I called and made an appointment for a cut and all over color and Brandi was my stylist. She was so amazing very friendly, personable, funny, and really knew what she was doing. I highly recommend her for any service!

Walk ins, needed a simple haircut for myself and my son. We were turned away Bc they had “appointments”. Asked to come back tomorrow. There were no customers there AT ALL and 3 workers sitting around doing nothing. Sat outside for 10+ minutes to find a different place and NOT ONE customer walked in for a haircut. Yet they couldn’t see me nor my son. I’ll never try here again.

I took my daughter in, with a specific hair cut in mind. I showed Brandi the picture of what my kid wanted and Brandi nailed it!!! Her hair came out PERFECT! It is exactly what we wanted and expected. We won’t ever see anyone else again. Brandi does our hair the way we want! Hard to find someone who can give you exactly what you want but Brandi comes through for us every single time! She also took the time to show me how to style her hair so that It looks as good as she styled it. Thanks Brandi!

My best friend highly recommended it. He was right .I should have came a long time ago.The staff is great here because they really are a team.Sort of a cross between, Hairstylist and cheerleaders.Cheering and complimenting each other and the customers.When I called in the AM I got an enthusiastic greeting on the phone from Emily, and when I arrived in later she was able to pick me out.I think my stylist (Kali, Kaylie, K-Le was a newbie at this location and she was great.

Jystine is absolutely amazing! My 8 yr old is special needs and she is the only person he will let cut his hair. So much stress has been lifted off my shoulders! Not only is she fast... like super super fast but she does a phenomenal job! I would recommend her a million times over!

I have been going to Sport Cuts almost as long as their West Olympia location has been open. The service and haircuts have always fantastic and Heather in particular has been absolutely wonderful. Shes the best barber in town!

I have been coming here for years now. They always do a wonderful job. Very consistent and I enjoy the VIP upgrade when available (I think it is limited now). All of the girls are knowledgeable and patient. Theyre very used to dealing with uncertainty. Today the barber accidentally cut her finger, but she didnt make a big deal about it or blame me (hopefully a big tip eases the pain). Ill be back in a month or two!

Ive been going to Sport Cuts in Lacey for almost 3 years now. I book my appointments in advance with Savannah, shes awesome. She does an outstanding job. I very rarely have to wait to see her, usually just walk in and shes ready. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The place looks nice, and is conveniently located.

Absolutely love my stylist Brandi. My hair always turns out amazing!!!! She has the best customer service, listens to what I want done, has the best advice on keeping my hair healthy, and is incredibly fast. Recommend her to everyone I know and meet. 5 stars all the way!!!

Normally, Im a get a cheap trim dont care who or where kind of person. I originally went here since theyre an Ambassador Salon for Wigs for Kids, and I think I found a place and a stylist I love working with.Sara is very friendly and does an AMAZING job. She knows a lot about what kind of products work for thick, wavy/curly hair, and finding someone who knows how to cut hair like mine perfectly every time is a literal godsend. The fact that their prices are so reasonable is just an added bonus.

This has been my place to go for a couple of years now. Always prompt for my appointments and usually pretty accommodating for walk-in visits. All of the stylists Ive had here have been great, Ive never had a bad haircut from this place. The location is clean and comfortable, and they have stuff to keep kiddos entertained while you get your hair cut.

Hands down my favorite place to get a cut. Everybody is welcoming and fun. I dont have a preferred stylist because they all do terrific jobs. No need to have favorites!

I went not to do just hair cut but for some hair style, the lady who did for me, accepts all my instructions and didn’t do even 30% out of it, not sure she understood my requirements.This place is good for hair cut not sure for any particular styles. It was waste of my money and time.

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon, no appointment, no wait. In and out quickly, with the cut I wanted, brushed and styled better than I can do. Gave me the military discount because I served even though I was 4 and out (not active duty; not retired)

After reading the reviews I was excited to find a place that does good haircuts and accepts walk ins. Thought if we had to wait 5-10 minutes no big deal but quickly found out the wait was 30-45 minutes. Seriously? Looks like Ill take my business elsewhere and never will return to Sport Cuts again.

Best haircut my son has had in a very long time. Emilie was patient with me as I tried to explain what my son was hoping for and understood exactly what he wanted. She was thorough and quick, and my son was ecstatic that he finally had the haircut hes been wanting. Emilie has gained a regular, we will be back for sure.

I have been to Sport Cuts Lacey multiple times, but lately their customer service and service quality has gone down hill.First, The last few times I have been I have felt like I had to beg them to give me a haircut. Both hairdressers I had were very cold, and it was very apparent that they were not happy to be there.Second, the quality at Sport Cuts is sub-par at best yet they charge a premium price. I have been to several other chains before that charge a similar premium but offer much higher quality of cuts. Blending was horrible. I had to ask for styling products at the end of my hair cut and even had to apply it myself.I expected better from sports cuts. Take my advice and go else where, the worse that can happen is that it will cost you less.

