My home is far away from this dental clinic, but I still chose to do orthodontics here. Because everyone in this clinic from the receptionist at the front desk to the doctors and assistants is very friendly. Especially the doctor Zali here has superb medical skills. She allows me to complete complex orthodontics in less than a year, and she is as kind as a mother. I like her and I trust her. Every one of her assistants is also very kind, and I feel very relieved every time I see them. Every staff member of this clinic is a messenger of smiles!

One of the best dental offices Ive ever been. They are the greatest staff and doctor Ive ever seen. LaMont was so kind and caring that eased my fear. I didnt feel anything while Dr. Chang was working on me. The crowns I got were fit perfectly today. I cant thank them enough. Trust me Ive done lots of dental works, so I can tell who is the best dentist! I feel so lucky to find a great place in town.

The doctors there are very thorough with explaining my teeth situation and did an amazing job from xrays to working on getting a crown. The pricing is affordable compared to other dentists. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Chang helped me with my two chewing teeth, which were infected badly. Dr. Changs professional skill is perfect, and his smile relieves my nervousness greatly. This dental office is clean and everyone working there is kind and professional.

Dr. William Martey and Office Manager ConnieI went to Lifetime Dental to have a complete upper teeth implant with hybrid dentures and my lower partial done. I have been to the office in Lake Forest almost a hundred times and it has taken over 2 ½ years and now they are telling me that they cannot finish my teeth and will not give me a reason as to why even though they have a contractual obligation to complete the work. They just offer to give me another appointment where they do nothing. They have pulled my implants out and re-implanted several of them numerous times. My mouth is in constant pain and I have been unable to eat solid foods for 2 ½ years. They feel that they have done enough work even though the work on my teeth is still incomplete. I’m frustrated with how they treat their customers and planning to take them to court. If others have had a similar experience please contact me so that maybe we can turn this law suit into a class action because I am sure that I am not the only one with this type of experience.

My wife & I have been coming here for years, for our cleanings or when we need a lil work done.Even with their ever rotating staff, they’re always friendly & very professional with their work.They make you feel comfortable & are very thorough with what they plan on doing.We will continue to come back here, even though we live a couple of cities over.Keep up the great work Lake Forest team!

Everyone in the back office is great. I had my first deep cleaning here and felt comfortable and safe. Shaina, she does my regular dental cleaning every 3 months and is awesome! They have been good in working with my insurance and letting me know anything I have to pay out of pocket ahead of time. Maybe the front receptionists can use some work in organization but nothing that can’t be fixed.

This place is great! I went in due to a gum infection and the staff here were great and helped me get rid of the problem. I was so pleased by how comfortable the staff at Lifetime Dental made me feel! Because of my dentist-anxiety, I needed to get quite a bit of work done.. We chose this office because it has a general practice dentist as well as an orthodontist. I was nervous and somewhat embarrassed about getting braces as a 37 year-old woman but Dr. Afzali made me feel at ease and was clearly so knowledgeable about her work!The office is nice and everyone is so friendly and they made sure to take the time to talk over every single step with me. I especially appreciate the Connies friendliness and the time she took to go over the treatment plan with me and help me understand and consider all my options! Their in-house dental insurance is great and I am so pleased to have happened upon this office!

Everyone is very nice and pleasant in this clinic. They make you comfortable and even provide blankets, and you know those clinics can be really cold. Its always a pleasure to see everyone and my dentist. The dentists and their assistants are so light on their hands and dont put any pressure on your mouth or jaw. I have loved my experience with Lifetime Dental. I went in with so many problems and every since every single one of them has been taken care of. I had two root canals, an additional crown and several cavities taken care of at Lifetime Dental. I hadnt been to a dentist in years mainly just due to neglect from my part and as a result my teeth were a mess. I went from having headaches everyday to the occasional headache. My teeth dont ache either! I consistently went into the dentist for over two months to correct everything that needed to be done. The staff are always friendly and welcoming every time I came. The office is beautiful with a lot of windows making the space feel well lit and really open. There was flexibility with scheduling and multiple times they fit me in last minute. They are always expanding their services so I dont have to go to other places for things I need. An example being that they do orthodontics and also see kids even at a really young age so it is a perfect because I can bring my husband and son for services. I honestly couldnt have had a better dental experience and found a better dental office!

Every time I come to the office it’s a 20-40 minute wait for a 5 minute appointment. Front office is always hiring new people and half the time I’m called to change my appointment date/time. Unacceptable.I have adjusted my review to 1 star this time. I’ve been using lifetime Dental for almost 3 years now. It has been disappointing being rescheduled for almost every appointment. This time it is an entire month from now even though it was previously a month wait for my last appointment (also rescheduled). This also happened prior to the COVID-19 pandemic so not entirely related. This is now the expected procedure; just wanted to bring it to the attention of the management staff and others who may plan to use their services.

I went in for an orthodontic evaluation after being told my many other orthodontists that my only option was surgery. Dr. Afzali was the first orthodontist to take my case and it’s going very well so far. Would highly recommend.

I went in for a deep cleaning and they did a great job! I was a little nervous about the needles but they made the process as smooth and as painless as possible! They took the time to explain what was going on with my teeth and offered solutions that ended up improving me teeths health. Im coming back for a cleaning soon.

I recently came here after avoiding going to the dentist for two years! I have always been a person who loved the dentist but my last place up in the North Bay left be pretty anxious after a painful filling experience. I expressed this anxiety to the doctor who was very understanding and made sure to help me in any way. Once she started working on my fillings I started feeling the same pain as before. She stopped and made sure to numb me more and wait for my anxiety to pass. Luckily after my second round of numbing it did the trick and I was able to sit through the rest. I am very thankful and so happy I found a new dentist.

