I literally love this place. I’ve been a regular since October 2020 and Mai has always made my ideas come to life! She is amazing and everyone there is so friendly.

My experience here is always so incredible and relaxing! Trinity always takes my dream and makes it a reality. I absolutely adore her and everyone here for being so warm and welcoming. So many options and open communication which is key for a nail salon. I am obsessed. :)

They got me in immediately. Had both a pedicure and manicure. My only direction was to match my brightly colored hair and put on a flower of some sort. She did a 4 color hombre with a beautiful flower. I will definitely be going back

We just moved to the area and my nails desperately needed some help! I googled nail salons and picked Peal Nails oh boy am I happy!!!!Mai was just incredible with my Dip powder nails, she took her time and even explained her technique, which was just like what I loved about the place I went to in North Carolina!I will be back and I 100% recommend Pearl Nails!!!

It’s honestly was great! Untill they did my nails…..I’m really bummed on how they turned out. I was getting pinched when she was wiping the extra polish off and I said it hurt but she kept going. Plus it’s a little messed up..

This is the very best nail shop I have ever been to. I have had people all around the state all who did my nails because they were stunning!! I also did their full face wax and absolutely love it!!! This is my treat to myself!!Great people too!! They are awesome. So sweet!!

This place did a good job on my pedicure. I got the most simple package which included a salt scrub and massage before they paint your toes. I got a color that I really liked and I felt that they did a really good job about getting every part of my nail. Another place I went missed the side of my nail. Even two week out after going on vacation they still look pretty good. The photo is from two weeks after I got them painted.

EDIT: An hour after my time, I washed my hands and the polish folded. I returned to have them completely removed due to the polish folding and the acrylics in my opinion being unsalvageable. The pictures at the end are of my nails after removal.Original review:Pros: the lady who did my pedi was amazing and very attentive. She totally rocked it and was able to clean up my polish on my acrylics.Cons: my acrylics were a mess. Heavy on the ends, finger tips glued down and huge places with gapping on polish. The pictures are after touch ups by the pedi lady. I paid full price plus a tip for her. Will not be returning due to quality and how the acrylics turned out.

This review is long overdue (and long in general, sorry)My grandma recently moved away from a nail lady she’s been seeing for 10+ years, and was hesitant to try a new place. We’ve gone to this place 4 or 5 times now, and they have never disappointed us!!They are also very affordable!!The staff is kind and friendly, and really try to connect with their customers!I would recommend calling them before going in because they do get busy sometimes, but I’ve just walked in a couple times and didn’t have to wait more than 10 mins. However I’ve seen others walk in who have had to wait longer.Finally, the nails. They’re great every time!! I usually get a fun design, and they always turn out so cute! I went with gel polish at first, and then they showed me the dip (SNS) powder, and omg that stiff is amazing! It’s rock hard, doesn’t chip, dries instantly...I could go on. But whatever you do get will look great, and you’ll have a great time!I definitely recommend this place! I live about 35 mins away but it’s totally worth the drive!!update: still love this place! I always get dip powder, and they get new colors all the time!

Yeah, Im a guy and may have missed it. My sweet daughter bought me this for my birthday to get a good foot spa, which Ive recently opened up to. I love a good pedi for my ubused feet of 45+ years of work.Only 3 attendants when we 3 came in for a pedi, and it wasnt a great experience compared to others. Customers had to wait. Said beverage & snack with purchase that was not offered. Seemed rushed, the foot grater was dull and painful compared to others Ive had, & after 2 days, my feet were cracking again at the heel. Not the norm. Usually a week or so for me to notice that. The TVs were a peaceful cooking show that we liked with subtitles.For $50, I wasnt as happy with the quality, but the company with my kid was great. Well try again.

I went here about an hour and a half before closing time for a manicure and pedicure. I called before I showed up just to make sure they had time for a walk in. Didnt need to make an appointment which was convenient for me since my birthday was the next day.I got a gel polish pedicure and an acrylic fullset manicure and the total was $86. They were accommodating and didnt rush with their services they provided. Next time I will schedule an appointment because its just a courteous thing to do. Loved my nails!

I have been searching Lacey for a quality nail salon. I wont name the other ones Ive tried, but I have never returned to them. This nail salon has my business! Friendly, clean, bright, and I love my nails. They check all my boxes for a good nail salon. I went in with a picture and he recreated it beautifully. I got a punch card because I am going back every two weeks.

Im late to the manicure game but got hooked once I started! I was in search of a nail salon in lacey and pearl nails had the most stars. I had a wonderful first experience! Love how its only the owners, husband and wife, and a relative working there. They pay great attention to detail and always try to keep to your time when you have an appointment. They do their best to accommodate when theyre busy- its like the 3 of them have an efficient way of taking care of everyone. Id recommend making an appointment. I made one for a Monday evening thinking itd be slow and it wasnt. This is definitely my go-to spot!

