DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Nichole Murphy totally chopped my hair she was supposed to “cut the dead ends” well she definitely did that and more! If I could give no stars I would!

I am here to have my son’s hair cut,What to say, Highly disappointmented, actually I don’t want to pay, even I can cut beter hair cut by my self, one of the employee behave very badly with us,she has no manners to talk with costumer, means you can’t complain to them that you don’t cut hair good, without asking her opinion she said to my son you look good ,your hair cut good, She argued with me in very loud voice and I don’t understand that to whom I complain because in presence of manager she behave very unprofessional, I feel insulted.I’m sure she is definitely not professional even in her work too.

I worked here. I dont suggest it. Completely terrible experience. Worst experience from a business owner and manager etc. Let anyone get hired and stay with warped priority standards by manager. I was conned and had unnecessary stress. I I communicated my issues and no change. Be cautious if you think about working here.Depending on who you see, fine to go to for services. This is purely from the background that is negative. It is possible to get a decent cut. Just choose your stylist wisely.Never will be working for this man and will forever avoid someone like him.

I came in at 6pm I was told that she will be closing at 7pm but she still ask me to signed in. I came all the way from the north Lakeland, so after signing in I sat there waiting to be called, 6:20 after waiting for 20 mins for my turn, someone came in and said they have appt at 6:15, did not even ask for the name and did not even check if that person was telling the truth or not but what Jeri the hairdresser did was just looked at me called me and said that I have to leave because she cannot hep me. So I politely left the place and will never go there again.

Katie is a super great stylist at Supercuts! I told her i wanted a Farah Fawcett hairstyle and she did it! Ha, who knew a young lady would know who Farah is?! The pictures are of my husband. He always likes how she cuts his hair, not the same as everyone else, but to fit his hair growth style. They are always personable and nice. We go back to see her every 3 months. Ask for Katie, you won’t be sorry.

I have been going to this salon for over 10 years and the staff there has always been so welcoming and friendly. If you are looking for a new hair stylist or just a great haircut go to this salon and ask for Michelle. She is very friendly and I would personally recommend her to anyone. Definitely will be more than pleased with Michelle!

My son and I went this morning, did great with my son and his looks great. I was just informed the back of my head is crooked and uneven. Wont be going back and now I have to go get my hair fixed elsewhere. Only gets two stars cause of my sons hair.

I came in to get a cut, had not had one in about 2 years so I was way overdue. Ivy saw me very quickly and did a good job. When I got home, I wasnt sure how I felt about it and decided that I needed a few more layers added in. Went back the next morning and saw Ivy again and she was very apologetic. I hadn’t been to a salon in 20 years the day I stepped into First Choice at Grove Park. Ivy was my stylist, and she listened to my needs and I walked out of there with the MOST BEAUTIFUL perm I’ve ever had!! And I’m 61 years old and have had many perms in my day. This salon will be my “FIRST CHOICE “ from now on!!!! Thanks Ivy!!
