedicure is great so far and my toes look soo good. Definitely going to be coming here again and again! Theyre not that expensive either.

Recently starting going to this salon. Never a long wait, staff is extremely friendly. I like going here because everyone is great at what they do and you dont have to worry about getting a certain tech. Complimentary drink is a plus and I love all the add ons to the pedicures ! You wont be disappointed.

A friend and I came in as walk-ins for a pedi and we were greeted at the door. They have a large staff and many pedicure chairs ready to go. Everything was very clean and sanitary, the decor refreshing, and the staff was very friendly. As soon as we sat down we were offered a drink. I was impressed from start to finish. I will definitely be coming here for my pedicures from now on.

This place is a joke. These reviews have to be fake. I went here yesterday and Lanie messed my nails up. The owner said he would have to soak them off and restart. No apology after being there two hours already getting them done. He wouldn’t even look at me when he was talking. So rude and no type of customer service. Then he blamed me for the disaster. Saying she only did what you said. WHAT! I’m not a nail tech and didn’t tell her to do anything. I had to come back the next day and someone else re did them. He so graciously took a whole $5 dollars off the price and still never spoke to me. How do you stay in business treating people this way. I would stay away from this place!!! Me and my daughter will never go here again.

We were referred by a friend who worked there at once. At first we were so pleased with our services. Then we started having issues. My last visitthe tech soaked my nails in acetone for over two hours. My skin hasnt been right since. As much as we loved the staff..We wont be going back. My friend also had mildew and a hole in one of her nails. She is diabetic. Maybe its who you are that depends on the excellent service you get.

The place is very clean. They use a new nail file and pumice stone for everyone, and they put a plastic liner in the pedicure tub. AND they didnt try to use that hellish cheese grater on my feet that so many other places just assume I want and start to scrape skin off my feet. Ive been to a few other nail salons in the area and none of them compare. Do yourself a favor and run to this place.

I’ve been here a couple times & ive always loved what they’ve done with my nails. Today wasn’t as great. I showed the guy (never got his name) a picture of what I wanted. The thumb, middle & ring finger were suppose to be short & square while the index & pinky were stiletto. He ended up making what was SUPPOSE to be square, coffin & it really ruined the entire look of the nails. He never asked me if I wanted them coffin he just made them & by the time I noticed it was too late to say anything. I felt like it was extremely rushed & he TOLD me that they HAD to be short. I wasn’t able to go any longer than what I got & I wanted them longer. I’m not 100% upset with how they came out but I was extremely disappointed. Hopefully I’ll come in in a couple of weeks for a fill & get what I actually wanted. I only knocked one star off for this visit because they really are a great nail salon & I love coming here. I’ll just make sure to make an appointment from now on with the woman that did my nails the first time I ever came in & she was FANTASTIC. The guy I got today was really rushed & rough on my nails.

After reading the raving reviews on this place, I decided I had to try it. I did walk in without an appointment and was asked if I could come back after an hour. They were very sweet and tried to accommodate me - I came back after an hour and was seated immediately for my pedicure.

I came in for a simple Mani/pedi. No wait on a Friday afternoon so that was cool. However Im not impressed with the actual nail job I got. I felt she rushed through my manicure and I noticed she actually messed up in a spot or two. My pedicure is fine but after less than a week, my manicure is already cracked.

Good place for nails, good service and reasonable prices. Usually they have Groupons available for a discount. Always seems to be a wait even with an appointment.

(4 people). the bill came up to $200 then they got mad because I didnt tip everyone.. how you going to tell me to tip you?.very very rude place of business! This place is kind of hit or miss. Sometimes it’s great and other times my nails look okay or have cuts across them. Last pedicure I got, my toes were SO sore that I had a hard time at work the next day. It was miserable. Prices are kind of high and seem to keep getting higher. Some days it’s good and others it’s not.

Nails are insanely thick, flat, & uneven, even after the tech asking me if I wanted them thick and I said no I dont like clumpy nails. Almost all of them are crooked. Nail tech filed after painting and scratched the paint off the sides. Also got cut with the electric file amd the tech superglued the wound shut. Only reason Im not giving 1 star is because the guy was nice & the color is pretty.

Ive been having my nails done with Rose Nails for 12 years! They are awesome! Very clean, and you get your moneys worth. I drive from Winter Haven to Lakeland - thats how much of a difference I see from other places.

Just had my nails done Sunday (1/6/2019) and yesterday (1/8/2019) the gel has started to chip- I’m quite careful with my nails when I have them done. Under my right pointer finger, there was a section of gel that was not “cured” completely because the gel was put on to thick.... thus the chipping and peeling started from there. On several of my other fingers the sides have started to chip as well. There are several holes in the gel from bubbles when the gel cured and they popped. The lady taking care of me seemed to be in a rush and it wasn’t all that busy. Perhaps if she had taken a little more time some of the problems could have been avoided. Over all not satisfied with the service that I was provided with.

Called ahead to book two pedicure appointments for my sister and myself. Arrived when we said we would and waited 10 minutes. We were then left soaking for 35 minutes with no apology or recognition of the long wait. I’d have left but there were no towels nearby or technicians to ask for one. One person started on my sister and another started on me 15 minutes later. No one spoke to us or ever mentioned a reason for the delay. With so many nail salons in Lakeland, do yourself a favor and stay away.

This place deserves a 10 star rating! Sam was the absolute best...so thorough and friendly! The salon itself is very professional and clean. By far, my favorite pedicure. Rose sets the bar so high!!!

I went to this place because the reviews were so good but I really dont know how they are. I walked in for a manicure and pedicure and before the door shut behind me the man behind the counter was asking repeatedly what do you want? I couldnt even hear him because I was walking in. No hello, good day, how are you, nothing. Then the man that actually did the mani/pedi said my color choices were ugly and wanted me to pick one color for both my finger nails and toe nails. I would have honestly gotten up and left if I hadnt already been so far into the pedicure. He said it when he had already agreed with my colors and done most of the pedicure, right before he was going to apply a nail polish. At the end, once the manicure was done, he left me at the nail-drying station and never came back. He didnt tell me how long to stay nor checked up on me to see if my nails were dry. I felt very unwelcomed, like a bother, and looked down upon for some reason. I will definitely not come back again.
