Jeffrey has been taking care of my hair for 12+ years! He has an amazing talent, as well as a wonderful teacher & mentor! You can always count on his honesty for what looks good vs what needs an update! Highly recommend anyone in his salon. They are constantly learning, bringing in new products and are very knowledgeable. Great people.

Jeff did my haircut and color. Superior job. Highlighted and toned my gray. Loved the color. The cut was perfect on my curls. Always pleased.Brought my daughter in as well. Her first time getting highlights. She was excited. The colorist did exactly as I asked- it turned out so beautiful! He cut her hair also And burned out beautiful. She has very curly very difficult hair to work with and he did a wonderful job.Highly recommended!

Jenn Martin is great. She got me in on short notice. The salon itself was very clean. All the staff was very friendly. Im so happy with my haircut. After looking for a great stylist for so long I have finally found her. Thanks so much Jenn.

Kyle is wonderful! He’s been doing my cut and color for years and I couldn’t be happier. He really understands what you explain to him that you want, and has the talent to make everything look above expectations.The salon itself has a nice atmosphere. The staff make you feel welcome, and offer complimentary drinks every time. I would highly recommend Changes in general, and Kyle in particular!

I CANNOT overstate with how impressed I was with Changes. Jenn did my hair and she was excellent. I have had the same hair for 10 years (not even layered!), and Jenn was great at taking me through the process of my cut. She was kind, informative, talented, and gave me an AMAZING cut! I will be back.

Wow. Thats all I have to say. I went into my hair appointment with a few pictures from Pinterest and showed Kelli and said something like this. I have done this time and time again and Kelli has never disappointed. She is so sweet and so so good at what she does. I only get ever get compliments on my hair for the next 3 weeks after she does it. 10/10 would recommend Kelli for your next appointment!!

Kyle is AWESOME at what he does, and always listens to what you want. Ive been going to him since 2011 and have always loved how he cuts and styles my hair. He does exactly what you want and can follow a picture from a magazine to perfection! If youre thinking about a different hair stylists, youre really missing out if you dont give Kyle a call. Thank you Kyle, I love my hair every time I leave there!

Worst place I have ever gone! Was there 6in half hours...3hrs to do fool highlights and haircut! The girl had not clue what she was doing!! Claimed she had been doing hair for five years!! Absolutely not!! Do not recommend girl by the name Mary.

Been in Lafayette for 7 years and had unhappy hair for 7 years. Started returning to Chicago to get my hair colored. I saw Changes and made an appointment. Kellie colored and cut my hair and it turned out amazing. I have happy hair that is shiny and the color is incredible. The staff is friendly and so accommodating to help you with appointments and making you sure your visit to the salon is enjoyable experience.

Great salon! Very friendly staff. One of the first things I noticed was that all the staff had great hair style. Always freaks me out to go into a salon and staff members cant even get their own hair right. So I felt confident I was in good hands. Halle cut my hair and its perfect. So kudos to her! They offer soda, coffee, wine etc. and that was a nice touch. Overall great first experience!

Kyle T. is excellent! He listens to what I want and comes through every time. He pays close attention to detail and has given me the beautiful color and cut that may be my forever style. If you take a pic to him, he nails it! I highly recommend you see Kyle. The salon itself is lovely with a friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere.

I loved how professional and welcoming the service was from start to finish. They actually care about making you feel listened to and comfortable. I am Black and never to cut off my damaged ends to become fully natural. My beautician, Kyle, was amazing and great at making me comfortable, because I was already nervous about going fully natural, let alone trying to find a local place I feel I can trust with my different texture. Ive never had a beautician rake through my hair so smooth and gently than Kyle. The produces felt & smelt nice, and not too strong or processed. He continued to listen to me about me wanting a pixie haircut, and even though they have curling lotion, I was able to bring in my eco-styler jell and have an end style. Thank you guys; if I need my hair cut again, I would definitely come back here. Its all about listening & thats they do.
