My son and I have both been going to Penrose over the past few months and have had a great experience. The providers are well qualified, attentive, intelligent, personable, and seem to genuinely enjoy and care about their work. The office staff are friendly and professional. They make great use of technology to simplify and streamline paperwork and make it really easy to track all of your appointments. (I wish every medical office would follow their lead!) They take COVID safety protocols seriously. Overall, they are a highly competent and caring group of people who are passionate about what they do. Excellent choice for physical therapy services.

Penrose was recommended by another physical therapy practice that I had used several times in the past but did not provide the service I needed at this time. I was treated by 2 different therapists over a period of several weeks, both were very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I received a lot of information about my PT diagnosis and needs for the present and the future along with exercises which I am currently doing at home and a program for future use. I would unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy.

Excellent business that keeps the person first! I came in to get a custom fit for a Pillowsize Pillow. All staff were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. The establishment was clean and active with clients healing; plenty of room for distancing. The owner took time to help me 1:1 to ensure I was in correct alignment on the best pillow size for me. I left a happy customer, and I will back back as a PT patient.

I was referred to Penrose, through my insurance, for pain I was having due to scoliosis. I worked with Kylie and she was absolutely awesome. Every session she would listen to me and would make adjustments along the way. She also did a fantastic job in explaining my condition and how it is effecting other areas of my body. Not only is she a great physical therapist but an all around great person. The PTA’s were great too and I can’t say enough great things about Alexis and how she dealt with each person that came through the door. I would HIGHLY recommend this place

I specifically sought out this physical therapist and paid for the treatment out-of-pocket (it wasn’t in my insurance network) because my PCP so highly recommended her for running-related injuries/recovery. I didn’t want to give up running forever and, with the help of Dr. Penrose, I don’t have to! She was very patient but encouraging with me, motivating me to do more than I may have otherwise, and highly knowledgeable. All the other staff were very friendly, professional, and kind, too.

I’ve used Penrose Physical Therapy for the last 5 years for various issues and have always finished the program feeling so much better. They have top notch Therapist that can really help you feel better and if you do the home exercises they recommend, most of the time your body will heal faster and you’ll know how to keep it that way when you finish the program.I highly recommend them!

Ive had the pleasure to see them for two different things, and they were great in getting me back on my feet. I have a service dog and they let me have her by my side. Friendly and professional. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Hawk was amazing! I got a massage for my shoulder mobility and it made a world of difference. He was very knowledgeable and gave some great advice on things I can do at home to help. Really fair prices for massage. Highly recommend. Also they fit me for a pillow. Havnt tried it yet but I’ve been on the market for one for awhile now. Excited to try it out.

In November, I went to Penrose Physical Therapy to get help in building strength safely and increasing bone density. I went for eight sessions to learn specific exercises for this purpose. Jennifer Penrose and her staff are really nice and were very helpful. I really enjoyed my sessions; I learned the exercises and modifications and how to lift and move around safely. Now I continue to do the program at home and I feel I am much stronger! I highly recommend Penrose Physical Therapy and would definitely return to them for any future PT needs.

Hello everyone,Would I recommend Penrose PT! Well lets see, .I was referred by my chiropractor Dr Warwick and Warwick Chiropractic. That being said I took his advice and gave them a chance because I had a bad experience with another PT clinic!!So I called! Let me tell you I was greeted on the phone like I was right in front of the counter! The receptionist gather all my info and had me in there that same day!!I got to meet Patrick the man with the magic hands first day he figured out how to make my pain go away! And how to not make it during the week. And his counter part I forget his name!! Lol he always makes me laugh!! You know who you are!! Also the assistant! She makes you feel like shes know me for years!!I highly recommend these guys and there will be no other that I will turn to for my PT needs or laughing dis function we have!I rate these guys 5 Stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟

As a 75 year old Senior Citizen, I have been to many PT clinics in my life, but until I found Penrose PT, I often discontinued PT not finding it helpful in my recovery. From the first time that I called the office for information, the entire office staff has been warm, friendly and has always patiently answered my many questions, whether it be a medical or insurance query. Each team member is kind and professional. The staff is like a family and I immediately felt welcomed, comfortable and genuinely cared about as a human being.Over the past 15 months, I have recd Physical Therapy for 4 different diagnoses at Penrose PT and my expectations have been exceeded. I first sought help for osteoporosis and was taught which resistive exercises would increase muscle strength and bone density. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable, listens carefully and does an in depth evaluation on the first visit and formulates a detailed personalized treatment plan. She excels in patient teaching and explains the rationale behind each exercise or treatment modality. The printed home exercise instructions are clear and easy to understand. She takes each concern seriously and when I would get discouraged she encouraged/supported me.It has been a joy to work with all the team members of Penrose PT and I highly recommend them.

I loved going here for physical therapy but had some issues making it to my appointment but missed my last two appointments I found out that they called LnI and told them I missed Seven appointments I had called in for the other five and was told they would not count as no shows because I had informed them and had made other arrangements for them.

After a mountain bike accident, I had what my Orthopedic Surgeon described as The worst shoulder injury I saw in 2018, and several years previous. I really needed an excellent therapy team to address the rehabilitation of my shoulder. Penrose PT came as a recommendation from another Physical Therapist. Ive been working with Jen and Chris, twice a week, for the last couple of months, to regain shoulder function. Im pleased to say that my surgeon described my progress as phenomenal, during our last office visit. I highly recommend this team. Their office staff is so friendly and professional, too.

Ive only been to 2 sessions with my physical therapist so far I give Penrose a solid 5 stars. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and vey helpful. My first communication with Sarah was very positive and I knew right then I was going to like it here. Patrick has been explained the exercises very well so I can understand and do at home. Penrose is the first PT Ive done where the exercises were specific for me in meeting my goals for daily activity. I could describe my work environment and explain where I struggled. Jennifer and Chris would target the weakness in my biomechanics and review how to perform without straining. Great experience!

I truly appreciated the expertise and caring approach of the clinicians at Penrose. I would recommend them to anyone and especially for those having issues with jaw pain/TMJ. I went from having near-constant jaw pain to almost none over a few months with their hands on interventions and excellent guidance. After 11 years of jaw pain I am so glad to have finally found relief.

I hurt my foot over a year ago. After several cortisone shots that didnt work 8 months of being in pain I went to a foot and ankle specialist. That didnt help either. I eventually ended up at penrose and noticed improvement after my first visit! Within a couple weeks they have fixed a problem that has been going on for the last year. I will go back if I ever hurt myself again and will be recommending them to anyone else looking for a physical therapist! They are amazing. My only complaint is not getting to them sooner

I went to Penrose for my knee pain, back pain, and ankle pain. Each time, I got a thorough evaluation, great exercise, and tips to keep me set for life. Now if the pain from my tendinitis starts to return, I have a first line of defense to avoid going back to the doctor. I was even able to get custom orthotics for my running shoes!

I have had multiple dislocations of my shoulder and underwent shoulder surgery after the 4th dislocation in less than 6 years. My shoulder was extremely unstable before surgery and I was petrified I would dislocate it again. Chris Edwards was AMAZING at understanding my apprehension and he also went above and beyond stretching out my arm during my frozen shoulder issues. Jennifer and her Penrose staff are incredible, each one of them, Stephanie, LeRae, Kristin. They are all caring and kind, they work with you and your schedule and I cant express how great their level of customer service is. They remember you as a person, your family, your job, those little things that most places either dont ask you about or they dont care. I have been to a different PT place before in the past and I didnt get that feeling, you know when someone genuinely cares about you or if they are just there doing a job. These folks love their job and their patients. I didnt feel like a broken person when I was there, except for the wounded seal exercise, LOL, ask them about it, I am sure they will remember. I felt empowered that things will get better, I just had to have a little faith and patience :) My shoulder was a work in progress and I am satisfied with the results and what Penrose taught me, If I ever need PT again this is exactly where I will go.
