Bonita Bramante8 months agoI received the worst treatment at this hospital. I will never go back there. If you value your life and have a extensive medical background you should avoid this place. They think they know your history with just pulling a prescription history. Incompetent would be an understatement, they were cruel , abusive , and left me having seizures for over 24 hours because they decided I was faking it. Mind you I told them I was having seizures and they only had to check my medical records that they had access to . Or they could have just called my family . It took me around 9 hours before I realized why I was left unattended, without a call button , and ignored when I called for help. If it wasn’t for a tech who came in when my phone rang and gave it to me so I could contact my family no telling what would have happened .

Very nice hospital. We visited a family member who just had heart surgery. We know several people who have had surgery there and they all had only great things to say about the place, the doctors, nurses, and staff.

My mother was scheduled to check in at 6:30am for an outpatient procedure. We arrived at 6:15am. They quickly placed her in triage and began IV. It is now 10:30 am and no one has checked on her or gave us a status of when her procedure will actually begin.

The staff was outstanding. They should care and compassion to help comfort both my husband the patient as well as myself.

In 2005 I had Quadruple bypass surgery & that my friends was 13 years ago ! Great Doctors, Nurses,& Staff

If you ever find reason to be here for yourself or a loved one, know youll be in great hands. These people are far beyond most health care providers in regards to care, knowledge and compassion. Beautiful facility as well.

A family member has been a repeat patient, both in the ER as well as in-patient. Each time, he is treated with empathy and professionalism. This specialty hospital is truly at the top of their game.

My grandmother went there she had the best surgeon. Also, the nurses and doctors were so nice to her

This is the worst hospital in the Lafayette Parish. The reason why is becausemy grandparents cardiologist is no good and my parents and I never liked him. Id give Heart Hospital a 7