What can I say. Great staff that works really well together. I called for an emergency and they took me in same day. Had a bad tooth infection due to a cracked tooth. Although they didn’t have a root canal specialist at the time, Dr. Zurmati was able to cut the nerve to relieve me of pain and discomfort until the following week. Connie the Office Manager was very informative of the costs and procedures that needed to be done based on my insurance coverage. Krysteen who handles the front desk is always following up since my 1st visit to check in with me to see how I’m doing and if I need anything to call. I thank her for going above and beyond. Sam is very sharp and I can tell he’ll be doing some great dental work years to come. Mr. Wu stepped in and handled my root canal procedure like a Champ. I have a lot more work that needs to be done and really feels good to know I can rely on them to help me achieve my smile. Thanks again!

This is the WORST dental office I have ever been with! Starting with being understaffed to not even able to process a payment correctly. Watch that they dont rip you off because they have fuzzy math going on. Takes about as long to process a payment as it is to get seen. We had a dental emergency after a temporary crown fell off the next day and a doctor was not available due to being an administrative day. The suggestion was to use vaseline on the spot. OMG! Overcharges EVERYTHING! Unnecessary work. Be sure to get a second opinion! Nothing here works right! AVOID THIS PLACE! Unfortunately I have a membership with this dental facility and will have to wait a year until it expires!

Great dental team! Ive been coming here since I was about 8 years old and now Im almost 18. My teeth have improved so much and have never looked better.

I was very pleased with the professional manner in which I was treated. The equipment is very state of the art, the doctors are very competent. I appreciated the knowledge and understanding of both doctors. I am very comfortable that the program I received will resolve my problems once and for all.

All the staff and doctors are great here, especially Dr. Afzali. I came here with headaches, migraines and dizziness, and i went to several other doctors but only when i came to Dr. Afzali was I able to handle it. She got to the root source of the problem. Now my son is getting Fastbraces here and my husband is doing his dental work here too. If you have concerns about your headache or migraine i recommend coming to see Dr. Afzali to see if it can be handled dentally. Just try it out and get a consult, you have nothing to lose!

Over a year ago I went to lifetime dental for an emergency visit. I was in pain. The office was closed but Doctor Afzali helped me with my pain and she also did something that I have not experienced in my previous dental experiences. She gave me the hope that I can again have a healthy mouth which will not hurt and can smile again. Due to past bad experiences going to the dentist and finances, I ignored my mouth for years. Lost many teeth and became a dormant artist. The day that I walked into lifetime my mouth was hurting and I was suffering from infection. I saw genuine care and passion in Dr. Afzali. My fear of dentist became the hope of having a mouth that is not troubling me anymore. I needed a lot of work. All the work was explained to me in a way that I could fully understand. The office staff have been really helpful to help me with the finances, insurance, etc. They have gone above and beyond on being honest and helpful to arrange the finances, appointments, etc. I have had different works, from gum treatment to root canals, crowns and implants. What I love about lifetime is that I didnt have to go to any specialist office for nay of my work. All done by Doctors at lifetime. This was not only much more convenient but also less expensive.I confidently say that I look and feel much younger and healthier. I get compliments all the time. My energy level increased noticeably as I got rid of the infections and continued to improve as I had my teeth fixed. Because of the way doctors and staff treated me at lifetime I was able to overcome my fears and concerns about going to the dentist.I love my smile, have been getting auditions and I can say the care and help at lifetime Dental changed my life.God bless you guys

Lifetime Dental is a very friendly dental office. I had not been going to a dentist for a very long time because I was scared of past bad experience. Dr. Afzali is very gentle and caring. She explained everything to me in a way that my fear didnt exist anymore. I could see that she really was interested in helping me putting the priorities first and giving me a solution. The office is modern and very clean. The staff are very friendly. They were on time getting me in and on schedule getting me out. I dont have any dental insurance so this was a huge concern for me. I really appreciate Dr. Afzali being so understanding and helping me to take care of my teeth. As far as treatment, I defiantly saw the quality. Doctor was fast and gentle. I didnt feel any pain or discomfort afterwords. I highly recommend this office.

My first experience at lifetime dental was during an emergency visit for my mother during summer. She had a sever abscess casusing half of her face swelling and she was in a lot of pain. I called lifetime dental the person answering the phone was very caring, I could see how she worked it out to accommodate my mom once she heard my mom is in pain. When we entered into the office they were prepared for us. Doctor Afzali first saw my mom. She immediately arranged for oral surgen Dr Mohammadi to come to take care of my mom as it was a life threading situation and the abscess was very profound . She then arranged for all other work my mom needed to be done and completely took care of her issues before as she had to go back to home, Iran. All the work was done with greatest care, speed and quality. I have never experienced this much of care and understanding and respect from a professional team. I can strongly say they treated my mom as it was their mother. Now after several months my mother have visited a dentist back home as that is where she leaves now. The dentist has complimented the work done for her. I highly recommend Doctor Afzali and Lifetime Dental to my family and friends. I believe the professional team work of doctors at lifetime dental saved my mothers life. Thank you so much

I had an emergency situation with one of my teeth and I was in a lot of pain. I called a couple of places and couldnt get in becuase didnt take my insurance. I called Lifetime Dental. They were not part of my dental plan either however with most kindness and care they took me right away. I was stunned on how they took care of me and got me out of pain. Without going into details their knidness and care is something I have never expereinced. It is so good to see there are still people around that take pride in their profession and truly help. I am changing to a ppo plan so I can go to Lifetime Dental. The office is super clean and beautful. The staff very freindly and Doctor Lester is a true professtional.
