Wendy was so nice , clean and did the exact design I asked for to the T. She did perfect, I loved everything. Including the service and timing.

If you need a professional manicure this place is it. I am never disappointed and as for pedicures ask for Matt. I promise you not only was my feet soft and beautiful, he took away all the stress I walked in . Ask him for the Matt special. Thank me later. Everyone there is very nice and professional. The tools they use are fresh out the pack and customer satisfaction is definitely their goal.I highly highly , highly recommend Palace Nails Lounge.

Wait was extremely long (2 hours plus for a full set) wanted to do a Pedi but 2 hours plus wait made that impossible). Surprised because they usually have a ton of workers on weekends (especially since there is a Homecoming dance tonight). Other than wait nail tech was super friendly and daughters nails came out beautiful for Homecoming tonight. Sea like prices went up too. Dont remember it being nearly $75 for a full set.

The service was great. The staff was professional. I got dipped polish on my natural nails with French tips. My nails looked nice when they finished. Less than 24 hours later, 2 of my nails had chipped. I haven’t done anything, but wash my hands. Since Saturday, they have continued to peel/chip. My nails look terrible. I’m so disappointed. I normally don’t treat myself and now I wish I hadn’t.

This was my first experience with this place, and I was beyond impressed, amazed, and satisfied. I presented my artist an internet image and she delivered a brilliant version that was personalized to my liking. Definitely my new nail spot!

Nice enough place, staff. Complaints are that they CHARGE to remove old acrylic polish.......and a bit later in afternoon, my acrylic nails looked like they were grown out already, and i just had them done a few hours earlier. Returning was not an option, we had a function to go to and left town the next morning. For 2 pedicures (one cheap and one $40) and 1 manicure with fake nails was almost $200......

My first time ever going to this salon it was very nice and clean. The sweet lady who did my pedicure was amazing and I have no complaints towards her.Now the woman who did my manicure completely didn’t care on what I wanted I originally asked for short stiletto and I received almond. I also asked for a design and never received that. My nails aren’t even the same shapes. And now they are already chipping and messing up. The white nail I got is turning a brown color. Even after I paid for gel nails. $109 and it wasn’t even worth it. I truly wish I had a great experience

Always in and out every time I come! I’ve had a variety of the techs service me and I’ve never been disappointed. Certain days there are a high volume of people due to their ability to service in a timely manner but other than that I’ve been coming here for a little over 2 years and I’m content with them.

Update was 5 stars, now 3. Three of my nails are chipped after just a few days and they are dip. Last manicure I received that was dip (got it somewhere else) last three weeks with zero issues. They are very efficient and friendly but quality could be better.

Got dip manicure here today and was so not impressed. Im new to the area and am desperately trying to find a good nail salon and this had great reviews on Google, but disappointed is an understatement. First, Im pretty sure my wait time was as long as the actual service. I waited 20+ min before anyone actually took my color. Then he (Lee) completely rushed through the job and the result was an absolute mess. He never once asked what shape I wanted and just went with square, which is my least favorite, and by the time I had noticed he was on the top polish and couldnt reshape without removing completely. I also had said manicure at the beginning to the front desk and I dont know if that never got repeated or if this is just what qualifies but no manicure from what I could tell (no nail soak, cuticle care, etc). Then after spending maybe 10 minutes on the actual dip process, my fingers are completely stained from the dark color so I ask him if he could clean it up. He takes a tissue with a little acetone and just wipes down the finger pads, leaving the rest a complete mess especially around the cuticles. I even asked him again at the very end because it still looked messy to me and his response was you just have short nails. Sorry but what does that have to do with leaving the edges look like a kindergartner drawing outside the lines? Maybe Im being dramatic (Ive posted photos below so tell me if I am), but paying $37 for a rushed job that looks worse than what I couldve done at home seems ridiculous.

I have been to multiple nail salons in this area as well as locations in other cities and states. The Palace Nail Lounge & Spa is truly my favorite! The staff is always prompt and professional and I’ve been extremely pleased with all services provided each time.

The service was great but I think they should express how much it cost to do the nails because when it cost $110 just to do your Finger nails that is crazy and they don’t tell you the individual up charge fees that they charge and they hit you with that big balance at the end I was not happy with thatI’m really not sure if I will be using this business again because I feel like I was taken advantage of with the price

They asked us to wear a mask and, as my nine year old daughter was getting her manicure, I counted how many people (out of roughly 40 patrons and staff) were wearing their masks correctly. Five. Five people TOTAL had their masks on correctly. As if we dont have enough virtue signaling in this world, we feel like we have to virtue signal inside of a NAIL SALON?! Not tuhday. Not ever. Other nail salons offer better service AND they wont shove their political leanings in the form of a mask onto their customers.

This was my first time here and the service was great. I was able to relax and wind down after a crazy day. Cami did a really good pedicure.

I was in town visiting a relative and we decided to get nails done. Coming from Minnesota, I loved the expierence. I just got a gel manicure so I cant speak to the pedicure, but the technician I had checked my nails 3-4 times to make sure they looked good and it just seemed like she wanted to ensure that her product (my nails) were top notch. And, I will say 3 weeks later the gel is still on and my nails still look great. I may even say that this was the best gel manicure Ive ever had done.

