I recently took my mother in for a very difficult dental service. She was nervous and feeling upset. Our experience with the the dentist and dental assistant Phil was amazing. He took excellent care of my mother, and made her laugh. He made me laugh too. He was very attentive to her needs. Dr. Vetowich was very thorough, gentle, yet extremely skilled. We left there actually happy despite her having just had some dental work. Thank you both for making our experience so wonderful. We really appreciate you!

The term Comfort in the name here is a big joke. Dr. Jack Moss was rude with me the whole time he worked on my mouth. Im so glad that I didnt have to be knocked out. I had the worst experience Ive ever had with a dentist here. This dental office is relatively cheap, but dont expect great service, expect pretty much the lowest quality.

BEWARE of this place!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would! The staff is not only rude but completely incompetent! They have no sense urgency for emergencies! My husband had a major infection and needed 2 root canals. The doctor prescribed him Antibiotics as the infection was so bad they were unable to even help with the root canal’s until the infection went down. The doctor referred my husband to come back in five days to get the route canals performed. When he called to make the appointment they were extremely rude they stated the doctor was on vacation and they would not be able to get him in until Thursday which was 9 days after getting the antibiotics. Even though the infection was getting worse even on antibiotics. The staff was extremely rude saying well that is all we have so do you want the appointment? He obviously took the appointment as he was in severe pain and needed help ASAP. On Wednesday afternoon they called and cancelled his appointment for Thursday. They stated the doctor had been out of town and never looked at the X-rays and he was unable to perform the root canals due to the infection being so bad!!! They then referred him to a specialist and he had to wait another week to get into. He called the office to see if they could call the specialist to get in sooner. The office would not do that in fact when he got to the referring specialist appointment the doctor had no clue why he was there. After, the new doctor looked at his teeth he was astonished that they didn’t have him come earlier as the infection was out of control and he said he would have waited any longer it would have become septic! Their lack of urgency and common courtesy for their patients is honestly scary! This place is the absolute worse and I will make sure everyone I know stays clear of this office as they are completely incompetent!!!!!

The lack of urgency when someone has a major infection is outstanding. This place makes me wait two weeks with an abscess to get two root canals and then cancels the day before. I left numerous messages for an update with no call backs only to be informed 24 hours prior that they won’t be able to do it. Instead they are referring me to a specialist which I now have to wait another week in extreme pain. If you’re miserable and need quick relief forget these jokers and go somewhere else.

So doctor jack moss, is a in incredible dentist and his staff is extremely welcoming made my husband feel at home while I was talking to him !! He understood where i was coming from and really helped me out !!

Incredibly kind and helpful dentist and hygienist staff. Impressed with the service all the way around and how timely staff are whenever I have an appointment. The dentists are always so kind to my young child as well to ensure she is comfortable during her appointments. Highly recommend!

“Office Manager” Wendy and assistant very unprofessional. I did however get lots of help from the receptionist Ulises. He was very polite and helpful. Thank you for that Ulises. Other than that, definitely not returning to this location.

Incompetent staff; the girl answering the phone asked me multiple times to spell my name and couldn’t understand me. She said “I don’t think you’ve been here before” I asked her how she spelled my name and it was totally different than the other 3 times I spelled it for her. I asked to talk to a manager and she put me on hold forever. I decided to go somewhere else. I don’t trust this place with how incompetent the staff is.

Dr. Amy and Phil are the best at what they do. I will continue to go there. Dr. Amy knows her stuff and is very knowledgeable and caring for her patients. Phil its just freaking awesome. He is a caring compassionate dental assistant. I will only go there when he is there to be the assistance. I was very pleased with how fast they took care of me my feeling and my crown. You will not be disappointed with this office. I can guarantee you. Good job staff and have a happy holiday.

Very nice people but when I went to see what can be done with a hole in my tooth I was only given two payment options. Pay in full for preparing, cap and root canal or split into 3 different appointments and pay for each appointment. No payment plans for someone as low income as me who is struggling to get his own place. Not even a monthly payment plan of 25-50 dollars. Just one appointment is more than what I make a week even after insurance.

