I scheduled appointment with falisha around may or June originally and waited about a month in a half to get in which I was fine with (I understand she’s booked out) a half hour before the appointment I got a voicemail stating she had to leave and I need to reschedule. I called and asked the soonest to get in and they said she was booked our three months. I got my brows waxed elsewhere and made an appointment for 10/18/21 so they had time to grow back out.. I got a call again 1 hour before my appointment stating she is unable to have the appointment with me and that they can reschedule again. If I want to see her I would have to wait again 😳…So they happen to have a appointment available with a new girl for my brows and lashes because at that point I just needed them done… when i left I had dye all over around my brows and eyelids…. My brows are not even and the tint did not blend at all, I had to go home and scrub my face three times with a charcoal scrub to get all the color off. I will never go back and don’t recommend them at all. Your better off doing same day appointments if at all but I wouldn’t depend on making future appointments at all. I spoke with my sister and she went elsewhere for the same reason

I absolutely loved Arch Brow! They did a great job on my full face and eyebrow wax. I don’t normally write reviews but by far this place is worth every penny. Great price for great quality work.

Ive been a customer for 5 years. Today, they wanted to charge my card FULL service which was $150 for calling to cancel due to emergency. When I spoke with their recipionist she said I had to pay in full because it was recorded I was late to another service from a previous service. I have spent so much money there and have been a great customer and paid in full each time regardless if my service was cut short, but not even a $50 cancellation fee was offered? No thanks, I will go to another brow place.

Reiley (I hope I’m spelling that correctly) was just wonderful. She made me feel very at ease and relaxed and did a fantastic job on my lashes. Really clean space with good music and friendly people. Will be returning for sure.

I usually get my eyebrows done at a nail salon (thought might as well after a pedicure) and I recently moved here to WA so I decided to search for an actual brow place and found this gem. Safe to say I WILL NEVER get my brows done anywhere else!! Staff is so welcoming and sweet!! Especially Mikhaila!! Give them a try, you will not regret it!!

This place is horrible. I booked an eyelash appointment several months in advance and they called me 15 minutes before my appointment when I was already on my way to tell me they’re canceling my appointment and won’t be able to get it rescheduled for another month. How disappointing. Save yourself from this last minute stress and book somewhere else.

I went to Teyah & she was amazing! Although she was running a little late which is understandable, she still took her time on my eyebrows which I appreciated. She was super nice & caring. I loved the results of my brows, I will definitely be coming back to her 😊

Unfortunately I was left disappointed and a little underwhelmed from my recent brow wax. My brow artist was great, the salon is clean and modern and they were able to give me a same day appointment. All of these things were great, and I will give credit to where credit is due. However, for the price of the service and hospitality at the front desk is why I won’t be returning. When it came time to pay, the gentleman who took my card quickly changed his demeanor when my card declined. When I gave him my next card he also stated “declined” in a judgy tone. I then had to ask him.. is American Express not accepted here? He then quickly interjected and stated “oh yeah that might be it”. I was surprised that me, the customer had to figure that out, after getting belittled. However, American Express is accepted as a way to tip via a separate service, which doesn’t make the most sense to me. The price of the service for a level 1 esthetician (looking at $40+ for service and good tip) issteep, especially for someone like myself not looking for my brows to be filled in, and just a biweekly cleanup.

I went to Teyah today and wow I’m blown away with the artistic work of my eyebrows!! I’m beyond happy with how they turned out. She is truly an artist with microblading. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

I went to Arch Brow Studio on 12/7/20 at 4pm for a microblading appointment with Falisha. I was extremely excited for this appointment but unfortunately was left feeling upset and extremely anxious about returning. To start, I was sat down to fill out paperwork and numbing cream was applied to my eyebrows. The cream was left on for about 15 minutes before the procedure started (I later found out it’s supposed to be a minimum of 30 minutes). Falisha mapped out my brows in about 5 minutes and proceeded to remove the cream from my eyebrows. She started the microblading and instantly I knew something was wrong with the amount of pain I was feeling. I can only describe it as literally feeling the blade cut into my skin with each stroke. After a few strokes I asked her if that much pain was normal and told her I was feeling everything. She said pain is “normal” and that she would finish the outline of my brow and then put more numbing cream on. She put more numbing cream on my left eyebrow and moved onto my right eyebrow. She left the cream on for about 5 minutes and continued. My eyes were tearing up the entire time, so much that I was basically crying. At one point she said she was going to have me tough it out because I was handling it fine. She said she normally does 3-4 passes but I only needed 2 passes.After the very painful procedure, I was not immediately happy with my brows but because of how much pain I had been in-I did not want to ask for more brush strokes to be added.When I got into my car I saw that there were patches missing and that there were very long and very straight lines on the bottom of each eyebrow. I thought perhaps I needed better lighting than my car and would reassess at home. When I got home I was able to clearly see the long and unrealistic straight lines on the bottoms of my eyebrows. I also noticed that my eyebrows in the middle were completely offset and crooked. I also looked at a photo from the procedure and could see the deep cut marks on my eyebrow that another esthetician informed me shows that the cuts were made too deep which is likely what attributed to the amount of pain I was in. There were spots missing ink, they weren’t filled in well at all, the lines she made were way too long to be natural, there was a ton of space in between the lines, and the straight lines at the bottom of my brows look like an outline.I was offered a partial refund but what I paid in cash would not be refunded and I was told to dispute the tip with my bank, which I have. All in all, it was a horrible experience and I expected so much more from the “best” in the south sound.

