Everyone is super nice and very quick to respond and help set up appointments. Ive used Kyli both times Ive gone and I am super happy leaving each time and my hair always feels great!

I was very hesitant to find a new stylist after a horrible experience at another salon, but I am soooo glad I found Kyli! She is amazing at what she does! She listened to all my concerns and asked questions to ensure we were both on the same page. Her shampoo massage was therapeutic. She knows how to handle long thick hair which has always been an issue for me. I am totally in love with my hair cut!!! I only had a hair cut done today but I will be back to see her again for a cut and color. So happy I found a new salon and stylist that I highly recommend!!!

Astrid was amazing! Gave me solid advice! I’ve wanted bangs but she gave me her honest and professional opinion on a better cut and I love it. I got a cut and a HED treatment. I have extremely thick hair and it took 3 hours. Past straightening treatments have taken WAY longer. She was quick, super friendly, and funny. She talked to me just enough. I personally don’t like overly chatty stylist. She was just perfect.

Terrible uneven hair cut was so embarrassed to be seen. On side was scraggly uneven the other side was shorter. 4 scissor’s 3 did not work equals 1 star.

Kyli is amazing, I haven’t gotten a haircut in years due to bad past experiences but based on the reviews I decided to give evolve a chance, it was a great experience. She cut, and styled my hair, about a week later I realized I wasn’t to happy with how my hair looked (not her fault at all I just have overly thick triangle hair lol) but I called and she seen me the next day, she fixed it beautifully and even curled it a bit for me at no extra charge. She is so wonderful, and I will definitely be coming back!

I wish I could post a picture. I had my hair done April 9th 2021. Full foil and I have like 2 inches of growth between hairline. I’ve had my hair foiled many times and have never had it look like I need it redone a month later. No ones hair grows that fast. So now I’ve got to find someone to do it after just paying $180 6 weeks ago bc she (Jess) didn’t get close enough to the root. My hair is very dark brown and I got blonde highlights and it looks ridiculous already. It looks like I got it done 6 months ago. The haircut is great, she was super nice, but the highlight is awful. (My kids took over my google account and I can’t figure out how to change the name my name is Jade Watts)

She took the time to talk me through what she was doing, making sure the cut and style would work with my routine, and gave me tips on how to style my hair to help encourage the curl. This salon is so clean and all of the stylists are so kind. You are offered a beverage each visit.I’ve had my hair cut by Sara, Paige, and Astrid. All three listened to what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable what what they were going to do before they did it. For example, Astrid cut the length off and let me see it before she continues with the rest. It was longer than I wanted but I appreciate that she made sure not to go too short. You can’t undo that. She let me check it and tell her if I wanted more off.I love this salon and will continue to come back!

I had my first ever haircut here in June of this year. I was really nervous but my stylist Kali was sure to adress all of my concerns and put me at ease. I went again in September and pre-booked an appointment for December. I will definitely be a long time customer.

Super upset with this place. My girlfriend went here to get her hair dyed blue and a cut. There was A LOT of issues and she will not return. She is not a review person but after seeing what happened and how they reacted when she tried to tell them really irked me.To start my girlfriend has had dyed hair for the three years I know her. She has always been red but felt like changing it to blue. She has done it professionally and done it at home, usually depending on if she can afford doing it professionally.She was nervous as she never bleached her hair so wanted to get the whole process done professionally.First thing first, the color is pretty off. She came in with a specific color and they even did a test strand on her hair to get that color(which I thought was a good idea). While my girlfriend and I like the color, is still not what she wanted and would prefer the one they agreed to.It seems they pressured her into not getting her roots done. While I dont care I thought it was odd because she will eventually have three hair colors once her roots grow in. She also admitted later she did want to have them match but the stylist highly suggested to do otherwise. A bit nitpicky I will admit but was already upset.My biggest issue however its THEY DID NOT PROPERLY WASH THE HAIR DYE OUT. When she first came home her hair was a very dark shade. I could tell she was upset but was trying to stay positive. After a day or so she went to wash her hair and it looked like a smurf massacre. This was hands down the worst staining I seen, and my gf and I both dyed our hair at home once. It took some serious effort with a magic eraser to get it all of and days before my girlfriends hand and back werent blueThis is when we noticed the color very much change. While her current color is closer to what she wanted it was off. After me telling her for days to call and complain she did.She turned it more into a question and sharing a concern but the person on the phone knew about her issues in the appointment and just said it does that with hair dye. How if you know the customer got the wrong color and other issues you dont check up with them.Overall was not happy with the service and especially with the customer service. Only reason I have it at two is because she likes the hair color. Thank you for attending my TED talk.

My hairstylist was Kyli. She was very sweet and really took attention to what I asked for. She did great layering my long outgrown nappy hair and colored it a subtle ash brown as I requested. I had a wonderful experience with Paige. She takes time to listen to what you want and offer suggestions without being pushy. She doesnt take off more length than you need either! She offered a lot of really great insights that I found very helpful. Shes absolutely worth the wait if you cant get in right away! Ive gone through a lot of stylists, and she is by far the best. I went to Evolve Studios because I had heard nothing but good things about Ms Bailey Vea. I can not compare another hairstylist to her. She is definitely up to date not only in the modern styles and trends, but she can fix your hair color if something isn’t right or if it’s done improperly by someone else, like mine was.,At another salon, mine ended up fried. And orange.By the time this talented young lady was done, I had a beautiful, healthy , soft chocolate balayage. I would recommend her to everyone who needs a hairstylist. She knows her stuff!!