They were able to get me in very quickly. Phil and Dr. Jack were both excellent and made the appointment much more enjoyable. I was in and out in about an hour, which was great! Would definitely recommend to others

I have to say that this is by far the worst dentist Ive ever been to. They dont work with you and especially in emergency situations I will not recommend people to comfort at all.

I moved to the area last July and before I was able to establish care with a dentist, I had a dental emergency (broken crown, failed root canal) on a Friday night, and, after calling numerous offices, this was the only one that could get me in the next day. The end result was that I needed an implant. I am a very bad, anxious dental patient, and Dr. Vetowich not only did a great job on my dental work, but he was also very comforting and supportive each time I came in to the office stressed and anxious about my procedures. I’ve had several great dental assistants as well, but Phil and his great people skills and sense of humor especially make each visit less stressful and more pleasant. Even though I live in Westminster, I will continue to drive to Lafayette for this office’s superb service as long as I live in the area. Highly recommend.

I had a root canal done here which FAILED. Had to pay 2 grand out of pocket at another dentist to get it fixed. They left me in horrible pain with no apologies. That happens some times sure.. but when I went to a different dentist and they took off the crown and went back in to preform the secondary root canal he was shocked at how much infected nerve they had missed! He said he had never seen something so bad! DO NOT GO HERE!! Dont even take the chance! NOT WORTH IT!!

Dr. Bill and Phil were both amazing I would highly recommend coming in here. Heather at the front was very sweet and help us easily. Im happy with my experience and they dont make you feel bad about having Medicaid.. my mother had great service as well with her regular insurance. Great dentist!!

I have been attending this facility for many years. Every time I have gone to this location, Ive always been taken care of to the fullest extent and not once have I ever felt pressured into receiving more work that needed to be done but always advised. I have been treated through all manners of time frames from first thing in the morning, mid afternoon to the latest they could take me, and even during peak hours, the staff was always very attentive to not only myself but everyone else around me. Currently, Dr. Amy has been the one to provide me with the care I need. She not only makes me feel welcomed and happy/comfortable to be there, but also educates and answers any and all questions without any issue I may have. She triple checks the work that is done to ensure 100% satisfaction has been achieved. One of the assistants there, Phil, has worked with me twice now and makes the experience enjoyable. Instantly connecting because of similar personal interests, Phil tries to connect with people on a realistic level, sharing personal stories and hobbies in order to keep people calm during procedures yet remaining professional and putting your comfort first. Both Amy and Phil are very reassuring as well as looking after your best interests, making sure pricing is fair for the job at hand, notifying patients of any additional work that should be advised without pressuring people into it. They both show pride in their work that they are indeed there to help and not just use people as a cash grab. Personally, I do enjoy going to the dentist and to go to a location where the staff welcomes you and radiates the energy of wanting to help, makes the experience truly better. From simple check ups and cleanings, to major surgery, I have always enjoyed working with them and fully intend to remain a patreon for the years to come.

Last night, Dentist Michael V. and Assistant Summer saved my life. Well, my mental life and a few teeth. I had lost part of my front tooth to a (very) poorly pitted date, after 5PM. The remaining part of the tooth had sharp edges, so I felt it urgent to get it taken care. Also, I had been putting off the replacement of a crown for about a year. Finally, I was due for a cleaning. The receptionist got me in at 5:45PM, same evening, and soon Michael and Summer had (1) fixed the chipped front tooth, (2) taken a 3-d photo of the place where the new crown is to go, (3) made a temporary crown, and (4) cleaned my teeth. All in about an hour and a half! A little numb, I was caught up on all dental work & was relieved to find the entire bill was significantly less than $1,000 (with the gold insurance plan they sell, which is a bargain). So, Thank you staff, Michael, and Summer!

