I cant say enough good things about Veronica. I hadnt had an accupuncture appt since Dec 2019 and was in desperate need for a body realignment and centering. Veronica exceeded all my expectations, and I look forward to working with her moving forward. I should also add that I have received 2 massages from Eric and also cannot say enough good things about him. In general Id say that Inner Ocean Center for Healing is a great place for body work -- and they have yummy tea and an herbalist on site. They also follow COVID protocols, which I really appreciate.

I had prolonged anosmia (loss of smell) from a COVID infection in 2020 and Veronica Simmons almost completely brought my smell back in about five sessions. Absolutely amazing work and this was honestly one of the most life changing experiences Ive ever had with any type of practitioner. After some body acupuncture on my first session with minimal results, we switched to scalp acupuncture and immediately there was a huge difference in my abilities to smell. Veronica is super talented and found healing results so quickly. She was dedicated to helping me get the majority of my smell back and has been super successful! With each session, I have been able to smell more and more. I highly recommend her to anyone who experienced COVID anosmia.

James Yardley at inner ocean healing was essential to my recovery. I was in a car accident and hit from behind. My neck was really messed up. Prior to seeing James I didn’t think I would ever recover. James knew exactly what to do and how to treat my neck trauma. He is very generous with his time and he cares. He is knowledgeable as to accuputure points and relieving tension and stressors. Every appt my pain level decreases with James expertise.I would highly recommend James in the future.The new office space is wonderfully inviting. The entire staff at inner ocean is amazing. Marc the office manager makes scheduling so easy. He is always available to please. A valued and friendly employee with a smiling face. I’ve had acupuncture from Mindi which was beyond phenomenal! So much more effective than any I have experienced before! She take the time to listen to you.I’ve experienced bodywork from Jonathan and it was very good! Extremely therapeutic. Definitely knows his craft.Overall, a great place to find healing!

A couple of years ago, I was involved in a bad car accident and experienced major trauma to my neck and back. After completing multiple sessions/appointments with various doctors and physical therapists, I was still experiencing re-occurring back and neck pain. A friend suggested I see Mindi, who had helped her in the past. After a couple of visits, not only had I seen incredible improvements in my back and neck, she dialed in my diet/nutritional needs and as well as my mental health.Mindi is the full package. Mindi is a phenomenal partner in the pursuit of my health and wellness goals. When I first started working with Mindi I was getting 4 to 5 sinus infections a year. I was on a regular rotation of antibiotics. I had undergone so many allergy tests and sinus scopes- no doctor was able to help. Fast forward to the present, I haven’t touched an antibiotic or had a sinus infection since starting my journey with Mindi! I have been going to Mindi for almost 6 months now after she came to me highly recommended from several close friends.
