I absolutely loved this place until recently, I would go here if I got a migraine for relief but now I get a migraine from going here since they started using scents in the building. Unfortunately now I am thinking I need to change to another spot, I wish they understood some people are allergic to synthetic fragrances and kept their medical office a safe space .

Excellent business model; great customer service, quick exam turnover, and lovely experience. Dr. Ashley is awesome! I actually signed up for the membership, as I currently require routine chiropractic maintenance. It saves me a great deal of money over traditional chiropractor services, and it’s so convenient. I have recommended The Joint to several friends already.

This place is AMAZING! The lady that adjusted me was very thorough. I’m very happy with the services, & will most definitely be back.

This place is absolutely wonderful! My boyfriend and I go several times a month and everyone is so friendly. The chiropractors here are knowledgeable and skilled. Ashley is the best! They really all are. We are usually in and out in under 15-20 minutes. Im so pleased with this place! I always leave feeling amazing.

Was made to feel very welcome when greeted at the door! Wasnt too long before I was seen from my consultation and during the consult all the information was very informative. After the consultation the initial adjustment was thoroughly conducted. All in all a very pleasant experience!

Had the worst migraine and stress tension headache and jaw pain. My normal chiropractor wasnt available so after a coworker suggested I go here, I was extremely pleased with the service and signed up for their monthly program! Its very affordable and totally worth it. My headache went away that evening and Im back to work.Dr. Ashley was so super sweet and friendly. Im going back to see her tomorrow!As a teacher, I get burnt out quickly. I feel like this program will help me with my overall wellness.Thank you!

It was a good experience going to the joint the doctor that adjusted me was really good new what she was doing

First time going to any type of chiropractic place and the service was very good. They informed me in detail about joints on my body that where out of place and or needed their attention and I was pleased with the results. Overall visit was around 20-35 minutes. Definitely will be back.

The team was very nice! They explained in detail the process and the adjustment was phenomenal! At first I thought she was breaking me when I heard my bones crack! Lol! It felt great! I can’t wait to go back!

I truly got all my problems addressed and can’t wait until my next visit. So much relief and the doctor was very detailed.

If I could leave them a zero I would, I was told by the manager CONNIE my membership was turned off. She refused to refund me, but I was reassured that I wouldnt be charged again. I woke up this morning to a charge on my account and I dont even go there. They are still charging me, its a terrible company. Im over them running around in circles what they are going to do is refund me and stop charging me. Everytime I got adjusted i had vertigo for days. Thats not normal my regular chiropractor never had me feeling like this. They are terrible and I would never use them again.

I was able to go right after work and the wait was not long. The staff was nice and I was adjusted and back on my way in no time.

Awesome place. No insurance hassle. In and out. Takes about 10 minutes to fill out the paperwork the first visit and about 5 minutes for the alignment. After that the total visit is about 5-10 minutes. You can get your back cracked and still have time to go pick up a bite to eat for your lunch break. It’s like a drive thru chiropractor. Always got to give props to any business that recognizes veterans.

Great staff. Fast, but a little too fast. I felt a little rushed once I got in the back. Other than that I had great and productive experience.

I even signed up for a membership.As for COVID-19: They take precaution in washing hands before receiving care which is great. I would have liked to see more of wiping down the tables, but nonetheless I’m very impressed and SATISFIED. 5 Stars

Ms. Connie is one of the most kind and patience and respectful receptionist that I’ve ever had the pleasure to encounter and Dr. Ashley did a wonderful job with my consultation, taking the time to really thoroughly explain things before during and after my adjustment. Very attentive and understanding that this was my first time visiting a chiropractor in general. All in all it was a very nice and pleasant time and I will be back!(lol no pun intended)

Very fast service and professional. Helped my tight upper back pain after just one adjustment. Gave me a call a few hours after to see how I felt after my first adjustment which I wasnt expecting. Great place!

Had a wonderful chiropractic experience at the Joint. Very friendly and explained everything clearly. Only reason for not giving a 5 star is the way masks was enforced so strictly. I have severe anxiety with a mask on, and was required to also cover my nose. I nearly had a panic attack in their office.

I went in for the first time and met Dr. Menard. He was so soft spoke and easy to communicate with. I will continue to go there.

It was my first time ever going to a chiropractor and it was amazing......the Dr was very nice and professional I left there with great relief!’

I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ve dealt with dizziness/vertigo and migraines for years. I’ve seen every doctor imaginable and tried this and actually stuck with it as a last resort. Finally something that helped! I tried this initially but only for a visit or two. You have to keep up with it and even if whatever is wrong isn’t fixed initially, keep going.

The treatment was good and my pain was gone for about 4 hours. I feel the cancellation policy for the wellness program was a little to complicated. Heard some people having trouble with it while I was there.

This staff is amazing! I felt instant relief Ive never been too a chiropractor ever and I honestly couldnt walk hardly after an easy adjustment I walked out of the Joint feeling amazing!

Went in with muscle spasms in my back, they cracked my back, no more spasms. I got relief. Much better than eating pills that make me fall asleep and not really work. This is a new experience, but so far so good.

I am a patient of Dr. Jeremy Menard, he has been absolutely amazing. He is very thorough and explains in detail before and after my adjustments. I recently went to him , I was complaining of re flux and he checked my abdomen. He noticed something that was abnormal and advised me to see my physician. I did see my physician and thank goodness for Dr. Menard, because I would have never known and sought medical attention. I would highly recommend The Joint Chiropractic Center. Wonderful place and very friendly. They take the time to care for your needs.

I had a pulled muscle in my lower back. I walked in on Saturday afternoon, and Dr Kris was helping me within 10 minutes. I walked out feeling much better. This is a great walk-in chiropractic place.

Their fast and informative...and the doctor I had knew what he was doing, just by simply touching certain areas he knew what I was having issues with 😯...They even give you a pamphlet of what your problem areas are and what relief you’ll see....

It took me more time to fill out my paperwork then the under five minutes that I spent with the chiropractor. Dr. Chris. I have received chiropractic care for over 50 years and have never been more dissatisfied with a visit. Even though I walked in with an introductory offer. I feel like they should’ve paid me. Dr. Chris was polite , brief in communication as well as the quickie adjustment I received. I think I heard someone say he wasn’t finished with his lunch.I told him that I did not feel like he was thorough enough and hey put me back on the table and did the same to motions to move my hip....He then proceeded to tell me that I was even as he help me off the table.

It’s a great place friendly staff just need more people to work for Saturday. I waited over an hour to be seen. The place was crowded so bad people was sitting on the floor.

I know its just not going to be a one visit fix, but it surely helped tremedously.. Cannot wait to get back in for another visit. I knew when I slipped & fell that there was some things out of place. tremendously. Constant pin needles in my neck have settled down & I do not feel so stiff. Thank you!!

Dr. Liz Chavis was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have never been so disrespected in a professional environment. Mrs. Connie at the front desk was extremely sweet and helpful. She apologized to me on behalf of Dr. Lizs rude unprofessional behavior and actually felt the need to refer me to another chiropractor and offered to call on my behalf to get me in to see another Doctor promptly.

Dr Ashley is awesome and always helps my back! I would highly recommend going here just for her services!!