I get dip powder manicures here. They do a good job. Sometimes I find they’re a bit too aggressive on the filing but you can ask them to go lighter/less. They can do ombré and designs on dip just cost extra. Just make sure the powder they pull is the right number - it’s not fun to have the wrong color on your nails for 3+ weeks. Beautiful work tho and great variety of dip powder shades

Too aggressive on the pedicure, actually hurt. Have a small bruise on a toe , cut too close on big toe, & dug too hard under big toes, that hurt. I also think I was ripped off on the price. $55 pedicure, $5 gel polish.... came out to $68. Should of asked but just wanted to get out.All around bad everything. Trying to make up lost $$ any way they can. I’ll go back to California Nails. Only went here cause my sister goes here. Not for much longer. Burn one, you potentially lose many. Your profession has MANY technicians & we can always go somewhere else.

Looking for a new salon after my old favorite closed. Love Pearl Nails! The facility is small and very clean. My nail tech was Mai and she was very detail oriented and a delight to talk with. She even provided snacks! I will most certainly be a regular here. Thanks for a nice walk-in experience!

Not only does this establishment care about customer service, but cleanliness as well. One of the biggest problems I’ve seen in nail shops is consistency with cleanliness. Pearl Nails by far has most salons I’ve been to beat. They place plastic liners in each pedi foot spa prior to filling It with water which sold me instantly. The owners are extremely friendly and aim to provide the best service possible. I definitely recommend this nail salon.

The staff are all courteous and professional. I haven’t had my nails done in a long time because I couldn’t find a nail salon that actually listened to what I wanted. Pearl nails listened patiently and delivered. My nails look awesome. I highly recommend them.

I really love this place. I’ve been struggling to find a good salon for acrylics and I finally found it. The staff is super attentive and they are quick to get you seated. She kept checking in with me to make sure I was happy with the result.

I love how they did my nails and it did not take as long as I expected but one down fall is that I got a small cut when he was messing with my nails and put rubbing alcohol on it and it stung but that’s really it! Over all really nice!

Just had a great experience! Cutest pedi Ive ever had. Mai free-handed some adorable flowers on my big toes. These puppies are ready for Summer! In response to poor reviews about walk-in service, I simply made an appointment with my very own fingers dialing my very own phone. Not difficult. They do good work and generally have good organic reviews, therefore they are in high demand. My appt was at 11am not too busy but by 12 looked like they were going to have a steady remainder of a Thursday.

I absolutely love this nail salon. I love Mai, she is so sweet and takes her time on my nails to make sure they are perfect. Such care to detail. I highly recommend getting your nails done here, acrylic or natural! Very clean and small

She did a much more careful job taking the time needed snd it was before closing even. She was much more gentile and was friendly instead of aloof and irritated that I walked through the door wanting to give them money. I hate that about the other salons I have been to. Worth the money at pearl nails! Highly recommend

I made an appointment and this woman was repulsively rude. I wasnt even there 2 whole minutes and she expected me to know exactly what color I wanted for my mani and pedi.. I came in with pictures hoping she could help me find the color that matched the color I wanted but she picked 2 colors that were nowhere even close. Then she just left me finding my own color and rushed me again not even a minute later. I was there probably a total of 3 minutes...4 minutes tops. I asked her if I could have a tissue to take off the color on one of my nails because I was running out of nails to color( I can only paint with my right hand) and she looked so annoyed and bothered. She pointed to the towels across the room... couldnt even get me cutting or anything. Ive been to many places in my life and theyre usually really sweet and just give me a piece of cotton with nail polish remover. Never have I been treated like this... she seriously pointed and the paper towels and then muttered in a different language to a coworker and just looked down at her phone... WHO does this in a professional setting? Smh... that was the last straw.. Im not paying to get my nails done to be 1. Rushed.. and 2. To feel like an annoyance to someone Im PAYING on top of that tipping...completely ridiculous... I dont understand why this place has 4.6 stars... will never recommend this place to my friends.To respond to her comment. 1. How unprofessional to speak or write that way about ANY customer.. not to mention not lady like at all. Who says garbage customer?.. 2. I have only been to 4 salons in the state which I was treated with respect( one was closed the other I have to make an appointment in advance, and the other 2 were up north, Tacoma and Seattle) so, no. I dont just go around to every salon to waste my OWN time and other peoples time. Im new to Washington and Im about to be 5 months pregnant this coming week. I only go to the nail salon as a way to relax and get pampered but not regularly because of the smells. 20 minutes.. like I said I was there not even 4 whole minutes and this lady was absolutely rude. Just read her response.. Repulsive and unprofessional. As a side note, there was only ONE other customer in there with plenty of employees sitting around. This was on a Tuesday afternoon. Most people are at work. How sad you have to make things up about a person you dont even know to try to defend yourself. May God bless your soul. Ill keep you in my prayers. You need help.

Professional, friendly, clean, and a great price for awesome service. I took my elderly friend there and they were so sweet to her. I went there and got a full set of gel tips for my birthday & very pleased with the results. Well worth a visit. Oh, the location is awesome too. Plenty of parking, not too busy, food and shopping nearby. Definately would reccomend.
