I am very impressed!! The electronic check in was easy and Angela E. is so good with the needle that I literally didn’t even feel the needle go in. In and out in 10 minutes.

Wow, terrible customer service here. I came in about 20 min before closing, and they were unable to take an electronic form of my order. I asked if they had any ideas of where I could run to get a printed version because they refused to print it there. I was told “not my problem.” I was able to scramble to get one and showed up one minute after they closed. They were already driving away.

Please do not go here. Everyone is absolutely useless and will find any excuse not to do any work. Their window to get work done is like 5 minutes a day. Ive been here 2 times and both times they turned me away and said that I had to come back a different time. But both times they told me different windows where they do the work. Most unpleasant experience Ive ever had. Go anywhere but here

Im sad to read about all the bad experiences people have had it this location. Im glad to report that I had a good experience here when going in for a blood draw. The employees with whom I interacted were pleasant—especially the technician who did the blood draw. My insurance wasnt involved with this particular visit and that wasnt an issue when I went in (it had been for one of the other reviewers on here, so hopefully LabCorps process and system has since been improved). I was able to go straight back after arriving and was driving away 20 minutes after my appointment time.If you have reason to visit LabCorp I hope your experience more closely resembles mine than that of some of the other the reviewers on here!

Ive only been here twice and each time it was bad. Second time was worse. I have a huge bruise down the side of my arm (2inches above bend in elbow down the side and underneath half way down my arm. Black, blue, and purple. Im not on blood thinners, dont bruise easy), hurt a lot to bend, and a hard knot where she stuck me. They dont have managers so I cant complain. Yes, you can bruise with a blood draw but not that bad. I went to show them and not even so much as a Im sorry. Just a Im the one who stuck you and yes there is some bruising with blood draw. Again see pictures. Thanks for being short and being accountable. Eye roll. Im a phlebotomist too (C.M.A) and I dont bruise people that bad. I only go here because my insurance is covered underneath them. I wont be going back. I wouldnt be surprised if I get stuck again because they hemolyzed it. Going somewhere else with competent people is worth paying out of pocket. Dont go here.

Went in for a routine drug screening for a new job. Ive had several of these routine tests, but have never been treated so poorly by the nurses. The first time in, I couldnt produce enough sample to test twice before their office closed and the nurse was very rude about it. My company was fine with me returning to retake the test the next week and I asked if I was okay to leave and the nurse said that I was good to go. After I went home, I realized the nurse never returned my license and I would have to go back another day since I wasnt living in the area at the time. When I returned to retake the test, a different nurse was there and when I asked about my license, she pursed her lips and was extremely rude about my lost license. She said they send them to their main office to be returned and I probably dont have the right address on it (like I didnt know my own address). Three weeks later, still no license in the mail and I tried to resolve the issue with the main office in Indy, was hung up on and sent to voicemail 3 times. This company is a joke and very unprofessional.

I went in to attempt to give blood for my bi monthly blood work for my thyroid and this lady angie kept going on about what I might owe after my insurance pays. I tried to explain to her that being this was orderd threw pain management my insurance covers 100% like it has for the last 4 test. She got really rude and popped off I need your credit card . I told her no that I wasnt giving it to her she then became more rude by that time I had heard enough. I asked her why she was being rude to me so she laughed in my face I took my paper work and left and I will neverf return.

I live 45 minutes away and had to fill out paperwork at a separate location before I came, and I got to Labcorp at 3:28 pm for pre employment drug screening. The nurses proceeded to ignore that I was there until 3:30, and then told me that I could not have the screening done today because they stop at 3:30. If I had a choice I would never go back, the nurses clearly are too lazy to do their job.

Your drivers are a danger on the road. License plate started with 77 and ended in CP in a chevy SUV. Not great advertisement for your company to have dangerous, rude drivers speeding around town with your logo on their vehicles.
