Hard to describe how bad an experience this was. Felt like ninety minutes on an old wooden roller coaster, complete with aches and pains for days after. I wanted to stop her repeatedly, wish I had been more forceful in pushing back. I recognize that people have all kinds of different things they are looking for in a massage - I was looking for a “normal” deep tissue therapeutic massage this was just wild, knees in the spine (over and over and over again), bending the knees the wrong way, bending the fingers the wrong way, weird spinal twists and compressions (after explicitly asking for none of that) - if you are into this then I’m happy you have found your place. I’m sitting here days later, still in pain, wishing I had never gone. I’ve been getting massage for years, thought I understood the landscape, apparently did not.My suggestion to customers is to be super explicit with what you want, despite what appeared to be language impediments. My suggestion to the business is to be more receptive to how customers are trying to communicate with you and adapt. I’m pretty sure the goal was not to hurt me, but that’s where we are.crazy

I have never experienced Thai massage before so I did not know what to expect. The website did not describe. I walk in and immediately get escorted to the room, asked to undress, lay on top of the sheets and put a bath towel over me. When she comes back I ask her to concentrate on my neck and shoulders. She asks if she can walk on me. I was surprised but said yes. It was pretty intense and painful. There were several times were I needed to ask her to lighten up but it always went back to pain. She spent most of the time on the back of my legs. I needed to remind her about my neck and shoulders, even after that I got very little attention there. She manipulated my body in ways that I do not think were necessarily healthy for me but then again they never asked about medical conditions. At one point I had to shout out no because of a past shoulder injury. I went there for pain relief and 4 days later, I am in more pain. I would not recommend.

I had a 90-minute deep tissue massage with Emma. This was BY FAR the best massage Ive ever had, and Ive had lots of them over the years. It was absolutely incredible. Ill be back soon!!!! :-)

Good massage

Wonderful traditional Thai massage. The therapist always asked the whole session about my comfort and the pressure level. If you’v never had Thai massage, Thai massage incorporate a lot of stretching and that lean toward deep pressure unless you specify that you want a gentle massage. We will definitely be going back! Recommend book appointment in advance for weekend visit because they are busy.

Horrible experience! Emailed Saturday pm for a Sunday appt at 10, 11, 12 for a couples massage. Owner responds at 4am to say she has a 11 and 12. At 11 I respond to say 12 see you then. Go to get our massage to find out the 12pm as been booked. Employee calls the owner and she doesnt care they offer a 1pm. We leave disappointed and upset! Better figure out how to run your business in the US.

An absolute oasis in the heart of the city! We have enjoyed the signature couples retreat package on several occasions. The staff has always gone above and beyond to make sure we have the most relaxing experience. From massages, to facials and manis and pedis I would highly recommend Laguna Thai Massage & Day Spa !

My wife and I stopped in randomly one day to see if they could squeeze us in for a couples massage. They were able to and we had a really pleasant and reasonably priced experience here!

I almost have to crawl out, Im so relaxed when I leave. OMG, that place is fantastic!! I get both reflexology & body massage.

The price is tough to beat ($60 for a 60-minute deep tissue massage), and the massage therapists do a great job. Just an unassuming place that does great work.
