I brought my 100-year-old mother-in-law to Costco because she had lost one of her Miracle Ear hearings aids. She hadnt been tht satisfied with them, and I was happy with my previous experience purchasing hearing aids at Costco. Technician Teri took care of us, and she did an excellent job, explaining everything so that Mary understood. When Mary heard that she could get a pair of hearing aids for $1,600, she went ahead and ordered them. In addition to the visit to pick up the hearing aids, weve been back two times for further adjustments, and Teri provided excellent service. She addressed Marys issues, once again explaining as she went, and by the time we left, Mary was satisfied. She does very little complaining about these hearings aids, compared to the previous pair, and I can tell that she is hearing better. Ive recommended this place to several friends--its nice to be able to share positive outcomes.

Michael cho is a horrible person! He has no customer service skills! Go to city of industry and talk to Fernando. Fernando is a lot more professional and caring, unlike Michael.

They were more thurough than any oc my audiologist or ENT doctors. Set me up with phonak 1 yr & 1/2 ago and theyve been pretty good, especially the bluetooth feature. Teri at Costco took her time with me and didnt make me feel like a number.
