Got lash extensions today from here. To say I was shocked on how bad they were, speechless. I removed them as soon as I got home, too embarrassed to go anywhere. $25 lesson learned, individual lashes to one strip , half the lashes were thick glue, how you would need a fill, not sure.

I went in to get my brows threaded and they turned out really good. However, this new lady was on a Bluetooth earphones talking to someone in a different language and didnt even talk to me. She just did my brows without saying a word to me. It was a bit awkward. But I do really love my brows. I just think she could work on customer service a little bit. Get rid of the earphones and talk more to customers and be more friendly.

Recently my experiences here has been horrible. The lady who used to work here was amazing, and she truly cared about your eyebrows. The service was amazing! I have not seen the lady who used to work here but the new lady told me she moved. I am very disappointed in this place now. It used to be my absolute favorite place to go, but now I am looking for a new eyebrow place. The lady was wearing headphones and talking to someone while she was doing my eyebrows. Her hands and breath we’re repulsive. I am SINCERELY disappointed with this place now. It saddens me to see such a great place go down hill....

Horrible “eyelash extension” job; they simply put the separate lashes that that can be found in Walmart for $7 but they charge you $26... the lady doing it was simply rude to me and basically glued my eyes together and she said it was my fault

This place used to be awesome to get your eyebrows threaded at. I think the lady that used to be there left and the new one is not good at threading eyebrows. I’ve gone twice now and I’ve asked to just clean them up and have gotten thinner and uneven brows. Her technique is painful too.

I have usually had a good experience with this place, but I went on 11/5/19 & had a lady whom has never helped me before completely blow my mind w/ HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. First off, she was wearing a blue tooth & having a full conversation w/ someone other than me & that in my opinion is completely rude. She must have been eating something before I came in because her hands & breath were horrible smelling. She proceeded to do both my eyebrows & my upper lip. The sides of my lip were bleeding pretty bad & my top lip looked like a hickey. She said oh, you must have really sensitive skin-I replied no you just did a horrible job! All of that & hair was still all over my lip but i told her she was done touching. I have had this process done for years & have never had this happen. I WILL NEVER BE BACK---absolutely horrible experience. Someone needs to discuss cleanliness & customer service skills to this lady!!.

I stopped doing my own eyebrows because of her. I’ve never had someone do my eyebrows and leave me satisfied every time. And it’s so cheap too! If you ever need a pick me up go here and have her hook you up. Having a bad day at work? Go to her. Just went through a break up? Go to her. Feeling a little ugly? Go to her. Got a job interview? Go to her. Wanting that perfect selfie without using filters to disguise your caterpillar eyebrows? Go to her. She will have you feel like you’re living your best life so good you’ll think you can conquer the world after your eyebrow transformation. So quit filling in your eyebrows and get the real deal from this amazing women. 8 dollars every two weeks that’s nothing!
