If i could give negative star! PLEASE DONT COME IN THIS OFFICE! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Ive been here 3x because I just wanted to remove my ear keloid first I just wanted to get a refferal for the Dermatologist but according to them Dr.Ozcan can remove it so I stayed since he is my primary doctor under fidelis NY. First when you came in you will see bunch of people waiting.The front desk doesnt seem to care on you act like they dont see you , very busy people.On my first 10:15am appointment Ive waited for 2 hours for laboratory works and EKG thats it and advice to come back for next week appointment to be seen by Dr.Ozcan . Imagine 2 hours and I am on fasting i was out by 12:10.Now on my second appointment the lady said Dr.Ozcan has and emergency meeting and he cant perform the minor surgery. How crazy is that???? Though he was able to check on me he said to come back nextweek it will take 30 minutes to an hour for it to be removed.On my third appointment the lady said the doctor is not in the office and will not be on the office for ten days and ask to reschedule it again . I said no thank you. That is very annoying and very unproffesional!!You have to call your patient if the Doctors cant render there service on that day dont give us any expectations. Dont waste our time and money!!!! One more thing this office is very unorganized! Go find a better one to take care for you and your family. PLEASE..

This place used to be a great medical center I used to feel very comfortable and relaxing but now All the people work at the front Desk are not professional medical assistant especially there is a girl her name is Figen she’s the worst and nasty medical worker ever seen in my life I’m definitely sure she has no medical certificate and she’s not educated very bad experience I will never ever go this place again

I recently started to visit dr Turkan and have to say very happy with the care they provide. The whole team is very attentive and detailed with all the test they run. There were times I called few times a day for a week and was able to talk to to the doctor sometimes right away or few hours later. Cant say how grateful I am. Needless to say, highly recommend Dr Turkan.

Lauren is the physician my family and I see during our visits. With her knowledge and experience, I trust that were receiving the best care possible. An amazing practice. Been coming with my family since 2016. Since day 1 they have been caring, they have even seeing me without an appoint during a medical emergency. This is run by family and treat you like family. They speak multiple languages in our case Spanish personnel is a plus! Thank you to the OzanFamily from doctors, nurses, and front office personnel. We have even exchanged our insurance to avoid changing our DrsAppointment confirmation, follow up over phone with their patients is amazing.My husband had an accident at work and they were able to set all the specialist appointments he needed in house and even made appointments for those that he needed outside their practice. All paperwork we have ever need has been fill out and sent in a timely manner with follow up calls ( Thanks Matt!)

I took my mother there today and without a doubt received a great service right from the front door. My mother was seen by Dr. Ozcan without fail. He gave all the opportunities to my mother to explain her problems. Dr. Ozcan himself and the medical assistants are all great. Also the practice environment is up to the mark.

Excellent Dr. Able to diagnose and treat virtually anything wrong with you. I never get a chance to see him because of his PA Lauren Lopera. I was a walking time bomb until she took me in her very capable hands way over a decade ago. Talking to other patients she is the reason we all come back. Finding a medical professional that really cares about you and not just looking for a paycheck is definitely a plus and with Dr Ozcan also in the building its a practice that cant miss. I plan to use this practice for another 10 years. And with Lauren guiding me I truly believe its going to be 10 years plus. Im truly blessed Ive met this woman.

Had to leave my other Dr. because I was unhappy with the service. I have been going here for a month and have had a number of tests. I find the them to be very caring and knowlegeable. The staff is very efficient and friendly. Love the 8 am hours too!

Very poor service. All the people work at the front desk dont know what they are doing. They are not professional medical assistant. Really mean and rude. They should hire professional medical assistant that knows what they are doing and give good service to patience.

My experience with this facility was a very negative one. They acted very unprofessional towards me. Their behavior was both belittling and humiliating! As a result of how i was treated i would NEVER recommend his services to anyone. Nor would i ever consider returning.! Im unsure if its a cultural thing, but in America we dont treat people like discarded trash!!! I WOULD never SEEK care from this facility or return for any reason . Its a hideous and aesthetically unpleasing office! Id offer ZERO stars if i could...

