I’ve been going to Blue Sparrow Salon for years now. Ally is a hair goddess and takes amazing care of me! I haven’t had my hair done by anyone else at the salon, but everyone who leaves looks fantastic, regardless of who has done their hair. I highly recommend them!

Asia gave me a layered haircut on my long hair as I requested. Over texturized it.

I went in and saw Abby with a kind of a big order yesterday to fix a hot mess that had been done to my hair somewhere else. She not only did a fantastic job, but she was so sweet and informative about what she was doing and what our end goal was. She fixed my hair and it turned out even better than I thought it would. The salon is clean and comfortable inside, and I will definitely be going back!

I had Kaci as my hair stylist and she did an amazing job with my balayage. Would definitely recommend this place the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is cozy.

Asia did an amazing job on my hair cut and color! She revived it from the damage that was caused after bleaching; the color turned out gorgeous and the cut looks amazing! I also got my lashes lifted and tinted with Andrea, and she did an amazing job! I will 1000% be back...the long distance trip to this salon is well worth it!

Blue sparrow is a beautiful welcoming salon and they ladies are knowledgeable and so sweet!

Andrea has been coloring and cutting my hair for a couple years. She is talented, professional, and has such great energy! I always leave feeling so refreshed and my hair is always just how I asked.

I was skeptical to get my haircut again after my last experience...this salon turned that back around for me. Tinsley was friendly and very detail driven. She did an amazing job and I will be back.

Took a while for me to write this review because I was trying to think of something worthy, however I cant find the words to express how unbelievably happy I am with Asia. Ive looked for years for hairstylist that could achieve the results I was looking for and so far have not even come close. expression I in one session this girl has miracle hands I dont know how she does it but I will never go to anybody else from now on not only is she the sweetest person Ive ever met and she gets results!! Ally and Melissa are amazing business owners and stylists!! Ally has been my stylist for years and she knows what is best for me and my hair! She is always looking out for me when I come up with a crazy idea for a cut or style and directs me in the right direction. I respect and love her for it!! Amazing place!!

I have been seeing Ally for about a year. She is amazing! She is professional and knowledgeable and keeps my hair looking great. I don’t even have to give her direction! Ally has a true talent and is a lovely personable person. Her prices are competitive and I can’t recommend her enough!

Heather is phenomenal to work with! She takes the time to understand what you want, and ensures a quality product! All the staff there have been friendly, and its easy to see that they take a lot of pride in their work!

I have always had great hair cuts and color just the way I want it. Ally is always professional and cares about what I explain I want done. I had been to many hair salons prior and was not satisfied, in fact i drive 50 miles to get my hair done right.

I went in and got my hair done by Andrea. It was supposed to be a heavy foil resulting in a white ash blonde to match the extensions that Andrea ordered as I discussed at the time of my consultation with her. The first appointment which should of been the only appointment resulted in about 3.5 hours in a salon chair and rinsing bowl. Andrea didn’t use the proper mixture to pull the ash blonde we talked about at consult but instead pulled bright yellow and dingy Orange with purple highlights everywhere because Andrea put purple shampoo on my hair to try and make it look better. I was getting my hair done for my birthday and had to spend my birthday with yellow-orange and purple hair. I scheduled another appointment with Andrea after my birthday to correct the color and make it the original ash blonde we had previously discussed before applying the extensions that I payed for and she ordered for my hair. 2nd appointment 3 hours in a salon chair 1 hour in a rinsing bowl as Andrea still did not correct the color entirely but only removed some of the darker dingy orange pieces and had me soaking in purple shampoo for almost an hour. I asked to see the extensions Andrea brought them out and put them up to my hair they didn’t match at all two completely different colors. Andrea then made a comment to me that if I didn’t like my hair she could refer me to somebody else. I left the salon with brittle discolored hair and not feeling my best. I asked for a refund for the extensions only and was told by Andrea that I would be refunded as soon as she received the money from the refunded extensions it has been over two weeks with no call no communication and no refund for a product that was never in my possession. I am highly disappointed with the amount of time that Andrea took to do my hair and the end result being nothing close to what was discussed at the time of consultation. I will have to wait a while to get this corrected as the texture of my hair isn’t very good after two rounds of bleach. Although Andreas Instagram pictures reflect great work this was not my experience. Very unfortunate.
