Ms. Donna Renee did an amazing job on my sister’s (pink tie dye mask) relaxer! She also did a treatment and a haircut. It cost about $160. We love it!! 🥰🥰 Thank y’all so much. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

When I went here the service was great and chill. But the products they used were really bad for my hair. I was about a 3b and now I’m like a 4a.

I’ve noticed so much hair growth since coming to Curly Couture and I’ve learned so much about my hair as well! I love the atmosphere; It’s such a relaxing, laid back place. The women are amazing and they give lots of great advice about how to maintain your hair. 🤍🤍

The environment was nice and the ladies were really friendly. I was very disappointed though. Trying to support the business, I went there for the first time (transitioning only 4 months) to get consultation and hair curled (which was average). I expected to leave with a little knowledge of what to do and use on my hair in between visits. I did hear some of the products sold there were really good. It was like pulling teeth and got VERY little direction. For the price of service, I expected at least some type of guidance. First impression means a lot to me. I guess I wasnt natural enough. I will definitely stick to where and who I know.

So I’m submitting my review here and it’s also in yelp.*I had my 1st appointment at curly couture last Friday after the salon was highly recommended to me by several friends and was VERY disappointed with the service. I expected professionalism and did not receive it. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 4:30 appointment as the email stated. When I arrived the stylist was just starting a roller set on another client. I waited 20 minutes and asked her if she was double booked. She proceeded to ask me if I had somewhere to go. I said no, I don’t like waiting. People please do better with your business. It is my expectation that my appointment time is my appointment time. A stylist should not be working on another client during my appointment time. My appointment time was 4:30-5:30 and I didn’t leave until 7:30. It took 3 hour to get a wash and press ridiculous. I was highly disappointed and annoyed when I left curly couture. I would not recommend this salon if you have things to do because it appears that your time is not respected here. Curly couture needs to work on scheduling clients and time management.

The experience was awful. I had to get my money back. Went there for a haircut and dye. She use box dye you can get from a grocery store and gave me and awful haircut. Tiffanys excuse was my was rough. Im natural. Wouldnt recommend her to any one. The one star I gave was being generous

I left disappointed and hurt. My hair was better when I showed up. I was told I had demage hair and was convinced to allow my hair be cut. The first person did this awful cut not professional at all. The second person tried to revive it. What was done to my hair I could have played in my hair at home and did better. My sonson beg MW not yo go to his basketball ball with my hair like that. Had to spend money wasted with them then had to buy a wig in the same day.

I went for the first time because it was recommended. The ladies were....alright. They told me at the beginning of my session that I would be charged $65 to start my locs. But when it came time to pay they said my total was $85 and they said that the owner came and told them that it was gonna be $85, but they never told me that until I was on my way out the door. However, I seen the owner come in and she barely said anything to anyone and I dont recall my stylist talking to her. She only talked ill of her. I wont be returning or recommending, but thanks for starting my dreads out for me.

My wife loved this place and was able to buy some Mane Choice products she was searching for! She purchased vitamins, shampoo and conditioners! Although the staff was busy with clients they stopped what they were doing and assisted us.

I was very skeptical of having someone play with my hair in such a smaller town in South Louisiana after moving from the massively natural city of Atlanta- but all my fears were put to rest at Curly Couture! Tiffany was fantastic! She was patient with my very thick 4a hair, explained every part of the process in detail, answered any questions I had, and left me looking and feeling like a superstar! I got a simple wash n go, but the results looked like a time consuming twist out. Not to mention Tiffany had the most beautiful personality. If you live in the Acadiana area and are naturally curly, look no further! This place is legit. Even if you live further out, its worth the drive to now your hair will be taken care of. Lastly, the owner Demonica is also one of the most genuine and thoughtful people Ive met in Lafayette. They really make you feel important from the moment you step in, to the moment you leave.

⚠️🛑‼️. PAY ATTENTION to the NAME of the place: CURLY COUTURE. Which means they will be ONLY able to deal NATURAL HAIR! I found this place anticipating the BIG CHOP but I didnt get it because the stylist said I didnt have enough NEW GROWTH so I decided to get just the COLOR oh boy! The OWNER DOES NOT DO HAIR! I REPEAT SHE DOES NOT DO HAIR! She SELLS her products and book clients and walk around and makes sure her stylist are working. She writes everything down to make sure no one is CHEATING her. Two of the stylist are from another state and one of them moved here in August. THEY ABOUT getting PAID because they are OVER CHARGING people for something that can be done at Walmart, someones kitchen, and the NORTH SIDE where they SLAY and LAY! She DOES NOT have a PRICE LIST. Reason being is so she can CHARGE what she WANTS! $105 TOTAL for a triple process but I was supposed to be charged a double and $25 for a cut. Then, I asked how much to roller set and she said $55. Seriously! I can do that MYSELF! The OWNER comes off VERY FRIENDLY but her NAME IS DEMON-ICA get it? 😂😂😂 My hair was COLORED 4 Times and cut ALL UNEVEN . The young chic did it but her mom tried to FIX IT! The PRESENT CONDITION of my hair IS my ROOTS ARE RED and my HAIR IS BROWN. My HAIRCUT IS UNEVEN and I have been DEEP CONDITIONING my HAIR and I even used an EGG! My hair is TROLL DOLL DRY from these NON EXPERIENCED folks! I am not WILLING to let another person in Lafayette play BEAUTICIAN in my head because they are giving LICENSE to ANYBODY! They made there MONEY but they WILL NEVER AGAIN from ME! My HAIR is in the WORSE CONDITION it has EVER BEEN and I am going to have to get it cut SHORTER! REAP 7 TIMES MORE! $805.00 on SOMETHING! 🙌🏾

It was ok... I too was given a horrible hair cut. The products were OK but they did not moisturize my hair as well as i wouldve wanted them too. My wash and go was puffy. I have long natural hair and its been a struggle to find someone who knows how to work with natural hair. Im often sceptical if the stylist wears their natural hair straight, wears a weave, or has short natual hair because long natural hair is a different beast. I thought this salon would be great but it was a bit of a disappointment. The customer service and atmosphere great though.

I posted my full review on Facebook but what disappoints me is that the owner spent more time trying to discredit my review rather than correcting the obvious issue. Long story short my experience was horrible. I was so excited that we had a natural salon in town at first.