There was a small wait to be seen but considering it was the afternoon of Christmas Eve it was inconsequential. The staff is incredible friendly and on the ball. The chat was nice while getting the exam done, made me feel very comfortable with those working on me. The Dental Assistant was very quick with the xrays, which are always uncomfortable and I appreciated that. Dr. Bill was very matter of fact and quick in the assessment. He also listened to what I had to say about my tooth pain and the cause, which the xrays did confirm. Its hard to get any sort of medical professional who wont dismiss you or talk over you. I needed a root canal and the staff, including Phil, was kind of enough to do it right then for me. I didnt even know until I was leaving that they stayed past close to do so. That was incredible. They once again listened to my concern about needing much more than normal anaesthesia based on my past experience. They really care. They really like their job and they are very competent at it.Thank you!

I have been going to this location for a couple of years now. I have seen several different dentists and assistants and they have all been wonderful! They make sure to keep your comfort in mind and check in as they are doing work. The staff have always been friendly. I have found the location to be clean and welcoming each time I have been. I definitely recommend them!

I’ve been a patient here and they’re really good, all of the doctors here are amazing. They’re very kind and there’s quick service. I was attended by Dr. Bloomfield and he did an implant on me and he did an amazing job. I’ve been to many different dentist and none are as good as this one. Dr. Bill is amazing and a highly supportive dentist. He talked to me the entire time and he made me feel informed. I got my very first root canal after ignoring the dentist for way too many years. I was so nervous and very skeptical. Getting a root canal done with no insurance is not ideal, but the staff made sure I was informed of all my options and I was in and out within 2.5 hours. IGNORE RUDE REVIEWS. This isn’t the Telsa of dental offices, but most of us can’t afford Tesla style so for what I could afford, I was treated VERY well. It is a well kept office and very efficient. Highly recommended and Dr. Bill (yes, the one with the awesome long hair) is phenomenal. It’s obvious that customers who aren’t satisfied blame their insurance and/or narcotic issues on a dental office. Sad. Great service and thank you for taking care of me, Dr. Bill!!

I too have had awful experiences at comfort. Aside from never being on time, last time 1/2 hr late. Their blond dental hygienist, knocked out one of my fillings with her aggressive flossing. She man handled my mouth. She also has a horrible attitude. I spoke with the dentist about it all. She tried to blame me, then came around when I mentioned social media.

Just short of 2 years ago I had 6 fillings filled here, (bad I know hadnt been to a dentist in 12 years) all have cracked or fallen out with respectable dentist telling me they drilled out the wrong parts of teeth now leaving me with needing crowns... they seemed to rush me in and out and just wanted my Medicaid dollars. Now making me think they knew what they were doing setting me up to need more work done!! The composite coloring was so badly off, I was mortified at what they had done not happy about needing crowns or paying for them but at least comfort dentals mistakes will be gone!!

As a previous dental professional, and skeptical patient, I will say that Dr.Bloomfield and his can-do demeanor, helped me overall with my experience. He performed a root canal, and crown for me with confidence and skill while treating my tooth. I appreciated the phone calls to check on me after my operative appointments. I would recommend Dr. Jesse to others needing and wanting quality care in this establishment.

I went in to check out some teeth pain, and apparently it was my wisdom teeth. Throughout the process, everyone I worked with was incredibly kind, and friendly, and easy to talk to and feel comfortable. And the dentist was also amazing--walked me through the entire process, things to expect, and answered any questions I had professionally. I can easily recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist.

Historically, Ive always been a client of high priced dental practices thinking that I was getting quality dental work done. I WAS WRONG. Dr. Amy and her staff have provided me with outstanding dental work at an affordable price. Not only is their standard of care outstanding but they take great care in making me feel very comfortable during my visit with them.

Dr Bill is amazing. I have always not been a fan for the dentis but Dr.Bill was great made the whole experence awesome. Now on too Phil. Phil ROCKS! For over a year now I have had bad fitting dentures and a lower parcel that never fit right. In two visits with Phil he got my dentures fitting better then they ever have. If you yourself are having denture issues hit up Phil you wont be sorry at all!

