I am so impressed with the compassion and gentle hands with my girls today in the Ronkonkoma office. Everyone from the front desk to each provider/tech we saw there were so good to my 2 girls. Exceptional. They offered my girls stickers in the waiting room (which was so helpful) and the wait time was MINIMAL compared to other urgent care centers we have been to. I will NEVER use other pediatric urgent care centers again. The office was clean and you could tell high traffic areas were frequently wiped down. As a medical provider myself I cannot stress how wonderful my experience was there today. Well done to everyone.

Dr. Thomas and his entire staff were the nicest medical personnel I have ever met with! I felt so welcome and comfortable in the office, and during my entire visit! Dr. Thomas was extremely encouraging and understanding throughout my exam, and when speaking to him about long term health goals. There is not one bad thing I can say about MD365 in Ronkonkoma. I am very grateful I’ve found them and my PCP, Dr. Thomas . He shows compassion , understanding and actually listens to what you have to say . I’ve had a rough time in the past with PCP, as far as I’m concerned , Dr. Thomas is gold . The staff is very accommodating and they try their best to accommodate your needs .

By far the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. The staff is super friendly and attentive. Very clean. Never a long wait. Surprised considering there are so many people complaining these days about walk in centers lately. I drive 30 minutes out of my way just to go here. Worth it every time.

I cannot say enough about MD365. Dr. Thomas is the absolute BEST!! He takes his time with his patients, never rushed, goes above and beyond. The staff is AMAZING. So friendly and patient. They are always willing too work around my schedule. I highly recommend.

We are fully vaccinated but wanted to be safe before spending time with our 1 y/o grandchild. MD365 was the 6th place we went to for a rapid test that day. Everyone else had a 2 hour wait (with a bunch of coughing patients in the waiting room) or they wouldn’t help without an appointment. MD365 had an eager staff of pleasant, smiling, helpful faces.They did the rapid test right away with results within 15 minutes. I would absolutely use them again when my primary isn’t available. I am so happy that I found MD 365 after my last primary retired. I am a senior with a serious health issue and Dr. Thomas is an excellent caring doctor who is very thorough and takes the time to listen to what I have to say.The staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to make sure I’m taken care of respectfully.MD 365 has the best primary doctor and staff that I’ve ever had.

Everyone at Med 365 is polite and professional. I did not make an appointment, so I had to wait in my car which was absolutely fine. I was called in and seen immediately. Tests were done and they called with the results. Doctors and PAs here are very kind and I was treated like a valued patient

I had to take my 3 year old daughter for a COVID test and I was dreading it. The nurse, Dee, made the whole process so much easier by joking with her and giving her stickers and a lollipop at the end. She really put us both at ease and just went above and beyond!

The staff at MD 365 Ronkonkoma were both friendly and professional. I didnt have to wait at all to start my visit and Dr. Thomas didnt take long to come see me. I took my son as a walk in. They took him in fairly quickly and barely waited! The doctor was super nice! And the whole staff were super friendly towards him. Plus he got stickers and a lollipop so he was happy.

Staff at 365 are welcoming and kind. Professional and personable. My Dr Barnaby is so knowledgeable, engagable, which helps me with my nervousness or white coat syndrome. My b/p was within normal range, non judgmental..I will make my 2 month follow up.

We have used Med365 many times for covid testing for travel and rapid testing for camps and they are just so accommodating and friendly. They definitely go above and beyond to make your appointment and just offer great customer service all around which is rare these days. Our nurse who originally did our covid testing last year remembered us, even with masks on covering our faces, from over a year ago. We have never had a problem and this is why I keep going back. Other clinics are just so rude and let you know you are a bother. Why I even try going anywhere else is beyond me.

I dont know if it has any affiliation with the other doc in the box practices but I would prefer to go MD365. Nicer,calmer staff in Ronkonkoma from reception to assistant to the doctor was great.

I went to MD 365 to get a Covid Test for traveling on a Sunday. I must say, excellent & professional customer service was provided to me.Doc there even came in to the office to follow-up on me. I will reccommend MD 365 in Ronkonkoma, NY to my family & friends. Thanks for all you do MD 365!

Everyone was very polite and it was nice that the doctor was able to follow up with a prescription later when I needed it. I appreciate the responsiveness.

Wasn’t happy with the wait time. I had an appointment for 12:30 and I didn’t get called into a room until after 1:10. Sat there alone for 10 minutes and finally the doctor came in and administered the Covid test to me. He left, I waited again. Finally, someone else came in and asked if I minded sitting in the waiting room for my results, so I did. 15 minutes later, I got the results that I didn’t have to wait for because they send you an email anyway.

I have found this team of healthcare providers to be compassionate, knowledgeable and professional. I’ve been there several times and never wait long and always have my concerns addressed. I heartily recommend this clinic.

The doctors are good, but the front desk staff leaves something to be desired. They’re totally done taking patients at 2pm and can’t make accommodations for those of us that work. It doesn’t matter to them that this right here is what’s causing the virus to spread. The woman behind the desk was all too cavalier about the fact that I wouldn’t be able to be seen bc of work conflicts and their next available appointment is in 2021.

