This review is based solely on the fact of the poor communication with office staff. I have been trying to get in contact with the office for 3 weeks now. I have filled the contact form on their website out twice, left multiple voicemails, and have called the office several times during office hours. Someone was in contact with me via text, but stopped replying over a week ago. I have texted a couple more times asking when the next available appointment is. My texts are being delivered but not responded to. If they arent accepting new patients I would have appreciated knowing that so I couldve been looking at other practices and not wasting my time trying to get in contact with Dr. Stones office. Im very disappointed because my therapist referred me to him and his reviews look great. Thankfully I have found someone else who I was able to get an appointment with by just calling once and talking to their office staff... which is expected of most doctor offices. Im not sure why Dr. Stones office was impossible to make an appointment with. Very unprofessional in my opinion, which was not what I expected at all.
