I was seen by Dr Soileau for the first visit and decided to not return for future treatment from him. There were $3,000 in charges that I paid for future treatment which I did not receive, his office has yet to return to me. This is for services not rendered which is clearly medical fraud. After contacting him personally and his office for a refund, they simply would not return the money paid.

The worst experience I have ever had. He told me I needed a crown. The crown fell off three times in one day. Had 2 veneers put on my front teeth, after one fell off I called and they said they couldn’t put me on the schedule and the girl at the front desk told me to super glue it on, I was in shock. My top veneer was put on and became uncomfortable over time. He said don’t worry you have a 5 year warranty. When I went back to fix it he wouldn’t even face me. He had a worker there tell me if he’s going to see me he will charge me for a new one. I had already paid 1,000 for a tooth and they were going to charge me $900 for a new one that he messed up. He should not be in business and I don’t think he will for long. His entire office is terrible. Do not go here. You will regret it. He will take your money and you will still have to go elsewhere to have someone fix his work.

I paid this doctor $15,000 for a full upper restoration... and he left me with no workable teeth. I had to stop his work after 10 months of agony and frustrations (all documented) . The final teeth he did cement in are crooked, uneven, margins are off, all different sizes... and causing pain and extreme sensitivity. He refused to fix. The temps he made over the last 10 months constantly broke, he never fixed my bite. I have no permanent teeth on either side. He has refused to give me a refund or repayment for teeth I dont have. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone unless you want to be in pain, frustrated, out of a lot of hard earned money and receive zero compassion. I hope that one day this guy heals his heart... and realizes what hes doing to harm others.UPDATE: 3-6-18Just received notice from the Louisiana State Board of Dentistry that Dr. Soileau was fined $4000 and found guilty of poor practices and must undergo retraining at his expense.

I wanted to give him zero stars but app would not allow me. This dentist is only good for getting a cleaning. Had crowns put in and the bite was off. He kept sand it down to fix which weakened the crown. In less than 14 months the crown broke an now can’t get him to talkto me. Not even man enough to talk to a patient after he screws your mouth up. Very bad dentist and businessman.

A true master at his craft--hard to find another dentist as gentle as he is--never seen another dentist so painless with injections--definitely the best.