My family and I went for a covid-19 test prior to travel. The staff was fantastic. We were treated promptly once the check in process was completed. They were wonderful in treating our son who is 3 yrs old. They were kind and gentle and made the experience very pleasant. Want to give special praise to DeeDee. She was exceptional in treating our son. She showed caring and patience and took pride Im her work. First class place would recommend.

The entire staff is efficient, friendly, and professional. They did all they could to assist me when my son was ill, and they continued to follow up to make sure I had the results of necessary tests and that my son was improving. I went there for a Covid test two weeks ago line moves decently fast. Quick and easy when you go inside. Everybody that works there was extremely nice and helpful. The woman that gave me my Covid test was named Rebekka She was very nice and gentle with the test. If you go here I would recommend her!!! I was very nervous going in and getting the test done but she helped calmed me down and I was very thankful for that.

I loved going to MD 365. All the people were polite, courteous and helpful with the check in process. They would give you an estimated time, and it was shorter than they said. I was very pleased with everything.

Arrived at 700 am for a covid test. I failed to make an appointment. They opened promptly at 900. I had my results by 1015. Everyone I met were very nice and helpful. I would recommend this office highly.

My husband went for a Covid test as a walk in at the Ronkonkoma location. He was there when they opened with a long line of about 10 people ahead of him. He patiently waited in the rain for an hour just to check in. After checking in at the kiosk around 10am the receptionist Taylor told him the walk in covid testing wait was 2-3 hours and said he could go home and they would call him. At 2pm my husband called and Taylor said there were still 4 people ahead of him and she guaranteed he would be tested before the end of day. Not sure how 2-3 hours turned into a day. I then called to find out the process when Taylor insulted my intelligence by saying just because its called a rapid test doesnt mean the patient is seen rapidly. If there were any other options I would have offered them to your husband. My husband then called the Shirley location where they took him within 10 minutes of arriving. Taylor then had the nerve to call my husband at 5pm to let him know he was close to being called. I understand these are difficult times, but this treatment is uncalled for. We will never go to the Ronkonkoma location again. Thank you to the Shirley location for being kind, efficient, thorough, and professional.

This is by far the worst experience i’ve ever had at a doctors office. I have been waiting here for 4 1/2 hours to get a covid test and i came here before opening. after 3 hours they told about another 1/2 hour and it’s already been another 2 hours and I still have not been seen. I then went in to say something and both nurses laughed at me. I apologize to any doctor that works here because this review does not reflect on their work. If this is a clinic that is trying to please the eyes of its customers I suggest that you create a better planning system and possibly make appointments instead of telling people at 11 am they can’t get tested anymore, having people wait for 5 hours and telling people to come an hour before you open. Another tip is to give people accurate times that they will be seen so that maybe they can go home and actually get some things done. I have truly tried my hardest to be patient, but my advice would be to not come here unless you make an appointment.

Well...because of the wonderful Governor of NYs new Travel Policy (I am being facetious of course) - I had to seek a place to get my 2nd test on my 4th day, to test out of Quarantine. Compared to the place I went to in Glendale California, for my first test, MD365 -Ronk- put Glendale to shame. It was very professional from day one, with calling and scheduling my appointment, actually getting information that was indeed correct, not the runaround like CA. AND - Because they require appointments, the line that wraps around every other medical facility in NY, was much smaller. And when you have a scheduled appt....you dont wait in line. It was awesome!!! The front staff was friendly, and allowed check in for my visit- to be preformed at a kiosk. I Go back, get the swab > easy > Fast >professional. Thats it.. Done. I Highly recommend this place. Oh yeah...they also have a web-portal and an app to get your documents which you can print at home, anytime. Thank you MD365 RONKONKOMA.

I went in for a walk in covid test. I was told the location was not an urgent care and that I would have to have the Primary Care on my insurance card changed before I could get a covid test, because they bill through the primary care. Then why do you have urgent care written all over your website and store front?

I was a walkin this evening. I highly recommend this office. The staff was so nice and accommodating. A special thank you to the Dr. for making my visit peaceful and stress free.

Staff as well as Dr Thomas was honestly professional and courteous.Appointments can be made on the website or over the phone.It is a walk in clinic as well so be safe by wearing a mask and keeping a safe distance.

What a great staff, POLITE, FRIENDLY- knowledgeable. We went in for a COVID test, needed results in less than 72 hours.. well 24 hours later results were in... First a call then a email with results.

My doctor is Dr thomas and everytime I go I get the feeling that he actually cares about my health and hes not just going through the motion. He squeezes me in if I have a urgent matter, witch is not easily done these days. Im 43 years old and I can honestly say that this is my favorite dr office by far.

I did not feel at all as though I was being listened to correctly I did not feel as though I was being treated properly by front and reception and although my doctor seemed well educated and eligible I dont feel happy with the way she diagnosed and prescribe medication to me in fact she put me in a very compromising position for which I was very uncomfortable for approximately 10 days