Thanks to previous reviews, I decided to try it out. I called on a Thursday, and an appointment was made for the next day with Paige. My last haircut was 6 months prior, and Paige did a great cut and style. My husband loves it! I have had several compliments on the cut. Now my daughter wants me to call and schedule a cut and style for her when she comes home from college on her next break. I will be back! I have been searching for several years for someone that can cut and style my thick natural body hair, and will leave Zephyrhills for that.

I have been going to Sarah Butler at Evolve since I was 15 and Im 20 now. That tells you something. She is above and beyond talented! I wouldnt go anywhere else. She always listens to what I want and then adds in her own creative ideas and it ALWAYS comes out perfect! The atmosphere at her studio is so upbeat and fun! It feels like your in some really awesome NYC hangout. Im most definitely a happy customer and would recommend this hair studio to anyone and everyone :)

My hair was definitely over thinned. I naturally have very thick wavy/curly hair. The ends look horrible and straggly looking. Going this week to get corrected somewhere else. As nice as the girl was, she seemed miserable that day. I knew my hair felt thin in the salon but I left with my hair still partially wet so I assumed it would feel different once it fully dried. I have tried styling like she suggested but no matter what product I use, the ends of my hair do not hold nicely and flip out in thin strands. This is the thinnest my hair has ever been in my life and barely holds up in an updo now.

The truly the best salon in Lakeland!! I am very picky who does my hair because If it’s not properly conditioned due to my aging hair it will not managed right. Even after I tell the stylist my issues they treat it like the average person. Not Astrid she does an outstanding job on my hair! It always looks and feel great after she does it! And she has a wonderful personality! It’s not just Astrid that makes this salon a 5 star but all of the stylist there. In the few months that I have been going I see such harmony between all the stylist and their customers. They all put their heart and soul in what they do and everyone looks great when they are done!

I am new to the area and needed a new stylist. Went in for a consult and met Astrid, felt very comfortable with her and booked an appt. for a haircut. FINALLY a great haircut!! I have thick, curly hair, just past my shoulders...and until I found Paige, I was getting these awkward, thinned-out, frizzy layers at another salon where they always flat-ironed my hair to cut it. Paige explained to me why that kind of cut doesnt work for curly hair, and gave me a great Deva cut! She took great care to cut each curl family individually and made me believe she is 110% trained for curly girls! Very excited to have found my new salon!! :)

Paige rescued me today! I needed a new hair stylist who could touch up my roots (hiding my brown/grey hair.).She is amazing! I love the blond as its the best yet and she was able to tone it just right to get out all my red! The cut is perfect! Its just what I wanted.Oh and the chair to wash your hair is the most comfortable Ive ever sat in which is an added bonus.

I reached out to Bailey back in January asking about her availability for my wedding on March 8th and price quotes. She then said she could do March 8th and and we reviewed various styles. We had our consult and everything was good to go. I reached out to her a couple days ago to verify details and she then let me know she could no longer do makeup but could still do hair as she had booked another event on the same day... well she claims her salon booked it for her but I had already booked with her back in January. She then says well I didnt pay a deposit. To which I responded she never mentioned anything about that. I knew her personally and reached out to her through Instagram. She says her policies have been posted in facebook...but I was not on her facebook. Not to mention the fact that as a hair stylist myself, any time a client books with me, I inform them of all charges and deposits needed to book if any. She then quotes me for the hair service and adds on that there is a 50 dollar travel fee which she also never mentioned before. This is less than 2 weeks before my wedding! The least she couldve done was reach out to me a month or however long ago it was that she decided to book this other event. She then claimed it was a miscommunication when clearly it was on her as the one providing the service to give the information needed. I wouldve paid the deposit that day! It honestly seems to me that this other event is more what she wanted to do and neglected to even have a discussion with me. Her idea of making things right was to look for someone else for makeup for me. Im very picky and I choose who I want based on skills and research. My bridesmaid also left a review on her Facebook page to which she deleted and then responded to her nastily after all my bridesmaid said is that she was unreliable and we would be pursuing a different option. Bailey, we are in the same business. Its very unprofessional and rude the way you treated me and my friend. I was willing to leave it be until you acted so ugly toward my friend. So basically... if youre looking for someone reliable and professional, dont book with Bailey.

It was like the stars aligned and sent me straight to a master of curls: Paige!! She was able to take my I dont know its a damaged mess and needs help and give me an amazing cut and style!!! I went ahead and made an appointment in a few months because this lady is so helpful and patient and magical!! She is my new curl whisperer and I could not be more thankful!!

Very leery my first time going to a new studio, but got a Deva cut from Paige and she gave me exactly what I was looking for. Now I cannot tell you how many times I have been pleased leaving the salon and my hair looking great, but then to go home and on my own cannot reproduce that great style. I told Paige I want a no fuss cut with a lot of wave and that is exactly what I got. The next morning I shampooed my hair and let it dry and it turned out perfect just the way I wanted it. I was impressed when I had to wait for my appt time as I got to watch all the stylists working their magic on a variety of hair types, colors, cuts and styles with both male and female customers. All the stylists there are some of the best in Lakeland and I for one am so glad I picked the right salon to go to. The price was less than I have gotten at other well known higher end salons as well. I will be going to Evolve for my next hair needs.

I live in Tampa, yet for the past 10 years Ive driven to Lakeland passing like 1200 other salons just to have Sara Butler cut and color my hair. Why? Because shes awesome. Sara is capable of taking my cryptic ass requests like, make me look like this mug shot or I only have $40 and translating them into amazing practical styles for my life. Sara has also given me some of the best highlights, lowlights and all-over color ever. I mean like women stopping me on the street and asking where I had my hair done. Sara also has that approachable personality thats all like, Heres a glass of wine, girlfriend. Tell me again about your BS job.I think its only fair to disclose that Sara is my cousin. However she is usually just my 2nd and sometimes only 3rd favorite cousin so this review isnt really bias.
