I got some blood work at this office where they botched scheduling my follow up appointment, never delivered my lab results, and then sent me an inflated bill for all the work they didnt do. This place is a mess.

They were very accommodating and took care of my problem immediately.

What I appreciate most about this facility is that Dr. Singh is caring and HONEST. I attended Cardiovascular Institute of the South for a free Heart Screening. I was so pleased with the professionalism of the staff. Not only that, they all worked together as a team to effectively complete tests on 30+ people in a timely manner. I was complete with my screening and consolation within 30 minutes. During my consolation with Dr. Singh she explained the results to me and stated that my heart was in great shape. She did not recommend me for a follow up visit since my tests came out well, which proves she is an HONEST DOCTOR. Other doctors might have added me as a new patient for financial reasons and booked me for a follow-up, but Dr. Singh did not do that. My heart was in great condition, so there was no need for me to schedule an additional appointment. However, she did recommend other helpful suggestions for other problems I was having with my bp. She also gave me recommendation to ensure that my heart stays in this great condition even as I get older. I was completely satisfied with my visit to this facility. I would 100% recommend this facility to anyone needing heart care. They are EFFECTIVE, HONEST, & CARING!!! 😊 😊😊

Very dissatisfied I saw a physician 4 years ago and they won’t schedule me an appointment as a new because I am a self pay patient.

Drs and staff are very friendly and caring. They are attentive to my needs. Wonderful place to come if you have any heart issues.
