I am not sure how this dentist can have so many good reviews... Even though everyone talks about the office, not about the dentist. My daughter went there for years so I should know him pretty well... Not the case. He completely ignores parents, would not even look at you in the eyes. You will never know how things are going because he never gives any feedback. He also tends to forget the time and money you spend there so be prepared, it will last longer than necessary... but his time is precious. If he sits down and looks at your childs mouth, it will never be for more than 60 seconds (I counted...).Once he took everything off after 3 years, the result was okay, but far from perfect. We had to go to another orthodontist to finish the job for another 3 months. It was a simple and classic case. All together, it should not have taken more than 18 to 24 months at the most...

I had a great experience today with my braces being removed. Both Jocelyn and Dr. Kimball were very friendly and professional. The difference between the before and after appearance of my teeth is astonishing. My teeth look new. Going back to my first appointment on June 28, 2012 until today, the entire staff has been wonderful! I will definitely refer friends and family to Kimball Orthodontics. Thank you!!!

I dont usually leave reviews for businesses, but loved my experience with Dr. Kimball and his wonderful staff so much, I had to. His office is beautiful and was always super accommodating. My kids loved the video games room and we all loved the free treats/cookies. Dr. Kimball was great at getting me through braces much faster than expected, while catering to my (sometimes very specific) desires and delivering the results I have wanted for years. The girls that work in the office are incredibly nice. I couldnt be happier with my new smile and HIGHLY recommend him to ANYONE looking for an Orthodontist. Dr. Kimball is a total expert.

From day one to the last, Ive noticed several things that stand out: The office runs consistently on time, not once were we seen late.Positive, family like environment...everyone seems genuinely happy to work here. I constantly hear conversations happening between office staff and patients about life in general but the questions asked dont come across superficial and contrived. There is a real interest in the person.Its a peaceful place to be. There is music on low and a video with no sound on all the time. With the common noises of the office, its almost surprising that its not distracting or even overwhelming but the balanced levels are great....I really appreciate the tips and tricks you pass on to my daughter. Its obvious youre educating her at every opportunity.Youre nailing your mission statement list posted in the entry. Congratulations!

We were new to Southern California and had been referred to Dr. Kimball by our orthodontist in Atlanta. Cant say enough about the friendly staff and excellent care! The office is state-of-the-art and the people are wonderful! A great experience - even for my son who has the braces!

Cannot begin to tell how AMAZING our entire experience with Dr. Kimballs office has been. From the first consult to our retainer visit - everyone and everything about the office is great! My son never once complained about having to go to appointments and the office worked around our crazy busy schedule to make sure we could get in when it worked for us! LOVE the late evening appointments. Thank you ALL for EVERYTHING!

I am speaking for my son who is now on a mission. I brought him in for his appts. a few years ago and was so pleased with the entire staff and of course Dr. Kimball. The thing that I loved the most about his practice was that I could trust them all. I could trust that Dr. Kimball would not do more than was necessary to make a profit which meant a great deal to me because of past experience in the field of dentistry. As an adult in my 50s I will most likely be needing orthodontic work done and if and when, I will be seeking Doctor Kimballs expertise once again. Also, the office was clean, decorated nicely and a pleasant atmosphere which always is a plus.

Tanya did an awesome job making my son feel comfortable. Also, Lindsey, I think that was her name at the front desk with dark hair, she has incredible interpersonal skills and is very organized. Shes the first person you see and is really great.

I was very nervous about my adult orthodontia! I never had braces in my youth so this was a big step for me. From the initial consultation to the day my braces were removed Dr. Kimball and his staff were amazing. Not only professional but truly caring. I looked forward to my appointments and was sad on my very last retainer check when Dr. Kimball told me he didnt need to see me again. I found Dr. Kimballs office through friends, but still got 2 other quotes before signing up. The plan priced out a little better than the others which was a major concern. They have several payment options, our choice being the automatic monthly payments. From the beginning the entire staff has always been friendly and professional. Now that they have moved to a bigger office, their times are even more flexible. That has been a huge help since my children have radical schedules that seem to fluctuate on a daily basis, forcing me to rearrange the structure of our days constantly! They have made this necessary pill much easier to swallow!
