Sweetest place. Brilliant orthodontist and dental surgeon next door work together with such grace and sensitivity. Their thorough and generous answers to all our questions were a gift; even prior to paying anything, we received so much attention from Dr.McGrory in diagnosing and addressing the minutiae concerning my daughters impacted tooth. They foster a strong culture of respect; the whole office is a joy to visit. Going forward with our familys orthodontic care here with every hope that it will be extraordinary!

Going to an orthodontist is never fun, but going here has been awesome. The staff is amazing and really nice. They will work with you to make sure you have that beautiful smile when done. If there were more stars they would have gotten them as well. Thank you to all the staff and Dr. McGrory for working with us and making it a less stressful time.

Our family loves LJO because they ensure that every detail is perfect. I had braces for the second time as an adult and I was so impressed with LJO. Dr. McGrory was very informative, professional and friendly. Ashley worked on my payment plan so it is affordable and reasonable. I interacted with five staff yesterday and they were so helpful in getting my plan started. The facility is clean and beautiful. Highly recommend it!

Excellent service and care. All 3 kiddos have been through, and we are happy to keep coming back. (Well, not *happy* but you know what I mean!) Doc is very conservative in treatment - he saw my oldest for almost 2 years before deciding it was time to head into braces. My youngest was much more complicated, but Doc created a plan that worked for my son and made it easy for him to get the treatment he needed. Absolutely recommend, 11/10. 👍🏼

Dr. McCrory and his staff have been totally amazing, supportive and extremely helpful with my daughters journey with her braces. From start to finish they took the time to explain all procedures and options we had. Even though my daughter wasnt the best at wearing her rubber bands, Dr McCrory was very good at explaining the importance of the steps needed for her braces to be effective. We finally finished and we are extremely happy with her teeth. Thank you Dr. McCrory and staff for making the whole process easy, convenient and perfect.

The people here are amazing at what they do! My 2 boys are comfortable with them and so am I. They both have braces (which can be expensive) but they have a great payment system called orthobanc that allows you to pay in installments with no interest. Everytime we come here, the staff and doctor are polite, professional, and very friendly. Would recommend them to anyone 😁

This office is amazing. The doctors and every single one of their staff members are always professional, helpful and kind. They really put their patients needs first. They have gone out of their way to make sure my daughter gets a replacement retainer when she has lost hers and always puts her at ease when she is nervous about her treatment plan. My son had to complete his last year of braces here do to me being relocated with my job. They are number 1 in my book! Clean, Professional, Informative, and just plain Great! They won’t charge an arm or leg either to fix your teeth. Now that I’m finished with my son, I am about to get braces. I just wished they did General dentistry as well.

This has been a great experience. Was skeptical about getting braces for years. Knew my daughters would probably need them so decide I should be a good example. What I now realize is I should of done this a long time ago. I have really enjoyed my visits and the staff is terrific, could not ask for a better place to get braces.

I called Lake Jackson Orthodontics for a consultation because I was unhappy with the current state of my smile. From the first consultation to now, 8 months later...almost done, I have felt valued and heard every time. Any concerns I have have been listened to and thoroughly addressed. I feel incredibly cared about and like I am the only patient they are seeing at my appointment. I recommend them to everyone who asks me where they should go. The staff was very sweet BUT I felt very judged by others. immediately after I mentioned anything about another orthodontists opinion the Doctor was done with me and shook my hand, brought me to the front desk and told them I needed more time to think. I was a little confused. As I went to walk out the lady behind the desk stopped me and said I owe 10$...... I was so confused because they didnt take and X-rays, they didnt give me an estimated price or treatment time, and they didnt go over any options. He looked at my teeth and sent me away. Even though I was so Unpleased I decided to give them the benifit of the doupt, because they have a high rating on Google, and I called back, they told me I would pay 200$ for X-rays..... 😬 I asked if I could have current X-rays sent to their office and they said yes but they would still charge the 200$. Now I usally dont go to the lengths of leaving a comment on google but its honestly just to help others. I just felt like they was grabbing for my wallet before even helping me out and you gotta make a living but at least give me some kind of advice or input before you ask for a fee. they are so high on down payments and prices its probably to pay for the new building or to weed out the not so serious inquires, but your losing costumers. Im driving an hour and 10 minutes past lake Jackson just because they made me uncomfortable and are asking way more. anyways Im sorry if I make anyone mad but Google reviews are here to help people on the consumer side of things not the supplier side.