I had chipped my tooth last week and was in a lot of discomfort. I went to this location because my family dentist was out of town and I was desperate. They took xrays and examined my tooth. I was told that I need a crown on that tooth and should probably get a crown on the tooth next to it. I was quoted $2,000 for everything. I am a broke college student and was taken back by that. So I left this location pretty upset and wanted a second opinion. I went to my family dentist today and was told I just need a simple filling that will take two second. I am extremely happy that I got a second opinion and didn’t let this place scam me. Do your research people

The dentist I saw at Comfort broke out the piece of bone next to the tooth she pulled and I ended up needing a bone graft at an oral surgeons office so I didn’t lose the tooth next to it. I have never been back, worst dental experience of my life there.

I am normally terrified of the dentist but everyone, especially Dr. Bloomfiield and Carolyn, helped me feel extremely at ease. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, (they really live up to their name!) and well informed about my procedure. I look forward to building a better smile with them!

I had a very poor experience with trying to set up an appointment for some dental pain I am experiencing. Not impressed. Hopefully the dentists are a little more professional and caring than the office staff at this clinic.

My appointment was at 11:30 and i was waiting 30 mins in the waiting room. The front desk person forgot to check me in. I have never waiting this long.

I had about $2000.00 worth of work done. They performed a deep cleaning and filled 10 cavities. Apart from some miscommunication with the front counter staff, Im overall pleased and will return for future work. I raised concerns about the miscommunication, and they happily volunteered to make the situation right. The doctors/dentists genuinely care about me and my teeth. The prices are fair and it is convenient that they are open evenings and Saturday. They were more than willing to take me in without an appointment to make some adjustments, which I appreciated very much. Keep up the good work!

Literally one of the best dental visits of my life.They were extremely personable; they didnt have any red tape (none of that we cant request a Dr. procedure until the Dr. sees you this time, and then well make you come back 3 weeks later to actually have it done.) They took care of all 4 issues in the same visit, without complaint.Truly service oriented. I will DEFINITELY go back.My last few dentists have been impersonable, and that is why they are no longer my dentist. If you arent good with people, you shouldnt work with people.This whole office staff rocks.

I only made this 5stars so it had a better chance of being seen. Do not take your children to this office if you can at all avoid it. This facility has no idea how to handle children. They hovered over my 6 year old who was there for a filling and already nervous. Then when they kept stressing him out the dentist came in and told him we needed to get started if they wanted to get his fillings done, my son said I hate cavities! Which the dentist couldve said anything like me too or even then let me fix them or anything to that effect but instead he very pointedly said I didnt put them there. You did. Im just trying to fix them for you. So that made my son feel bad, he started crying and said I dont even know how to make cavities. Im sorry. The dentist got up and referred us out to another office saying Im sorry but we cant help you tonight. All of this took maybe 10 minutes at max before they gave up on him.

So I hate the dentist and have had bad experiences in the past. Dr. Neal worked patiently and kindly to get me back to where I needed to be and it was A LOT OF work. Amy Hazelwood destroyed my girlfriends mouth. She pulled all of her good teeth and left her bad ones. When she tried to call corprate to get a more experienced Dentist. They referred her to their attorney. Amy Hazelwood has an open case with the dental board and is being investigated. Go to Sage Dental run away from this place.

This place is has very unprofessional front desk person who is around teenage, but do not know what he is doing. I spent an hour to see Dr. but didnt get chance.He doesnt know how to deal with customers, I never seen place like that for dentist. The reason why I gave 2 stars is because I was lead to believe that the two fillings that I went in for were covered by insurance. My policy covered 2 a year. However, they kept billing me random amounts weeks after my visit. I ended paying almost $600 for 4 fillings! Plus, the doctor decided to do a 3rd while he was already in my mouth without going over the cost with me beforehand. I still dont know where the 4th filling came from but when I tried to call and ask about it or try to set it straight I just got reprimanded by the receptionist and she just kept telling me that I signed the agreement to pay. My insurance company told me that they tried to bill them for 4 fillings although only 2 are covered every year and only 30% of the type of filling that they actually gave me was covered. I felt taken advantage of with the fact that this was not explained to me and that I had another option which was covered and the procedure they chose to go with was not 100% covered. I called again to inquire about that I was told that the doctors note said that I approved it. Obviously thats not true. Bogus, dishonest, and shameful.

