Right when you walk through doors, the staff is very polite and always have a smile on their faces. Dr. Thomas takes his time when you are in a visit with him. He will answer all the questions that you have. Which I very much appreciated, I like knowing the answers to the questions. He is a very caring doctor with us his patients. If you make an appointment to see Dr. Thomas you will not be disappointed in the care that you receive from him and his staff. Thank you so much to Dr. Thomas and the ladies.

He’s a good doctor. Really takes his time with each patient and very thorough. The nurses are friendly as for the rest of the staff, rude as heck. Especially the office manager, medical records and front desk. Make sure y’all check your bills or eob because they try to add stuff, like monitor for 48hrs and it was only 24hrs.

Staff seemed nice and I’m sure the doctor is nice too but I never got to meet him. I waited almost 3 hours before I had to leave to go to work without seeing a doctor. Myself alongside everyone else in the waiting room waited the same amount of time.
