I called to follow up to make sure that they have received my referral. I was told yes. I called 48 hrs later and now was told they dont have the referral. I asked to speak to who was in charge of the referrals, She would not let me talk to her. Then the woman asks me why I did not schedule an appointment when I first called. I said the other woman would not schedule until the referral was processed. Then she got all snotty so I hung up.
