Ann is amazing! I was so glad to find out Sanctuaire Spa was a medical spa. I went to her for a consultation and facial for acne and stressed out skin. She listened completely and tailored the experience to what I needed. She and the spa were very professional and mindful of social distancing practices. I felt very safe and my skin is glowing and refreshed. Thank you, Ann! Ill definitely be back.

I recently had injections at the Med Spa. Ann is amazing and I am thrilled with results. She is so knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this Med Spa. I will definitely be going back!

This was my first experience with a med spa and Im so glad I did it here! I was referred to Sanctuaire by a close friend. I dont know too much about all the options and how things work, but I knew I wanted to do something to improve my skin. I first reached out here to speak about all the different procedures/treatments/services they had to offer. Anne, the owner of Sanctuaire and an RN who you can choose to complete your services, spent a lot of time explaining what they have to offer, their benefits and what she thought would be the best for my situation. She was very patient, friendly and knowledgable. By the end, we had a pretty good plan of what I should do, and scheduled my appointment a couple weeks later. I just completed everything yesterday and felt like I was handled with care and kindness the whole time. Anne was extremely thorough and generous. I am looking forward to coming back for follow up treatments. Aside from the exceptional customer service, the spa itself is a very large, clean and relaxing environment. I would imagine having events there would be a lot of fun--theres tons of space for it. I also peeked into the day spa areas and they looked inviting as well. There are several parking options: one of them in the basement underneath the shopping center where Sanctuaire is located and then the parking lot right in front of the spa on the same level. Theyre both free! I highly recommend Sanctuaire and will most likely be coming back for more myself!

I held my daughters birthday party at Sanctuaire recently and reserved the spa pedicure chairs area for our party. Ann was very pleasant to deal with and she and her whole staff were very accommodating. The salon is very well-appointed and bright. The girls loved their pedicures and we had a table with snacks set up and a face painter as well. Everything ran smoothly and we had a great experience!

Went to Sanctuaire for a pedicure, received a gift card for Christmas. It was clean, and efficient and the service provider was pleasant. You must have an appointment, no walk-ins.Please note for pedicures Santuaire is not accessible for differently abled or folks that would have a challenge taking a large step up to the raised seating.A regular pedicure was $35 which is more than most other Lafayette salons however there was nothing that set them apart.I would use Sanctuaire again.

This spa is the only reason why I drive down to Lafayette. I have never been to a spa that’s so welcoming and relaxes you the moment you step in!The first time I came here was for microblading with Jessica, she was wonderful and made my experience amazing! If you’re looking into getting microblading and are nervous, I highly recommend giving her a try... she makes the process super comfortable and the best part, there’s no pain!My second time visiting Sanctuaire Spa was today, I came in for a Hydrafacial with Elena. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by two lovely receptionists, I was offered water, and the customer service went beyond my expectations. While I was waiting I couldn’t help but notice the variety of colors they have for manicures/pedicures... personally that’s what draws me in to a salon!Moving on to the actual facial portion, Elena was so welcoming and since it was my first time she took the time to educate me about my skin! Even though this was a facial, the whole process felt so relaxing, and the spa music in the background was an additional relaxation. I couldn’t help but notice how clean and sanitary everything was.They’re also bringing a Med Spa in with various treatments (that I will be back to try).. all in all this spa has everything a person needs! I can’t wait to be back!!
