I was in a meeting the day after the election on November 9th and totally anxious. I stood up to speak and just broke out in tears and could uttered only a few words. I had been fighting back tears all morning. Joni had me follow her to the back of the room. She had me sit and relax, asked me my anxiety level out of 10 and I said 8. She pulled up a little on my ear and asked me to breath deeply, exhale and she inserted a pin in my ear. Wow it was like a calming rush occurred and I felt only half as anxious. She did the same thing to the other side and within a few minutes I felt relieved and calm. Honestly it was like magic and I had been a doubting soul - but I experienced it first hand! The procedure was called Battle Field acupuncture and I do recommend Joni!