Phil is an outstanding dental assistant with true compassion for his patients. He takes the time to listen to his patients and does the best job possible.

Their dental practices seriously only meet the minimum standards, in my opinion. Its worth your money to go elsewhere. Their work doesnt last long and youll be in pain again in no time.

My dentist is great but wait always seems long or they are behind almost everytime I come in also the front waiting area need some serious dusting and cleaning.But there is a new guys I think hes Is a guy working in the front that was flossing his teeth and had a runny nose that was dripping all over so bad I had to disinfect my payment card .

I was seen by Dr. Amy Hazlewood and Dental Tech Phil. They are my dream team of dental care. I am normally not a fan of going to the dentist. The exceptionally skilled treatment, combined with true concern for my well being and comfort while being treated at this practice has completely revised my view of the practice of dentistry. Dr. Hazlewood is very knowledgeable, takes time to explain and discuss treatment options in a manner that is easily understandable for the patient. Both Dr. Hazlewood and Phil have a great chairside manner keeping the mood light and easy, constantly checking on patient comfort and explaining exactly what is being done and why. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. There are are some poor evaluations of this practice that unfortunately are very misleading about the current state of what to expect here. Those reflect treatment from dentists who are no longer affiliated with the practice and in some cases have not been for many years. You will not regret using this wonderful group of people who currently staff the practice for your dental needs.

The worst dental experience of my life. Brought my husband and myself in for a cleaning, the dentist did the cleaning, and a very poor job I might add. I was a dental hygienist for 10 years, and taught at the collage. He did not even do the exam thoroughly, and I know for a fact that my husband has an area of periodontal concern. The dentist said he was in perfect dental health...really? He also said I had no calculus. Ummmm, actually I did, and still do, because he did not clean it off! I can tell because I can feel it with my floss. Both cleanings took 15 minutes max. If I felt like dealing with a law suite, I could sue for malpractice. But I think it is better to warn patients about this place. The only reason I went there in the first place is because of our insurance. Good thing we now have a better insurance. Thank goodness!

I want to personally thank everyone there! Most importantly my dentist Dr. Vetowich. I recently BROKE my 2 FRONT TOP TEETH and I needed to get help fast. I got right off of my flight back to DIA and made a call, it what about 6:30pm and I had no appointment. I let the front desk know my situation and she told me to stop in as a walk in. being in a major amount of pain, as soon as I got there they saw me. It was nearly closing time and the whole team helped put my teeth back together again just before closing with no complaints! I am so thankful for everyone and my dentist who truly wanted to help me even though it was so close to closing! I will never go to another dentist office! I am so happy with the work they have done and I so happy to know I can put my trust in Lafayette Comfort Dental! Once again, thank you sooo much to everyone there, for fixing my teeth and continuing to stay in contact with me to make sure that Im alright! I got an walk-in appointment on a Saturday for a cracked tooth when my regular dentist was closed. They took me with almost no wait, were very kind and compassionate and solved the issue. Im very grateful and highly recommend.

I walked into the Comfort dental in lafayette colorado, with tons of pain in my mouth. They were so Awesome, they helped fix everything that was causing me so much pain. Been at this comfort Dental for 2 years now my husband and I we both have two different dentist and they are both great,they take good care of my teeth.

What ever you do dont use comfort dental. They told me I needed dentures in February and started pulling my teeth. They pulled all of my top teeth which were the best teeth in my mouth while leaving my bottoms the worst teeth. Impressions and fittings carried on for months Dr Amy ordered them finalized. They were not right. She tried to do something with them sent them back and the next day they were not right. She told me Id have to wait to July first to get my bottoms and they were finalized before even my teeth were pulled. I still have my bottom teeth I am constantly choking on food. But hey its not them. Dont even do this dont subject yourselves to these so called dentists. Im contacting a medicle malpractise attorney. They left me in a worse situation than I was when I first came in to them.

