The gals in the office made me feel SO comfortable and were so helpful in helping me find the perfect frames and explaining to me the pricing, insurance, etc.Dr. Demerly is also always so easy to talk to during the eye exam and explains her answers to my questions so understandably. Have been going here a few years now and have always had a great experience. Highly recommend!

I had a pleasant experience at Norman and Miller Eyecare in Lafayette. The staff was courteous and the eye doctor took the time necessary to answer my questions. I found out that my prescription was too strong and the eye doctor adjusted my prescription lower for my contacts and realized that my vision was better and clearer, plus I didnt have to use reading glasses as much! The office is nice and not in a strip mall. I definitely recommend Norman and Miller to everyone. Keep up the good work!

I have been going here for about 5 years now. The staff are the kindest group of people youll ever meet! They are always friendly and helpful. The glasses and contacts never take long at all. In the past, at other places, it wasnt always easy to get a copy of my prescriptions. Ive had some doctors flat out refuse. I called today asking for copies and they were in my email within minutes. They never hesitate to go above and beyond!

Went to another eye doctor in town that claimed to be a pediatric eye doctor. Hands down glad we came here for a second opinion. 10,000 times better at dealing with children. The doctor took time to explain everything and was very patient with us and our 3 year old.

Norman and Miller Eyecare is definately the best Optometrist office Ive ever been to. The employees were not just generous with their time, but their senses of humor as well! I was pregnant and revealed it was a boy and the staff started showing me all kinds of cute baby boy stuff while I was waiting. However, as a walk in, it was very fast and I was very impressed with their time management. The doctor was great and they have a very diverse selection of glasses, which compliments any fashion style. I would suggest them to everyone and its a 45 minute drive for me! Totally worth it!!!