I have been here twice now. My first visit, I had a wax and tinting done. It was my first time having tinting done, and I was amazed at how much it changed my face for the better by adding more consistency and symmetry overall. The last time I visited, I had a wax and henna/glaze treatment with Heidi. The results are amazing. I am definitely going to be back.

I went in for my second micro blading session today with Falisha. I absolutely LOVE my brows! They are the perfect shape and tint. I love everything about this business. Everyone is always so professional and their utensils are always clean/new. I would never trust another business with my brow/skincare needs!

On August 9th I had an appointment for a lash lift and tint. It turned out good and I was happy when I left. Then on Monday morning I woke up with both of my eyes red, itchy and swollen. I thought maybe I had a reaction to the lift and tint but then by Wednesday I had to go to Indigo Urgent Care and was diagnosed with conjunctivitis in both eyes, aka a bacterial infection known as pink eye. I got antibiotic eye drops I have to use every 4 hours for 10 days. I knew it had to be from unsanitary equipment used on my eyes during my lash lift and tint. I then called Arch not once but three times last week to speak to a manager about what had happened. I finally got a call back today and spoke with a receptionist who asked me “what do you want us to do about it?” I then told her I want my money back so I can pay for my urgent care bill. She then got her manager on the line and I explained to her what had happened and she proceeded to tell me that I cannot prove that the pink eye came from their salon and I signed a consent form stating if I had a reaction it’s not on them. I explained to her it is a bacterial infection and it’s not usual to get pink eye in both eyes unless unsanitary tools were used. She then told me I have no proof and she cannot refund me my money. I was very shocked and upset on how I was treated that I let her know I’ll make sure to write a review on every page and tell every single woman I know to not come to this salon. She was extremely rude and inconsiderate of what had happened to me, I did not get one apology. Also, I had my bridal shower this past Saturday and had to wear sunglasses the entire time so I felt comfortable. I am appalled on how I have been treated at Arch Salon and Spa and felt obligated to write this post to warn other clients. Make sure before they touch your eyes that their equipment is sanitized because pink eye is absolutely miserable.

Update: Shortly after my review, I was contacted to discuss what happened. She was really kind and offered to reimburse me the difference. I changed my rating from 3 to 4 as mistakes happens! What you do to make it right counts. One more thing: after the lash lift faded, I would say 4-5 lashes became weakened at the middle of the curl making the end all corkscrewy and pointing in weird directions. Perhaps mine aren’t strong enough? I don’t know 🤷🏼‍♀️I am really disappointed. The gal that performed my lash lift and eyebrow wax was lovely, but when paying for a level four service (which is much more expensive than a level one and a four is the highest level of expertise), I think it is fair to expect perfection. My eyebrows are great, but the lash lift was not perfect. I have lashes that were not properly curled, over curled in fact. They touch my eyelids, so I have to be really careful when applying mascara or else it looks funny and mascara gets onto my lid. Furthermore, I called on two separate occasions to verify the price of a level four lift and wax, and was quoted $104. When I arrived to my appointment, the gal wasn’t even aware of my eyebrow wax request, but happily obliged. Then, when I get to the front desk, I am asked for $169. Annoyed, I explained the discrepancy to the receptionist who was empathetic, and said a manager would reach out to me. I still haven’t been contacted. When I reached out to them later about my lashes, they were kind and offered advise, but there was nothing they could do because the lashes can’t be touched for another two weeks. I feel like I did not get my money’s worth, nor do they uphold customer service that would make me come back. I hope this review will make them think about the importance of setting expectations for their customers, because I will not be coming back.

I trust all artists at both locations. Every staff member is well trained and guaranteed perform your service with care. I’ll never go to any other Salon, Spa or Brow & Lash studio. I commute 30 minutes for my appointments because their customer service is unmatched by anyone else in the area.

I have never had any experience short of amazing here. I see Danielle who always does an amazing job, but the other girls are all awesome as well. They spend their time to make your brows look awesome!

I got a brow wax and tint with Heidi and was extremely disappointed...I specifically asked to have my brows tinted “not too dark” because I am blonde. When I got done my eyebrows were practically black. Not gonna lie my wax was more painful than I think was necessary too.

Great place, friendly employees and awesome work for eyebrows. I’d honestly say however it’s a bit overpriced. I used to get my eyebrows done for $15-$20 and I ended up paying $40 here because of the persons “Level” of training. I won’t be visiting again, especially for something that requires little to no hair to be removed in the first place. Price inflation in Olympia vs elsewhere is ridiculous. Every salon or studio up in this area seems to believe their work is the best.