I have to say that Dr. Ozcan, is an excellent at diagnosing and he explains everything to his patients,hence the wait. Also this md saw me for free for yrs as I had no health insurance, not many doctors would have done this. Dr.is brilliant, he really knows medical. I have worked with many Mds who are poor practioners and dont care about THERE patients, Ive seen it first hand being a nurse. Dr Ozcan is very professional he does not tolerate pts to dictate to him. I have recommended him to many ppl and all ppl I sent to him were happy. Dr ozcan is not a doctor that is gonna write opiod prescriptions without medical documentation. I would highly recommend him.

If I could go negative stars I would but I wasnt able to post a review without rating at least 1 star. Been going here for about 4 years now. Love Lauren but shes still out on maternity leave. Had ano appoint last week got there and was told it was over an hour wait so rescheduled for today. Got there and waited for 2 hours and when Dr. Ozcan was going to go to another room I told him I was waiting for over 2 hours by then and I had to get home to my kids. I was kicked out of the office and told to go through another door to keep me from going though waiting room. As I went to my friend who was waiting I was told I had to leave and then I flipped out. He doesnt care about his patients. Is always being and doesnt apologize. Then he started to video me leaving which is not legal and threatened to call the cops.

My wife’ foot was in a lot of pain after seeing a podstrist i brought her to Dr ozcan’s office he treated her really fast and now she is pain free great office very knowledgible doctor .thank you Dr Ozcan

IF YOURE IN RECOVERY DO NOT GO HERE!!!! super insensitive and terrible treatment, i will NEVER go back....didnt want to even give the star....so unprofessional, i told them i was in recover and on suboxone maintenance and needed a physical and tb test for a really great job opportunity...the dr. went out of her way to check of a box stating that i am currently using illicit and recreational drugs as well as to write out under that HISTORY OF HEROIN ADDICTION.....there was not a single thing on the paper asking for that information, but nevertheless, she felt the need to write it!....she may as well have just written across the application DO NOT HIRE.....it wasnt requesting any of that info on my history....but there was no malicious intent there, right? NEVER AGAIN....I DONT TREAT YOU LIKE AN IMMIGRANT, DONT TREAT ME LIKE A JUNKIE

Its a sad thing but i guess one must bring out in open a bad thing. This doctors office is the most unprofessional place i ever saw anywhere in any country. The purpose is to have a family doctor who knows your history and understands well this sime thing.First they made me wait on both my visits out in lobby then i was called in to doctors room but it took over 45 minutes before i got to see a lady doctor. I had provided copies of all my history so they could be aware. Second time same thig i waited again in doctors room and no one came in for an hour but a new lady doctor i believe the wife of Dr ozcan came in as i saw the doctor from my last visit being sent to another room to a patient. This doctor she comes in after an hour while they know i suffer from excruciating back pains and much more and asks me what am i here for ! I said what? I was given appointment to come in you should know why. I asked for my last doctor but i was told she is busy. So i told her my ct scan results are sitting with you thats why i was told to come in. She looks in computer but does not even know my name. Then she cannot find it. I told her look i cannot sit or stand no more waiting for nothing to happen. She got upset i said call the head of this office so doctor ozcan came in and he tells me..hey we dont listen to the patients you lusten to us. So i was shocked that was not only rude and unprofessional but against the basic concepts of a MD who tells me the patient does not tell us his condition or say anything. That is absurd. Tben his wife and he spoke in turkish as all over his office most of his staff is family or friends who are turkish. They are in America and should speak englush. Ozcan left somewhat rudely then his wife tells me to go find another doctor and she was hateful and in front of all other people tells front desk give him back any of his papers which was put off to later. Then i left as it was horrible this lady doctor only to find out another American sitting pissed in his car and he told me they messed up with his sons visits too. I called and complained to the number on my isurance card. I suffered because of these bad people who just like to charge you money and do not one thing right and even insult you badly. My visit to pick up my papers and records i got called out to other lobby and ozcan tells me that because i complained about him i must leave his office his property. They did not give me any papers any results of my scan or anything. This place is the worst i ever saw and i will be taking this doctor to court as soon as i am somewhat able. They wasted my time from oct 2017 till now feb 2018 as my condition got worse and i can barely do anything. They need classes on manners ethics and much more.

