I had a great experience today at HearUSA in La Habra, Ca.. Janea was very helpful and informative. I felt so comfortable sitting there while she placed the demo hearing aids on me and walked me through the use of them. I am scheduled to return next week to be fitted with my permanent hearing aids. Looking forward to being able to hear my grandson speaking to me without me having to say, I cannot hear you, can you speak louder

There seems to be a considerable difference in customer service and business culture in HearUSA locations. I switched from an office with very poor attitude to the office on Imperial Hwy in La Habra where the staff was friendly, welcoming and efficient.

It was very easy filled some papers started playing solitaire she came out right away and I didnt even get to finish my game but it was some chick you know she had green hair but she is nice as can be and super informative knew what she was talking about showed me everything that I needed to know almost every question she had I had to answer was yes I was totally satisfied with her and the hearing aid and I signed another paper and I was on my way it was very painless I dont even think I was there 30 minutes very cool people

Everything went great. I needed my hearing aids cleaned and checked if they needed any repairs. They did the work terrific and I have my aids working fine.
