TK (5⭐) She is a phenomenal hair stylist. She is precise, efficient and gives you a cut true to your expectations and desires. She can cut Asian hair very well!!The shop (3⭐) Prices often change (going up) and not the most reliable phone system w constantly changing receptionists.

Do not come to this salon!!!!Receptionist makes a point for me to use a Barber by the name of Sergio to do a fade because he actually went to Barber school and is who I would want to fade my hair When hes finished cleans me up and tries to rush me off the chair without showing me the massacre he did to the back of my head! Then waves to the receptionist not to charge methey should have paid me For the mess they performed on me.

I love this place! Needed a last minute place for a quick shampoo blow out and the salon set me up with Michael who was amazing. He gave me a gorgeous blow with big loose curls...exactly what I wanted. The salon itself is also beautiful and totally trendy. Definitely coming back here!

Ive been here twice before. The first two times my appointment started really really late, but this time it was right on time (I was actually 10 minutes late, but they were gracious with me). Martina is AMAZING. Im probably a stylists worst nightmare when it comes to knowing what to do with my hair... I always want to say whatever you think is best. Today I actually came in with some direction and it went so well. Martina was patient with me and she did a gloss, long layer haircut, and styled it for me. It looks great and Im glad I came in! Thank you Martina! Also, the woman at the front desk was very sweet

Ive gone here for years and years. Its a great place nice and clean. I always get a good cut and your in and out in about 30 minutes

You ruined my hair. It was beautiful, thick, and past my hips. You colored my hair too dark, I asked to have it highlighted, and within a week you BLEACHED my hair 4 times (3 times in 1 day), not to mention the day you bleached it 3 times in a row, you put me under the heat and burned my scalp. I truly don’t think it was on accident. If so, You have no business doing hair.

I called in a day prior to see if I can get my hair evaluated to see if I can bleach it again because my last stylist told me to wait a couple months because it was so damaged. A really nice lady to me to come in whenever I want and it shouldn’t take more than 2 minutes. I came in the next day, and told this persian lady that I needed to get my hair checked, it wouldn’t take more than 2 minutes and if she could do it right now. She told me I needed to wear mask, so I went to my car and got one, came back and waited outside. Another customer comes to where I’m standing AFTER me and the persian lady took her in first and told me to wait. 10 minutes go by, I’m standing outside the door she comes to me and tells me to sit on the curb and wait. I waited 10 more minutes on the curb, the customer who came after me still hasn’t left the shop, and I needed to go to work. I came 30 minutes earlier for a 2 minute hair evaluation and waited 20 minutes and didn’t even get my hair checked. So rude and unprofessional. Never going back ever again.

I am so happy with everything about my first visit to H&S Salon. Both the receptionist and stylist, Tammie were so friendly. I felt right at home immediately. Considering I was 25 minutes late for my appointment and a little frazzled when I arrived, I really appreciated their pleasant nature. As for the Haircut...perfection! I will be using this Salon and Tammie from now on.

I really like this salon. Theyre reasonably priced and they do a good job. I liked them better when they were in Laguna Niguel but most of the stylists transferred so thats a plus.

Stay away from this place, the lady name Trenadad, she is the worst hairstylist on earth, her being in the hair business for almost 40 years, she still is doesnt know a modern style !!!! My poor daughter went to this salon, and Trenadad happen to be free and cut my poor daughter hair, and her was butchered, I would not recommend this place and please do yourself a favor stay away from this place!

Colleen is the manager and a stylist and does the BEST color in Laguna Niguel. She is a great stylist and always does my hair exactly the way I ask her. If you want a no drama , down to earth stylist Colleen is perfect. I cant give her enough stars!!!

From beginning to end nothing but 1st class service especially the guy behind the desk. Receptionist / Cashier, pleasure to talk too. Hair Cut was awesome, Professional (top shelf) Products were used, took their time and made me feel like a KING.

I had received the worst haircut at this salon. Lady was suppose to cut my hair in graduated bob. My hair is very fine and grows in a certain pattern as I have lots of colics and in front my hair grows forward.she did not follow my growth pattern as a more expensive salon would do who are Specialists. They really need to take some advanced training from Vidal Sassoon. Also when I woke up next morning my hair was messy. This shows that it is not a good haircut. When Vidal Sassoon cuts my hair when I wake up next morning my hair always stays in place like when Sassoon cuts it day prior. This is a sign of a very good haircut. Worst haircut I ever had at Haircut Store.

2nd visit. My gal Yan does a nice job on my highlights. Only thing is when they called w appt reminder they gave me the wrong time! Glad i double chked, else Id have missed it! Yikes! Other review.. they screwed up my appt again...this time unrecoverable.