I love it here. The staff is friendly and efficient. And they even make my small daughter feel like a VIP when she goes to get her mini pedicures done on their cute character childrens chairs. Highly recommend!!

It was my husband and I first time and it won’t be the last! This was the best nail shop I’ve ever went to. It was busy but they have soooo many different workers and we was in and out. Bout maybe 1 hr and 30 minutes tops and we was done. They did my pedicure and my full set at the same time! I will definitely be back here for now on! Oh and they’re very clean they have plastic on the pedicure chairs to soak ur feet and they use brand new items to clean your feet fresh out the pack! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Multiple prices given on same service between tech and manager. It went from 37, to 57, to 59, to 71. Tech unaware of service I was getting, so it was a big commotion in front of everyone. Customer beside me extremely rude to me. It felt race related. I felt so uncomfortable that I left with my hands unfinished. I still paid even tho my service was unfinished. By the time I paid, I was charged 20 bucks. It was very chaotic. I will not be returning or referring others.

Honestly so disappointed in this place. Everyone talks about how good they are and I beg to differ. I did a certain design and it looked terrible, I asked her to remove it and two of the workers were rude to me because I didn’t like it. I paid for a “manicure” and my cuticles are terrible and never touched. I’m not one to complain but never again will I go there.

Had a great experience with Natalie. My nails look so beautiful. She and Lee are the go to pet over there.

I felt a part of a valued customer Until today I felt confident i would have my request met to at least give me a discount because my nails literally disintegrated fell apart the unhappy disgruntled manager pretended like he perceived... my issue... but I addressed upon getting to my nail tech...I verified if this was going to be honored he literally walked over and as hes talking to me looking about never making direct eye contact with his customer (me) replies no you had your nails done nearly 12 days ago I said yes but during the whole time they fell apart and I called and reported and stopped in but you guys were too busy and it was a work week! he absolutely took pleasure and stated no you have to pay!

They were great. definitely my favorite place i’ve ever been.. just 2 minor complaints. The lady made my water so hot my feet were burning, but she was new and didn’t know! A worker noticed and helped her get the right temperature. Another thing, i went with my in law and she got her nails done. her nails were beautiful, but they did mess up her cubicles a little with the grinder, but she didn’t complain. :) i would still go again! i love the way they have everything set up and the way they run things.

Wonderful location! Amazing service! Prices are on par with all other nail salons.I took my boyfriends daughter and her friend here to get their nails done and we enjoyed ourselves. While I had my nails done in dip they gave me a heated shoulder press at no extra charge. It was relaxing. This is also the first place I have been to that uses the method of sliding your hand into a heated weighted mitten to take the old dip powder off.My nail tech did an amazing job in shaping my natural nails and was careful to not chip or break them since they were so long. I just wish the colors that I originally picked were usable. As it turns out someone mixed the gel nail colors with the dip colors and because of that I picked a gel color by mistake! So they had to substitute a closest match. Which make my nude nails with a nude (/rosegold) sparkle accent nail into nude nails with a gold accent nail. But oh well. They still looked great!Ill be sure to come back when I need to have my dip done again!

The technicians are nice and attentive. The facility is clean and well maintained, very aesthetically pleasing. I left somewhat frustrated at the inconsistent prices regarding designs. $5/design per nail seems reasonable until you are told that that is the price no matter how simple the ‘design’. And my sisters design, which required steady hands and present on every nail, was only charged at 2$/nail.

Horrible nail salon!! Rude owner & staff isn’t that nice either. Way overpriced compared to their competitors. Went for dip nails with tips for my brothers wedding that I was in. Got a male to do them, he didn’t know what he was doing I sat their literally for 2 hours for him to mess them up. The owner had to fix them which had me sitting there for another 2 hours. She didn’t apologize nor offer me a discount! Unprofessional!!! That’s my time and time is money. On top of that I paid high for my service that was screwed up! Don’t waste your time here, there are too many other salons in the area that are cheaper and better than this place!

I have been going there since they opened after they re-opened after COVID they were so rude and seems like every time I went there prices were going up. Stop going for a few months and figured I would give them another chance. WELL NEVER AGAIN. how you going to charge an extra 25 for gel on toes ( most places is 5-10) on top of a $62 pedicure and it doesn’t even last 2 days, and don’t ever say they mess up because the owner will never believe you even when you show her.

This was my very first visit to this nail salon. very impressed with the layout of this salon. very clean. Nail tech did a great job on my nails but he was not very personable.He did not engage in any type of conversation. (I know that that is not his job) made me feel like if I was just a number and not a customer. I do realize that they were extremely busy it was its the week of Christmas .When i went to check out I Express to the manager how impressed I was of this facility, His facial expressions said he really did not care😞🤨😎

I got an infection after getting my nails done here. had to get on antibiotics it was so bad. gave 2 stars because they were quick and provided a lot of services but really upset that i had to pay $35 for a skin infection and decently looking nails.
