I went here to have my glasses adjusted before I ever got glasses from them. They helped me out and didnt charge me a penny. After a few years and needing new glasses I was recommended to go here. I did and that was almost 4 years ago. They have always been good in service and easy to work with. They gave me my prescription after buying glasses and I could have taken that and bought somewhere else. I choose to buy from them because of the great services theyve always provided. They have never been pushy about sales either. Id like for them to stay in business. Much thanks to the whole team at La Porte Vision Center for always providing great service.

My aunt and I did not have a good experience here. The office used a type of lense that most other offices will not use. My aunt could not see through her glasses and the office was never able to fix or repair them so that they were usable. Over $800 and 5 visits and she still cannot see. I do not recommend this office to anyone.

Great experience with new doctor. Dr LeGrand was great and the staff was very helpful. Helped me get everything worked out for my insurance and set me up with new glasses and contacts.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Bernay since the 80s and will not consider seeing any eye doctor but her. She has seen me through contact lenses (not a good patient), LASIK, Lenses TransplantsDr. Bernay is extremely educated, knowledgeable and though! Shes always willing to spend the time needed to answer all my questions and make sure I understand everything shes told me.Her staff is always professional while being friendly and willing to help you anyway they can.

I love love love coming here and I live in Katy. Dr. Bernay is the best, and their frame people are awesome, last time I got 2 for 1 and I got my 1st pair of prescription sunglasses I LOVE THEM,never had any before😎. This time I got 2 for one so I now have a back pair, which I never had before. My eye sight is getting bad enough that I need a back up pair. So Im a very happy camper again😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😎😎😎

Horrible experience. They added very expensive eye vitamins to my bill. I was shocked when I went to pay; they told me that my insurance would not cover them. THESE CRAZY VITAMINS WERE ALMOST AS MUCH AS MY HOUSE PAYMENT!! (I had NEVER agreed to purchase these in the first place). I had to involve myself in a very heated argument with Monica that claimed to be the manager. I would not recommend this business and would suggest tot he management: DO NOT TRY AND PUSH QUACKERY VITAMINS ON PATIENTS WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT. Horrible experience

Dr. Bernay has been my eye doctor for many years. She gives the most thorough examination and is beyond informative. She has blown away my expectations. The office staff is so kind and friendly. They have the best selection of glasses and are so helpful. They really help find the best pair for you. I would recommend this office to everyone.

This place reminds me of my house. Its decorated so nicely. They also have some yummy snacks and coffee for when you walk in for appointment. A+ from me! Everyone is very friendly, especially the doctors. Dr. LeGrand took her time with me and never made me feel rushed. They also knew all their patients by name when they walked in, which tells you a lot IMO Theres so many glasses to choose from. The response to my urgent need on a day when the office is normally closed and not only closed but a holiday was outstanding. I made one phone call and without hesitation doctor Bernay agreed to meet me at her office.

I been look for a new eye doctor this year that would take my insurance. I choose Laporte Vision. I am very pleased with the care I received and my new glass. The staff are a great team. If you out there look for new eye doctor go see them.

Great staff! Dr Bernay is a wonderful eye doctor. I drive from South Houston by 45 and Hobby airport to La Porte to get my eyes check by her. She truly cares about her patients.

My husband had a vitreous detachment and they worked him in for an emergency appointment. Friendly staff both . The optimalogist was very thorough and made sure he understand everything going on. They take after hours appointments for emergencies too!

Seems like there are multiple people all saying the same thing about your clinic. All you do is DENY DENY DENY. You all apparently are attempting to add some ridiculous fake medicine to peoples bills and they are catching it. Why dont you just stop doing this and the bad reviews will stop?

Charged my card without authorization because they made an error on what my insurance covered at Christmas time. Caused my mortgage and electric payment to bounce. When I called and talked to Monica, she asked, Didnt you read what you signed. Horrible, will not be back.

Dr. Bernay was wonderful with my wife and both kids. The bill was another story. When I checked out , had to just about get into a knock down drag out argument with the office manager (not shure if she was or not, 56 180 female, big glasses, white lady) over some bogus eye vitamins that had been added to all 4 of out bills. this was an extra $490.00 that they were pressing me to pay with a credit card. I threatened to call the police then they finally removed this charge. I called the vitamin company afterwards and learned that they get a HEFTY kickback for these ridiculous useless snake oil pills.WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS BUSINESS THEY ARE SHEISTY IDIOTS

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They overcharge, they dont tell you if a test or exam is covered by insurance before they perform the test, and they dont have any real payment plans set up.They decided to go ahead and charge my card without my authorization the day after Christmas.Take your business elsewhere!

My daughter had Glaucoma at the age of 6!! So Believe ME when I say we went through and had to go to A LOT!! of different eye dcts,specialists, & surgeons! Yet STILL this place is BY FAR The BEST! The most PERSONAL eye dct I have ever experienced!! They are LOVING, CARING, and still actually treat you like a patient!! They work with you financially and help you all they can to MAKE SURE you and your family have they eye care you need!! The dct called to see how my daughters Surgery went afterwards!!! I was SO Apaulled by how much love they showed me and my daughter for these past 4 years!! Recommend them to ANYONE!! We arent going ANYWHERE!! Even though others have tried to convince otherwise! Lol

I waited forever. They are extremely expensive. On top of it all, they never called me to tell me that my glasses and contacts were ready after waiting for two weeks, not to mention, i was given only one week of trial contacts. Will not go back.