I went in here with high hopes and expectations after reading all the reviews and following them on social media. I have thin and very light brows and really was looking forward to getting them microshaded. Heather was great at explaining the process but even after I specified exactly what i wanted, I left the first session slightly disappointed after seeing my brows were not the shape she had drawn on. She reassured me that the second session would be the time to perfect everything. So, I went in to the 2nd session again, with high hopes. She filled in the places where the pigment was lost, and made them a little longer at the tails. I specified that I like a longer and thinner tail, and I needed my left one fixed since it was thinner than my right. I also explained how I’ve always used shade 4 in my brow pencil which is a dark brown and how my first time around the pigment healed into a grayish black and she said she would fix that. Well, healing time is done and my brows are still missing pigment in some spots, they are too short, and one is thinner than the other! I was expecting more for the amount I paid. Heather was a nice girl, never rude in any way, so this isn’t to discredit her customer service skills. This is simply my review as to the experience. I was disappointed in the ultimate outcome. I look like a I just did a careless job of filling in my brows everyday and the shade just no! I’m still buying brow products and using them on a daily basis to even out the color and shape of my expensive micro shaded brows. Now I have to see about finding a place that can fix this.

Seriously a beautiful atmosphere to feel like a queen! Jade does amazing work, turns me from 42 to 28 every 8 weeks or so! Cant wait to go pamper myself with the rest of the staff! Everyone is kind and welcoming definitely worthy of my me time!

Caitlin the level one artist did an amazing job on my lashes, however, my eyebrows are another story. She rushed them and asked no questions about how I wanted them. I got a wax and tint and the tint she used was black even though I have dark brown hair was not pleased, and they were block-y. Left with eyebrows worse than what I walked in with. Paid 25$ for a service I had to go home and fix on my own. The first time I got my eyebrows waxed here I went with the level 2 artist and they turned out nicely. The eyelashes are pretty good and the store is nice so all in all 4 stars.

I just got my browser done for a second time at Arch and I had an outstanding experience both times. My second visit being the most impressionable because I was able to bring my 7 month old baby. The ladies at Arch were so kind about be bringing him and went above and beyond to help me have a relaxing experience while a few of the ladies entertained myou son when he became a little fussy. I will definitely be going back again and again for the glamorous, relaxing atmosphere, and the outstanding professionalism and customer service. If I could give this place zero stars I would. But for the benefit of google reviews. I do not reccomend this place, they cant seem to take responsibility to their actions or action of their employers. A friend of mine went there and got her lashes done and she ended up with a double eye infection. Mind you, we work in the medical facility and clean with cancer wipes and all every day. The manager kept trying to blame my friend instead of taking responsibility of their employees of not properly cleaning/sterilizing their tools. All my friend wanted was to be refunded her money in which did not happen. Maybe a complaint to DHEC will change their minds. BEWARE and watch out you might end up with an eye infection as well. seeing it first hand and her having residual effects even a week half later.

It was my first time having both shaping and tinting done. They helped me have a lot more confidence in having more prominent and intentionally shaped brows.

I have been a regular customer to this company before their big move. I just paid $39 for my daughter for homecoming last week. I of course tipped too. After I Scheduled to get me in later. I had an emergency and my card was charged $49 same day, with out my concent. I called and No apologies and nor manager available to speak with. Its sad that business has become more about money than personalization. We are all numbers and the bank is the object of offection. Dont give out your credit card. Its your word against theirs and your money is more valuable than you. Id suggest another place. Shaangar, Olympia brows, or the brow studio in Tumwater. The woman in Tumwater ( brows Lounge) sent a card to thank me. We deserve to be treated as people who have emergencies in life. I cant afford $49 on a single moms salary with a husband who is dead. It was to be a treat I can afford once a year. Maybe twice if life allows it. No empathy or compassion at all from the front. Loosing our business was a thank you, Good bye on their end. After I asked to havey credit card removed.

I have been going to Falisha for months now and my eyebrows have never looked so good! This woman has whipped, or should I say waxed my eyebrows into shape. When I initially began seeing Falisha, what struck me is that she really took the time out to talk with me about my eyebrow goals. As I prefer thicker brows, she put me on a grow out plan and weve been working together ever since. She manages my request for a heavy brow wonderfully, delivering fuller, albeit clean and well shaped brows that frame and fit my face beautifully. After every appointment I am nothing short of amazed at this womans talent!Where as some estheticians are austere, during the actual appointment Falisha is extremely personable and the conversation flows easy. This makes for a nice distraction as, you know hair is being ripped from my face.As for Arch, it is a cozy, little inviting spot nestled in the midst of professional and medical buildings. Parking is plentiful, right out front. The serene atmosphere and elegant appearance really just add to the treat yo-self mood I am usually in when indulging in spa grooming.Ill definitely be coming back to Arch again and again for my brows. Please do yourself and your eyebrows a favor and book an appointment!
