Wish I could give this clinic a zero star! The scheduling staff is HORRIBLE!! I only went here for a couple years because of how amazing Dr. Harper was. Unfortunately he has left. I thought I would give the new doctor that replaced Dr. Harper a try. I called multiple times to schedule an appointment and no answer. Finally was able to leave a message and got a call back the following day. The schedule staff couldn’t have been more rude on the phone. I even told her I was sorry she was having a bad day and that just made her mood worse. I understand that everyone is under pressure right now but it’s not an excuse to be rude.

I typically don’t leave reviews unless I have an exceptional experience, this is a place to get just that! My boyfriend and I were running so late to our appointments. Some people could just turn us away but not only did they fit us in but they were so exceptionally kind, polite and friendly. I love this experience and want everyone to know, I appreciate you legacy health!

I have nothing but good to say about this clinic; low key, small pleasant size without feeling of just a number waiting in lines behind a line to check in, etc. Underground parking a bonus, with elevator . Find the physicians excellent, friendly, usually little wait time. Appointments in morning may be one reason, but have been able to get attention promptly and phone calls returned promptly. VERY SATISFIED,

My experience with the staff here has been very positive, and they appear to value my privacy as they have asked me on several levels to verify my identity before they would disclose any information. I spoke to a gentleman named Saam on the phone and he was very pleasant to talk to prior to my appointment. The ladies at the front desk were kind and courteous, as was the MA who saw me. Dr. Wu was very thorough with me and overall I had a great experience with this place. Very professional, clean, and calm. :-)

Dr. Wu and her medical staff have been very helpful. They are fairly quick at getting back to you and they definitely listen to your needs.

This is the patients wife writing this review for my husband who needs a new primary care doctor to address some current issues. If I could give less than one star, I would -- scheduling staff is RUDE and NOT helpful. On initial call to get first appointment, the scheduler took all our information and said an appointment was available in July 2019. I said, wow thats pretty far out. She then said, oh do you live in Lake Oswego? Why?? So, I asked to speak with the office manager who told us she would put us on a wait list for an appointment for Dr. Harper and she made it seem like just a month or two out for first cancellation. I said OK but wed like to be in before the end of 2018 due to deductible issues. Today I called to see what the status is of us on the wait list, the scheduler said you are NOT on a wait list and there are people on it whove been waiting more than a year. She then said very rudely you cant just jump ahead of all the other people whove been waiting. Well, first of all, we WERE told by the office manager that we were on a waiting list (and I was NOT warned that there were so many people whod waited so long ahead of us) and secondly its rude to insinuate I want to JUMP AHEAD of others who were waiting so long. I only called to check on our status. This appears to be a very poorly run clinic with either rude, impatient or just plain incompetent staff -- so just a heads up -- if they tell you youre on a waiting list, YOURE NOT!

Tried to call to set up an appointment twice, the front desk hung up on me both times. Not sure what their issue is.

Dr Lee and his staff are the most caring medical staff. He sees my whole family. I have seen many doctors who either dont seem to care, or only want to prescribe you a pill for everything.

Be aware of your private information!! I scheduled an appointment 5 days ago, and when I came they said your appointment was canceled!! I said how!! They Said a “woman” called and said that I need a change for my appointment because I cannot make it!!! I told them know one knows about my appointment and who’s this woman!! They said she spelled ur name correctly and knows all ur information!!! I told them did u get her name! Her phone number!! They said no we don’t have it!! So my private information has been leaked from their system and somehow they used the information to cancel my appointment!!!!!!! Be aware it’s frustrating!!!

I would say not the most helpful receptionist Ive ever spoken to. However, not the worst but close.

More than an hour waiting to see the doctor.
