This place was great! Called right when they opened and they lady I spoke with was really nice and helpful. They were able to squeeze me in with Charlie. I wanted a cut and color and she did an amazing job! I was nervous because I had not colored my hair this shade before but she did fabulous! Will be returning to her!

I scheduled a simple trim & style with this salon. The stylist washed and straightened my hair before trimming it straight across my back without lifting for measure. This was my first time seeing this technique but Im not a stylist so I didnt say anything. A few days later, my coworker noticed that my hair was uneven. The right side was a few inches longer than the left side. I asked a few more friends and they confirmed my suspicions. I called in and spoke with someone who scheduled for me to come in and have a manager recut my hair. Awesome! I block out my lunch period and a few extra minutes thinking that I would be getting my hair washed and straightened and cut correctly this time. I go in for the cut correction, the manager literally cut my (naturally wavy) hair DRY. Im pretty sure it is still uneven (as my hair was wavy for the dry cut) but to avoid conflict, I didnt say a word and let her cut it. I will never visit this salon again. They were very unprofessional and unconcerned about correcting their error.

They did a horrible job, two different people did my hair like I was a training Manikin. Both sides came out different and hair was missed I have long and short hairs on my side. My perm did not get done right, some of my hairs permed, some she did not even roll and it was not rolled tight at all. They wanted me to pay to have them fix their issues after the hair dresser stated she did not use strong enough chemicals. I am having to sue this establishment and dispute them in order to go to another location. When they had me on hold they didn’t actually place me on hold and was talking about me horribly with no professionalism. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone! The better business bureau will be contacted. This is a headache. Please please don’t waste your time here, you will regret it. No business ethics or morals.

Everyones nice. They have plenty of openings. However the girl who did my brows clearly didnt know how to do it properly. She screwed up one of mine. Now I have to draw part of it on.

Madeline is amazing! She gave excellent advice when I was trying to decide which cut I wanted. The cut perfect in every way and I cant wait to go back for a color. Nothing but good things to say about Madeline and the salon (which was super clean!)

This place is super clean! Theyve even taken extra covid precautions than what was mandated! The manager and all staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! The prices are great and I must particularly recommend my stylist Devyn! She listened and answered all of my questions and most importantly gave me a beautiful cut and color! My last stylist moved and she was excellent so I was worried about finding someone new, Thank God I found this place! Im beyond pleased!

Thought everything was going to be great when I showed up and they even took my appointment early but ended up having to stay 2 hours past the time allotted them the stylist didn’t even give me the dye job I wanted. YOU LITERALLY CANT TELL A DIFFERENCE IN MY HAIR. Worst time at a salon that I’ve had in a long time. Almost asked for my money back

They do nice haircuts and great hair coloring but I had a terrible experience with a keratin hair treatment. It Looked great the the first few days but after washing even using the products given by stylist my hair looked pretty bad Also had many split ends from the flat iron not being used right I guess. Half of my head looked decent but the other half was almost burnt. This is a very expensive treatment so you should get what you pay for I believe.I was offered to have it redone but I had it redone somewhere else in Houston and it came out just perfect. After months of this episode because o the good experience with hair coloring Ive always had thought I’d give it another try again but I was never able to schedule anything perhaps they thought I want it a free service because of their prior mess up so I just got ignored but that wasn’t the case. I have found another place now where they do great work!Sorry but, I could never recommend this place to someone who is in need of a hair treatment..FOLLOW UPNo worries I am not looking into getting any services any more. After this bad experience there is a bitter taste in my mouth and I don’t think I would be returning again. Maybe if you try looking up by last name you would find my name. I have been at your place several times.. I did call several times and even contacted manager myself and I was just ignored. All in the past now though. Good luck and hope service gets better for others. Thank you

Im really impressed with the level of service and quality that you get. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is great. Everyone seems to get along and the work environment is positive and upbeat. They have a lot of great stylists who really care about what you want, and work with you to make sure you get what you want. They accept just about all forms of payment, but try to remember to pay cash for the tip.

I made my second and third appointment with Britt only to be forgotten about after myself and my 2 children arrived at her salon to find out she was in Baton Rouge?!?! but, theres more...the first appointment we had with her, she did the same thing to someone else. she forgot about their appointment and left them hanging. Terribly unprofessional. Then when I left my honest review on Brits Facebook page, she had her friend come and try to bully me into removing it.

Book an appointment for a full keratin treatment, the same day of my appointment 3 hours before the appointment they cancel on me do to not having the person qualified to do it available. Very disappointed I needed this service done today which is not cheap and I can’t just call now and book somewhere else since is to late to do so. Is horrible how there is lack of professionalism lately in this Industry. You can’t just count on people to do their job no more.

I got a cut and color today. Morgan was superb. Very personable, made me feel comfortable in her chair. She knows how to make color work well and the cut was beautiful. She was also able to go around my crazy schedule. Will definately be going back.

April is a genius! She really understands hair, and can work with you to bring out the best style for your specific hair type. After the first time I got my hair done by her, a lady stopped me and asked if she could take pictures of my haircut. Haha! How often does that happen?

Hair stylist was good but never visit this place again for waxing. Facial waxing left a scar on my face. I always get facial waxing from European wax center. I made a mistake by visiting this place. My waxing experience here is a terrible. I don’t know how to share my picture on reviews. Otherwise I will post it now.

Shonney is one of the only people I let do my hair because she is professional and really knows how to cut hair properly. This was only my third time thrre and she had already memorized how I like my hair. I didnt have to tell her anything. A+ service at the least

Got my makeup done here and the lady that did it ruined a $85 dollar dress because the makeup got on the rim by the neck , then trys to clean it off with makeup remover wipes , to make matters worse it showed up in the pictures I took that day , HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED
