I have not met Dr Le yet but it is quite an ordeal scheduling an appointment to see / talk to the doctor. His assistant / scheduler Janet is super hard to reach. I have left at least 5 messages and called more than 5 times... in the last 10 days... I wonder if anyone is listening to the messages. So, I called a scheduler of another doctor from the same office. This actually helped speed up the process. I managed to schedule an appointment. Now I do not know how to share my medical records with the doctor before the appointment. No one is picking up the phone. I keep leaving messages.Luckily, I have no serious medical issues. Its just a follow up after a concussion.When I actually speak with the doctor, I will come back and add new / additional comments.---------------------------------------------------------addition:After two more phone calls, Janet did pull through and helped me send my medical records to the doctor.I talked to the doctor. He seemed patient, and empathetic. He did not seem like someone who is in a hurry to finish with the patient in a designated time slot. He explained the issue and whats next.

Rushed in and out, and will not return any phone calls or answer any of my concerns. Terrible doctor that could care less about patients.

Dr. Le should not be rated by his staff performance. There are several ladies working the front desk, if one is rude then you need to ask for the office manager and/or mention it to Dr. Le. Ive seen Dr. Le twice for family appointments. He is outstanding, he answers questions, has a calming professional manner--he is very knowledgable. I would highly recommend him. Appointment wait time is minimal, approval for diagnostics is quick--so that objectively proves the office functions professionally. Dr. Le shows concern for his patients, it theres a problem at the desk, work to resolve it there not online.

My migraine headache & face cramp have been cured by Dr. Le.I am very lucky to meet such a excellent doctor !I strongly recommend Dr. Le especially If you have horrible migraine who need the injection.
