Great place and great coaches. You really get personalized training. Their onboarding process is pretty extensive; I wish all crossfit gyms were like this. I wish I couldve continued training here.

I really enjoyed dropping in to this box. It’s a great facility and awesome staff. Scott is a great coach. The available childcare is a huge help and they have lots to keep the kids occupied while you work out.

Love this box! I’ve always been afraid of weightlifting and Scott has been so patient and encouraging. I find these workouts challenging and rewarding!
