My eldest started her orthodontic treatment with Dr Robb last year. We have been very pleased with the service and staff. In my daughters own words, she said everything was explained to her well from the outset, including what was being done and what each tool does, which made her feel comfortable and brave. They always asked if she was okay. Dr Robb and his staff are always friendly and efficient. Every office visit has been a good experience!

What an incredible experience we had with Robb orthodontics! If we could give his practice 10 stars, we would. My daughter had her braces off yesterday and it brought tears to my eyes. She has always been very self conscious of her crooked front teeth and when her braces came off, they were beautifully straight. Dr. Robb’s staff is professional, his billing department is organized and his scheduling of appointments always ran smoothly. My daughter was always quickly shown to her chair when we arrived, no log waits in the waiting room. His office is clean and sanitized and she felt safe during her treatment time even though we were in the middle of the COVID pandemic. I am a dentist downstate. I have had a number of friends and former patients move to the north shore when a certain earth moving company vacated Peoria. I was given Dr Robbs name by a classmate from dental school. Everyone I have sent there was impressed with his manner and professionalism. I have seen his work from those who have returned for cleanings and it is nice to see teeth that touch properly. I always tell patients the value of orthodontics is not just straight, pretty teeth, but having youre teeth line up in proper alignment for the long term. You get that with Dr Robb.

I started going to Dr. Robb two years ago to get braces. Each appointment was quick, easy, and simple. Everyone was always friendly and very helpful. Dr. Robb is the best! My three siblings and I have all gone to Robb Orthodontics and had a great experience every time. All of our teeth are perfect and we enjoy every time we go in for checkups. Dr. Robb and his staff take the time to get to know every patient from the second you walk in. It’s also nice that the receptionist, Nancy knows patients by name and just checks you in. My brother and I have been with Dr. Robb for over 10 years now and hes done our braces, retainers, expanders, and more, and we really love his practice. Everyone in the office is so friendly and welcoming. He is very good at explaining what hes doing as he adds, tweaks, and repairs, making it a comfortable and enjoyable experience. His office always has the most current technology to use in the waiting room, though the schedule is very timely so we never wait for long. He takes care of his patients and has treated us like family, always making personable and thoughtful conversation our hobbies, etc. He is so accommodating for appointments and rescheduling, going out of his way to fit in last-minute repairs and emergencies. An outstanding orthodontics practice - we highly recommend Dr. Robb and his team!

Great experience. Was able to quickly get an appointment three years after my previous one. Never had any real issues and teeth have remained in great shape since braces were taken off. Staff are extremely kind and the head orthodontist Dr Robb is one of the best in the area.

Great and friendly staff I was greeted with smiles from everyone. Very clean and organized office! Dr. Robb was professional and had all my questions answered. We also wasted no time had records taking right away to sit down and talk about a plan. Wouldnt trust our kids orthodontic care to anyone but Dr. Robb. He is knowledgable (valedictorian of his dental class), experienced (board certified) and has a chair side manner second to none. The kids love his sense of humor and adults appreciate his willingness to explain every detail. Appointments are always on time & my kids LOVE the iPads & photo booth in the reception area, so we come a few minutes early so there is time to play with them. Staff explained our insurance benefits and took care of all paperwork. The outcome on my daughters complex cases (overbite, crowding & jaw issues) was beautiful! Cant thank Dr. Robb & staff enough.
