He is a great doctor! He is very nice, thorough, and a good listener. He is not pushy and doesnt just offer prescriptions. I have used him for over 20 years.

Updated waiting area big bathroom new equipment in every room office staff is accommodating and friendly, nice to deal with Dr.Rosales very patient and gives you your allotted time (no rushing)I myself have been seeing Dr.Rosales for aprox 20 years maybe more thank you

My family and I love Dr. Rosales. We have been going here well over 20 years. He is always friendly and caring. He listens to you. He asks questions and doesnt rush you out. He is a doctor that anyone would feel comfortable with.The office has been renovated. Updated waiting room, new bathroom. Staff is friendly. They do their job well.

Im really surprised by all the bad reviews... I have been a patient of Dr. Rosales for over 20 years now... He has always been very courteous and professional with me... He gives me as much time as i need to ask any questions... If i sense hes really busy or theres a hectic pace in the office that day, I factor that in and try to minimize and ask my questions quickly and then be on my way... Bottom line is Dr. Rosales is an excellent doctor in my opinion... Very thorough and easy going... Very social and easy to talk to... Ive been going in 3 times a year for 20 years.. Thats over 60 visits so far with NO problems... I think hes a great doctor....

Yes when I started there the office was very old and outdated. They have since redone a lot of the office and looks much better. I love Dr Rosales he is very thorough never rushed you and speaks to you in his office as long as you need. His office staff however could also use an update, not the friendliest of people. They could use a couple of classes on customer service.

Dr Rosales is a Great Doctor I’ve been going to him for app 15 yrs maybe more. They redid the waiting room and bathroom and as for waiting to be seen it maid a 100% turn around, I’m in and out of my appointmentsand what other Doctor takes you to his office to sit and chat for a minute or two while he writes out your prescriptions.

This particular Dr. (M. Rosales) is always in a hurry. Does not take time to explain anything. In addition, the office consistently overbooks. You are lucky if you are there less than 2 hours. Outdated office, most people have a hard time sitting on the toilet because there is no room in the bathroom.

Absolutely the WORST experience i have ever had at a Doctors office in my entire life. I had a 10am appt and waited for 2 hours before i was finally called in. They have a secretary there named Nicole and she is the MEANEST Bit$ i have ever met. Dr Rosales is good, but not to the point of making him my family Doctor. I will NEVER step foot in that office again because of that Nicole lady. I would of voted no stars but 1 is the lowest You can go.

Dr. Rosales is a Great Doctor, hes thorough, gives you options if available and take time to explain your condition.

Amazing care

Had an appointment on April7th..I had to wait an hour and a half for him in his dated examination room.I wouldnt recommend Dr. Manuel RosalesThere was no compassion or care.They insist on cash co pay and changed me $25 extra for missing an appointment.I wonder if its legal.The staff is not friendly

1. Outdated waiting room and first impression of a doctors office. 2. The person that said I had an appt, didnt even have it in the system and had to pencil me in. 3. Didnt have cash so paid check, they didnt even process it until two weeks later. 4. Rude and unprofessional receptionists that brush you off.Will not be going back, I do not recommend. Its a lot more hassle than you need.
