Was very happy getting my hair cut here. Lots of appointments available, even in the evening on somewhat short notice, and the person cutting my hair did a great job. Also one of the few businesses in town still more covid-aware. Not requiring masks, but still lots of staff and customers wearing them, and I was asked to wash my hands when I arrived. Will definitely be back for my next haircut!

Lady who did my hair did not listen or do I asked i explained i wanted ALL my roots done bleached its not what I got. I had tons of dark roots after service..she told me not come back when i explained dissatisfaction andher demeanor w me was short during servic and not welcoming as a new client will not go back

Wanted to try a new place out and Marinna was AMAZING. She did a wonderful job and was amazing. This place was packed when I was there and I was very impressed.

They consistently do a great job cutting both my and my daughters hair. Prices are reasonable and the salon is clean. The only minor issue is they let their children come to work with them and so their kids are running all over the place and have interrupted stylists in work. I can Understand if the parent has no place for their kids to go and they need to come to work, however these kids really need to be told to stay in the room they are told to stay in instead of constantly running in and out of the salon area.

I went there for my very first time after a recommendation and I absolutely love them! The hairdresser and I discussed what would make my hair healthier and what length would work for me and what products are good. She was very fast and very precise. Absolutely will be going there for all my future cuts!

I love coming here. Heather is the best! My hair is always colored properly, my hair is always cut properly. I drive 2 and 1/2 hours to get my haircut here after I moved away.

Rhonda is fantastic with special needs children! I went to Changes salon before. They did an ok job on my son and then refused to cut his hair again because it was too disruptive to their other clients. I was so disgusted by this that my family will never go there again and I tell everyone of my experience with them. After that, we went to Rhonda L. at Loves. She was so good with him, she did an amazing job even tho he wouldnt be still at all. She didnt even want him restrained. She just let him move around as he wanted and was still able to do an amazing job. Oh, and they charge less than the other place as well. Even the other patrons at the salon were understanding of the situation and were sweet. Our family will never go anywhere else. We always have a great experience and are very happy!

I’ve been going to this salon for over 10 years for my hair care needs. The prices are affordable for the quality and the staff is friendly.

The young woman who did my toes did an awful job. I felt like she rushed through my manicure and pedicure and it definitely showed. She didn’t cover my toenails entirely with polish and left a lot of bare area exposed. She spent minimal time on my cuticles and didn’t get all of the previous polish off of both my toes and nails. I spent $100 here for a job worth about $10. Also, there was a certain staff member that seemed very rude. I brought my friend a birthday gift, a vegan cook book, and gave it to the front desk lady to keep until my friend got there. Well, that staff lady was talking ignorantly about vegan food. It was the way she said things and how she was speaking loud enough for everyone in the spa area to hear. I’m not vegan, but maybe other customers are and they might have been offended.

Very nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Ashley did am amazing job with a difficult color correction for me. I am very pleased and will return.

I had my hair done at another salon. Big mistake! I went straight to loves, every single worker came to my rescue. They all had clients but that didnt stop them from coming over and helping me out, and not miss a beat to there clients. All of them are super friendly, and very professional. They did such an amazing job on my hair. I highly recommend loves hair and spa!.

Service is outstanding, everyone of the stylist are very nice and listen to exactly what you want. Kid friendly as well. This is the only place I will go to get my hair cut.

They arent very friendly and dont offer tips for your nails. It appeared they day I was there that they have alot of older clientele and thats probably fueling their business and ratings on here. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone who wants a full salon experience as they cannot deliver.

Been going here for years and have always been satisfied. Love how my stylist (Cheryl) colors my hair. She doesnt color over my highlights making them last as long as possible.

I was there for five hours and my hair, that was supposed to be bleached and colored, looked like I used a bad quality box dye on my normal hair.

Marina did an AMAZING job. She spent two hours fixing a botched color and cut I got elsewhere. It was so bad I was scared it couldn’t be fixed, but she fixed it! I will most definitely be going back.

Very mixed feelings. Was greeted very poorly by Cherly (learned she is a manager) who was obviously upset she was given a new client. She was very rude, she even told me she has a very restrictive clientele and made a face of disgust. I told her I didnt ask for her I was assigned to her. Preceded to text on her phone, then said she wasnt feeling well. Honestly I dont believe she was sick due to having zero interest in my presence, but was so happy she wasnt going to be touching me!!! Amanda was the stylist who actually cut my hair, she was great and very nice. Im sure Ill ever return though, as no one welcomed me upon my arrival and was treated like an alien with a disease by the manager. Worst welcoming experience ever at a salon.
