Very professional and nice. I was informed every step of the way of what they were doing for me and what to expect. This was my first time to go to a chiropractor and I must say that these people know there stuff.I went in in so much pain and left with a small amount of stiffness but nothing compared to before they worked with me. I would definitely recommend them to any of my family or friends.

From the moment you walk in the door, everyone you come across is nice and friendly. The entire staff cares about getting you healthy and well. When I started getting care in March I could hardly move, I was on crutches and in horrible pain. Now I’m 100% pain free! But it is more than just being pain free, I felt like I was listened to and that every staff member cared about me and my progress. The entire staff was invested in getting me better!

I’ve been to many chiropractor’s and these guys are by far the best I’ve been too. The service is first class and everyone is so nice plus they offer more than just chiropractic services. Highly recommended

So happy I chose this place for my chronic hip & back pain I was having since having my son. After just my first adjustment I left with tremendous relief & was able to sleep through the night (the pain would normally wake me up multiple times a night)! Let me not forget to mention, the entire staff is so wonderful & makes you feel like youve been going there forever.

The consistency in that aspect, along with the knowledge from the doctors and assistants, made me feel safe and that I was getting the best quality care possible. Dr. Brad, Dr. Bailey, Dr. Austin, and Dr. Ricky all did a wonderful job of communicating with each other to make my visit as efficient and informative as possible. Also, all of the doctors are extremely personable and friendly. I recommend this clinic to anyone who needs help alleviating pain.

I started feeling relief after my first visit!

The people here are as good as it gets. Every one of the women here are fantastic people and take very good care of you. They make you feel like family. They watch my son for me when I go like he is their own. The doctors are always very good, always attentive and I always leave feeling so much better. I find all of the treatments they prescribe me to be beneficial. The only downside is everytime I go I end up spending a long time there. They tend to be pretty busy making for longer waits in order to be adjusted. Otherwise I would certainly give them 5 stars.

Dr. Brad is absolutely the best Chiropractor I have ever had the good fortune to work with. The care is simply the best in the region! After years of on-going back pain, my treatment at Pinhook Chiropractic had me able to stand up straight, raise my arm over my head, and bend without falling over! I trust Dr. Brad and Dr. Baily implicitly. From diagnosis to treatment you are in the hands of a great healer! Their sincere goal is to get your back healthy and get you pain free. Very personalized attention and physical adjustments along with focused physical therapy, decompression, and e-stim. I no longer live in the area, but travel back to be realigned, adjusted, and strengthened. I hurt myself badly in late early December and traveled back to Lafayette (1200 miles) to be treated. Once again, after treatments, I was pain free.It was also great to have the ability to book an in house massage along with my chiropractic appointment. Miss Leslie is an amazing massage therapist. Intuitive and clearly extremely experienced, she worked with Dr. Brad to focus on my body using multiple approaches and, holistically, is an incredible complement to the physical adjustments I received on the table from Dr. Brad. I always know I am in excellent care when I visit Dr. Brad, and I always leave pain free. Sorry I don’t live closer!!

I was very pleased with my visit to this clinic. I was treated with the utmost respect and compassion. Everyone was very compassionate about the pain that I was experiencing and acknowledged it. I was given a thorough exam and x-ray. Dr. Brad explained everything to me in laymans terms so that I could understand the process and treatment options. The facility is very clean and comfortable. My daughter strained her back the weekend prior to us coming to town for the Ragin Cajun s softball camp. We drove 13 hours to come to the camp and she really wanted to be able to do as much as possible at camp, but was in considerable discomfort. The staff fit us in the same day we arrived and she is feeling better. I personally am grateful for the entire staff, for the kindness and compassion they showed us, as well as the skill of the doctors.