Old equipment, the dentist did my cleaning instead of a dental hygienist which seemed weird, they only spent about 5min cleaning my teeth and I feel like they did not do a thorough job, and finally, the assistant forgot to floss at the end. I will be looking for a different office.

I have been coming to Comfort Denal for twelve years. That says it all!

I went to this place for dry mouth, gum disease, receding gums, acid in my blood eating up my kidneys, liver, teeth & gums. The dentist took a tool & pushed his hardest on my gums while claiming he was checking the gaps between my teeth randomly calling off numbers that his dental aid wasn’t even logging down! A real dentist knows you don’t even brush irritated gums but, yet he tried to convince me, “Deep cleaning” will help my gums. More over he didn’t even prescribe any preventive medication. I got 2 different names & the guy didn’t even look like a dentist so, for the publics’ protection I’ll describe him, he’s got long gray hair, looks like a hippy, he thinks everyone hangs out in bars, & everyone’s seeking bar hoe’s. A lot of his words sound like a drug planting cop from Longmont, Ofc. Hazen the guy could pass for his brother Moreover, my family gets a lot of $money when I die the state insurance is paying these guys off by letting them take 600 x-rays. Their trying to torment & dramatize me into submission. I have a $365Million law suit pending on Longmont United Hospital, Boulder Community Health, & LPD this guy conspired with Longmont where the doctors’ murder & the PD is full of tyrants. After an uncomfortable checkup/cleaning I left with water and cleaning paste all over my shirt as the assistant made a big mess. The assistant also barely spoke English and was extremely difficult to communicate with. I was told I had 4 cavities requiring about 200$ out of pocket. The dentist seemed a bit unsure so I decided to get a second opinion. After going to another dentist I was told they could not find any cavities on my x-ray. My new dentist explained everything thoroughly and even double checked the spots by hand to ensure there were no cavities. I am extremely angry this place was going to poke me with needles and drill the crap out of four of my teeth for no reason but to probably make some money. I will never consider going to a comfort dental again that is for sure.

I went to see Jesse Bloomfield and he did an amazing job , the office visit alone was great, the staff was amazing i strongly recomend this dentist office for others who are looking , will definitly be back for future visits.

Ive been searching for a good dentist and finally found Doctor bloomfield and his assistant Nino. They both went out of their way to fix the problem that another dentis did. Im happy I found a team that care for their patients. I highly recommend them. Thank you doctor bloomfield and Nino!!

I have a horrible fear of the dentist mainly the needle and Amy HazelwoodD.M.D.... Was absolutely great. She gave me anxiety med to take before my apptAnd the morning of my appointment she was very patient and compassionate about my fears. She numb me up really good with a gel before i got numb by the needle. I didnt even feel the needle. She is the best for anyone that has fear of the dentist defiantly go and see her. You will be glad you did.

Had a pleasant experience setting my appointment up earlier this week. Upon arrival, I was nicely greeted by the receptionist and asked to filled out an basic information form. I had forgotten my dental insurance card at home, but the receptionist was happy to look up my information for me. After a short wait, my girlfriend and I were asked to wait in a small room. Being a first time patient at this office, Jesse Bloomfield kindly introduced himself to us both as we begain to speak about the nature of our visit. Philip kindly escorted me back to have a few xrays done. He was very personable and humerous, which made me feel more relaxed. Jesse then came and discussed all of my options sharing my x-rays on his computer display with me and explaining things to a level which I could understand. Having a phobia of needles was no problem for Jesse & Phillip as they used their years of experience to make it almost unnoticable. As my mouth begain to numb, we started to joke around about tattoos. This procedure did not last very long, and before I knew it I was already done! I set up appointments for the next few weeks and look forward to going back and having more dental work done. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness!

Their ok for regular cleaning but are terrible at extraction and are heartless when it comes to any kind of pain management I mean they left piece of tooth under my gums believe me when I say DONT GO TO COMFORT DENTAL its all about the money or what they can get out of your insurance
