I’m sure they earned a masters degree at ChicFilA university because the customer service is out of this world.My family has been coming to Dr. Lee for years. She works well with special needs clients. We drive over and hour to get her because of how great Sharp Eyes Vision Center is.The facility is very clean. Along with restrooms. I know that may be weird to include the restroom but some places have really dirty restrooms.They follow Covid protocols really well so you will be safe. There isn’t a long way time either when you arrive. I definitely recommend this place for eye exams or purchasing glasses.

I have been with Dr.Lee for several years. I moved an hr away yet I still make the drive to see her because she is the sweetest most caring optometrist I have ever seen. She is so genuine and is extremely smart, she explains everything and makes sure you understand her. Ive never had the pleasure of having an appointment with Dr.Bub, however he seems to be just as caring as Dr.Lee. How very odd to find 2 very caring Drs in the same facility. You will not regret this place! And extremely affordable!!💕

The lady at the front desk is very friendly, full of energy. The doctors are awesome, friendly and patient. Its my 3rd week going in a row because I cant get my prescription right. I pick the ones that I think are the correct prescription until I am wearing them day to day. Then I know I picked wrong haha. And they have been kind enough to see me over and over with a smile. Come to find out I have bad allergies in my eyes which is affecting my vision to so that wasnt helping my process but the docs helped me with that issue too. I can say I have found the eye center that I want to stay with for as long as I can. Thanks again.

Loved my whole experience here. From when I first called to schedule, the front desk was very kind and helpful. I had my appointment with Dr. Lee. She was so sweet and easy to talk to, very thorough in her work and happy to explain the why behind certain procedures, why one choice might be more beneficial to you than another, etc. She was also helpful in looking at frames. They were up front and honest about prices (Ive experienced some places that were not.) Very happy with every aspect of this place!

Dr. Bub is the very finest optometrist I have ever seen. His exams are so detailed and every prescription for glasses have been perfect. He treated my eyes as though they were his own eyes. Ive not found one that would compare to his dedication to caring for my eyes and Im sure that many others feel the same way. I highly recommend him.

Happened on them by luck, and so glad I did. They were able to fit in an appointment for me and my son at the last minute, and generally seem to care about their customers.They are very friendly, and every customer that came in, while I was there, they greeted by name. My brother is mentally handicapped and it is difficult finding a physician with the skill set and patience to deal with individuals unable to be verbally descriptive. Dr. Lee has been his optometrist for over 20 years. We live over 40 miles away, but have followed Dr. Lee to her various locations for almost 20+ years and will gladly follow her wherever she goes. Dr. Lee and Dr. Bub have always provided excellent and professional customer service and have gone above and beyond to provide effective and efficient services despite the challenges of the patient. Sharp Eyes vision has state of the art equipment, and the Dr.’s are skilled and knowledgeable in their field to use old school methods for patients where new technology is not always the best route to take.I highly recommend Sharp Eyes Vision for your optical needs!

Wow! I love this place. It was my first visit with Dr. Lee and she was so sweet! I was leaving out of town driving and needed my glasses fast, she called and had a rush order of them just for me to have them on my trip!! Great establishment.

A wonderful eye doctor!!!! The best eye doctor i have seen! Not a long wait maybe 5 minutes at max. They are very friendly! Dr.Lee is very good at what she does! She wants to know about any and all your medical history in case it might be affecting your eyes. She is very down to earth! and respectable! I have been with her for a little over a year now and she is great!!! Her eye exam and very good she is very descriptive and everything!!! She is very thorough!!!!!!!!!!!! Most friendly eye doctors in SE Houston, if not ALL of Houston. Me, my wife and son have all gone there for the past 2 years and had a wonderful experience every single time. Dr. Bub not only takes the time to explain everything he does, but also doesnt mind keeping conversation going. Dr. Lee helped me and my son (2 separate visits) try on half of their wall of glasses to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. She is also very personable and both doctors are very down to earth.Cant wait to see them again at their new location.Would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone I know.

These doctors are great. I took my previous prescription in, they made my glasses and when I received them, I couldnt see out of one lens. Dr. Lee did a second eye exam and found that the prescription was incorrect. She sent the glasses back, had the prescription changed and now I see better than I have in years.Dr. Lee and Dr. Bub go above and beyond expectations and are a pleasure to talk to. They dont rush you if you have questions and really just want to make things right. I highly recommend anyone go to them first - you wont have to look further. They are competitive in pricing for sure but the care they take is extraordinary.

I absolutely love this place. Dr bub is very thorough and explains everything step by step. I just went in for a routine check and my daughter also has came to him. The staff is excellent, professional, and courteous. Wouldnt trust my eyes to anyone else!

Dr. Lee at Sharp Eyes is hands down the best eye doctor I have ever seen! I first met her when I was in high school, and I sent my dad to her at the time. We have now been going there for 12 years. She is extremely thorough, and she knows what shes talking about! I highly recommend this place!

I had my first eye exam at Sharp Eyes today and am so happy to write this review. Dr. Bub did the most thorough and complete eye exam Ive ever had. Dr. Bub and Dr. Lee have all the latest and greatest equipment, the office is extremely clean and neat and they have a really great selection of frames. They both assisted me in picking out my frames and took the time to check on various colors for the frames I selected. They made sure the lens shapes were adequate for my tri-focul prescription. These are the sweetest and most professional people Ive ever dealt with. I highly recommend Sharp Eyes for both adults and children. The atmosphere in the office is very casual and friendly. Both doctors and their assistant, Sara, are very competent and provide the highest degree of customer service.

Both doctors spent their time and energy with me and I never felt any pressure. They answered all my questions related to my astigmatism. Spectacular service and a great practice! Definitely recommend!

There is not a long wait I was seen within 5 minutes of walking in! Dr. Lee is real thurough with eye exams, and she is real knowledgeable! Really happy with my visits there!

I visited for a 2nd opinion due to other eye doctor telling me I had a scratch that wasnt healing. Dr. Bud immediately knew upon checking that it was an ulcer. Wow! I was in pain for a werk before coming here. Staff was so down to earth and caring. I thought I loved my eye doctor but I now have a new eye doctor at Sharp Eyes.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Bub and Dr Lee!! I have been coming to them for over 12 years! The first time I meet them was when my dad was looking for glasses and when the doctors checked and worked there magic it ended up to be that my dad could buy all the glasses he wanted but he had lost vison from his left eye! He had gone to so many doctors and they all made him just buy glasses or contacts but Dr Bub and Dr Lee didnt fool him told him exactly what was wrong. Since then they been my Must Go To Vision Doctors!! I can never go to another doctor cause I feel I wont get the best treatment and specialy all the test they do.There more like family they always help me choose my glasses they have soo much to choose from I can never pick but they always take some of there time to help me!! They go above and beyond to help there patients!!