It keeps getting busier and harder to get a good cut. Most recent experience was really poor (straight bowl cut). Stylist was three weeks out of school and your paying 30 bucks for a haircut. Better value elsewhere for sure. If you go, ask for Summer. Shes worth the wait.Above was from 10 months ago...I gave them another shot today (and one previous time) because I was trying to make it work and had been going since they opened. They said there was a note in my profile to NOT assign me to the previous stylist. For the second time in two weeks they assigned me the same woman that gave me a bowl cut. I declined and wont go back.Use to be the best place on my side of town. Now its just hit or miss. While there are plenty of great stylists, its a gamble. The owner seems to be comfortable with mediocre staff. I would not pay the 30 dollars. Eastside Barber is my recommendation.

Overpriced, under quality. For almost 1/3 the price ($9) in Lacey at superfades I got a better looking and much more even cut than a $25 standard non complicated male trim here. For $25 I should NOT have to fix uneven patches myself when I get home!

I enjoy this place a lot nice haircuts with a free shampoo I love the head massage they give you when youre getting the shampoo too! atmosphere is nice and clean, can get busy so better to make an appointment. a little on the pricey side 20$ especially for a buzz cut but they give military discounts to us veterans!

Ignored the simple things I asked and cut off half of my hair. I asked to not touch the top and a light trim. Took off over an inch and a half off the top of my head. The back of my head she shaved about half an inch into my hair line and it is very obvious. It used to be one of my favorite places to go but because of inconsistent and bad quality cuts I’m never coming back.

I come here about once a month and have been for awhile now but lately over the last few months all Im seeing is new faces and moderate at best quality hair cuts. Every once in awhile you will find someone who knows what they are doing and will leave happy with the result. I hope this isnt a trend for how the business continues to operate because after today Im considering taking my business elsewhere 😕

Ive been getting my hair cut and foiled here since 2012 and I love them. My kids get their hair cut here too. I love Sport Cuts. The stylists are very competent, friendly, and great with kids. Despite the name, they are a full service hair salon. This is no haircut mill. They also carry the full line of Kenra products.

New to the area and found this local shop to be only a mile from my new home.Since then I have been a handful of times and my experiences have been mixed but a majority of the girls are friendly and know how to cut hair well.They could work on getting bigger TVs for the customers but other than that I recommend if you want a good hair cut for a cheaper price than a sports clips or super cuts.**EDIT**09/20/2019Taking a star..At this current time it’s about 50/50 chance of getting a a bad haircut if you don’t make an appointment with the specific girl.I really want to like this place but it’s making it hard.We likely be switching to an actual barber in the near future.

As a mother i want my sons hair to be good. And i didnt get that here. Im not going to lie I am picky I do my own hair but I even had to ask to fix the front of my sons head which was crooked. Im not okay with that even if it wasnt fixed yes Im going to walk away because Im not happy. Last time I will come here. Stay with men Barbara.

First time ever felt this bad when I went to this salon. Overheard one of the girls saying that they dont like to do old people hair cuts. Wow!!!! This old person could cut hair better than anyone in there and treat customers better than what I got.

I went into Sport Cuts, Morgan seemed to know what she was doing. I sat down and all I needed was a trim. Not only did she do a horrible job, but was rude in the process. My hair was completely uneven, she also nicked me. (didnt even stop to check it out, or apologize) She seemed more interested in checking her cell phone, and facebook, than doing a good job and giving good customer service. I am in the military and was referred here, and now I will refer all my men elsewhere

My son went in on Monday to get his hair cut and his eye brows waxed. He went in around 4pm. Keep in mind they are open until 8pm. My son has short hair already but went in to get it cut, well after 45 minutes of getting his hair cut which was ridiculous anyway, the stylist told him that he would have to come back the next day so he could finish, because the whole process was taking too long. So my son had to go back the next day to have it finished, plus he still needed his eyebrows waxed. Also he still had to pay for an incomplete haircut. The whole ordeal was a totally ridiculous. To make a long story short, he went back the stylist screwed up again, plus burned my sons eyes by putting wax on 3 different times. My son had to pay again for the messed up waxing job and had to go somewhere else to get his haircut and his eyebrows fixed. It does not matter the whole ordeal was a complete dibocal. So I called to file a complaint and the manager on duty at the time was very apologetic and said that she was going to contact the owner and that they would be calling me in the next day or two. Well its need 2 days since I was told that and still nothing. Apparently the owner doesnt think what had happened was that big of a deal. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone for anything.