Terrible doctor. If I could leave a negative rating I would. Has terrible receptionists. Ive been hung up on multiple occasions.. Ive stopped in to ask if he could get with my insurance and figure out why CVS doesnt have my prescriptions filled and comes at me with excuses on top of excuses. Telling me how its CVSs fault. But when I contact CVS they tell me they have nothing from Dr. Ozcan. Ive dealt with the same pharmacy for years and never had a problem like this.. I was told to leave his office not too long ago because I had an attitude. The patient in chronic, everyday pain who is having trouble walking and even picking up a pen for that matter is the trouble? I get nothing but constant lying, attitude and disrespect from this office. Shame on Dr. Ismail Ozcan and his rude front office.. Disgraceful practice and utterly at a loss of words for how poorly this place is operating.

Dr. Ismail Ozcan is a great doctor! Willing to take his time & aneswer any questions you may have. Would highly recommend.However, the RNP Sandra that works under him is very un-professional in my opinion. She does not have a smile, has a bit of an attitude & seems to hate her job.

Literally the worst Doctors office EVER!!!! The girls at the front end are some of the nastiest, unhelpful group of ladies I have ever encountered, each one is worse than the next. I used this office for over a year and kept saying i was going to change my primary and after my last experience I finally did. I would not recommend this office to a soul nothing but grief, negativity, and incompetence.After receiving the Drs response I decided to give this office another try. I found myself with an issue with my neck. I called the office and was given an appointment on the same day which was great. Once I was in the office I for the first time in the few years I have been a patient there met Dr. Ozcan (which probably had much to do with this review). The service was exceptional! He was accommodating, knowledgeable and gave me a temporary prescription until the results of my MRI which he gave me a referral for. During the interim on my appointment I found myself in severe pain. Once again they got me in same day and prescribed be a pain killer (which I have never taken in my life). I took the MRI and awaited the results. While waiting for the results the pain killer that was prescribed was not subsiding the pain. I called in and was treated like a junkie looking for a fix. The front end receptionist cut me off and just assumed I was looking for additional pills or for my medication to be increased which was not the case, I was trying to ask if the current medication had a different form in which it may have been time released because the current medication did provide relief but only very short lived, but this particular woman did not want to address anything i was asking and assumed I wanted more meds. Now comes the day of my results, I call into the office and again and dealing with the same rude woman. I asked for the doctor to call me to discuss the medication and if he had the results, but even if the results were not available could the Dr. please call me, this was at 9:30am. I am now in much pain. At 3:30 I called again asking for a return call from the Dr. Now its 6pm I again call explaining that I need to speak with the Dr. About 15mins later the rude woman calls me back reads me the results on my MRI (herniated discs) says the Dr. will refer me to pain management and physical therapy. I asked to speak with the Dr. the woman respond The Dr. had me call you and if Im your pain then double the dose of my medication. That is the entire conversation. Fast forward a few days and Im looking for a location in which to do physical therapy and pain management. I find the perfect location of an Orthopedic Dr. with a physical therapy and pain management all in one location right near my job, but i need a the referral. I again call Dr. Ozcans office, this time I am put on the phone with Dr. Ozcan directly. I tell Dr. Ozcan that i need a referral to this particular office as well as that I was told to double my medication put in writing due to being on Probation and all medication needs to be justified. Dr. Ozcan responds that he will not do it unless I come back into his office (thus collecting another office visit fee) and that I was supposed to come in to be read my results (never explained to me by the rude woman). I explain that I was told that I already have said referral I just need it faxed to this particular Dr. as well as the amount of my medication. He then responds You are asking me to do something for you then you should do something for me and take down the negative review from google. Truth be told had it not been for the continued rudeness from the front desk I probably would have because separate from his front end Dr. Ozcan is a good Dr. But now I know he has the capability to do what I need he just doesnt want to. He says if I want it in writing and the referral I need to come into the office for a follow up appointment to be read my results that I was already given a week ago and I should take down this review. Thats the kind of treatment you will receive at this office!

I just called to make an appointment once. The person on the phone made me wait for a while and said that they would not accept new patients. Maybe read.Mrs. Figen just called. My message was read and Figen was very helpful. A little confusion Fixed. First of all, thank you for your attention.

5 different dr and lost 6 month only Mrs Turkan find l do have lime disease.... l have 5 star recommended... I dont prefer anymore...
