I have been bringing my son here for five years and will never take him any place else. We moved to New Braunfels a little over two years ago and still continue to make the drive here for all of his appointments. My son does have some sensory issues and in my opinion an irrational fear of dentistry, like his mother, and that is partially why I take him to appointments (dad). Through a lot of patience with him and care, Dr. Tesslers team has built a great relationship with my son where he can sit through appointments much better now. He has had an expander to make room for teeth to come in and unfortunately 3-4 appointments for retainers due to lost and now a permanent one that will come out when it comes time for braces. Each time he is here he is better and better...I am sure it will be the same for the long appointment when it comes time for braces.

Kyle Orthodontics is absolutely wonderful. Ive had many experiences here and they were all great. From broken brackets to simple concerns, theyve taken extreme care of me. I would highly suggest if anyone needs braces, definitely come here. The staff is also very knowledgeable and quick with their work, but with great quality.

I highly recommend this place!!! I scheduled an appointment for myself and my daughter. On the day of three appointment there is a welcome sign with our names on it along with other new patients. The staff is Amazing! We had a really great experience from the time we walked into the doors and also leaving. Honestly, this place didnt make me feel like a patient needing treatment, it felt like were family. Dr. Alexis Tessler is great, she is just awesome at what she does. Before starting at Kyle Orthodontics, I previously had 3-4 consultations with other orthodontist. I decided to go with Dr. Tessler for multiple reasons. 1. She constructed a personalized treatment plan, just for me, that addressed the concerns I had about being an adult with braces. She made it work for me and did not give me the ‘one size fits all’ treatment options that most orthodontist give. 2. Dr. Tessler and her staff are amazing! They make you feel like you are a part of their family as soon as you walk through the doors. They know their customers and treatment plans personally, they are flexible, they tell it like it is.... I could go on forever. LolThe quality of service I have gotten, thus far, from Kyle Orthodontics is second to none. There may be other places, but trust me when I say, no one is like Dr. Tessler, she is truly a class act.

Update:My daughter has now finished treatment. A 3 year plan went smoothly. Dr. Tessler and the staff at Kyle Orthodontics is professional and friendly. We are very excited with the way my daughters teeth turned out. She is now wearing a retainer to keep her beautiful teeth in place. My son has now had his braces placed for his treatment plan. He is extremely sensitive and you wouldnt even know. Dr. Tessler and her staff have been patient and gentle. The whole team at kyle orthodontic is absolutely incredible. The atmosphere is very professional, warm and welcoming. My son actually loves going there and state that this is his favorite doctor. They even send my son a personal handwritten card for his birthday adressed to him personally. He was so excited ! Also the team always participates in local events such as the blue Santa project. From my first consultation to the follow up appointments after my braces, I have been taken care of by everyone on staff.
