Solutions is a great place with amazing hair products. I cant say enough about Annie though. She listens to what I want and will make suggestions, which always work out. I have let a girlfriend, with no experience, cut my hair simply because she was cutting all of our friends hair on a girls trip and I have cut my own bangs (both horrible ideas). She fixes my mistakes with a giggle, a smile and her magic! Shes awesome!

Kasie was absolutely awesome! This is the best color I have had in a long time! She took the time to explain products and also how to style the cut. I will be back and highly recommend Kasie and Solutions Day Spa!

Paid $70 for a Brazilian wax on Wednesday and it’s so patchy to the point I have to shave .. today is Friday. I called in and cancelled my next appt and wasn’t offered a coupon, free visit, or even to come in and get it touched up for free. Unhappy with my experience.

This place is fantastic. I initially visited because of an issue from a past hair decision that basically fried my hair. These ladies were kind and scheduled me very quickly. The problem was solved and Ive been so happy with my cut and color. I have been a few times after my first visit and Im always super satisfied with the service and the environment. Thank you!!!!

Rachel was amazing. I went in having previously had a bad hair experience, so she was correcting my color. She took the time to figure out exactly what I wanted, what went wrong the last time, and deliver a color I was much, much happier with.

Im not trying to say my experience was bad, but Im not liking my cut after I got home, I know I can call and get a fix, but Im just going to have to pass. I have seen Phoenix for pedicures for several months now. She gives a great massage and does an awesome job with painting my toenails-I wish I had fingernails because you should see her nail art!!!. A couple of visits ago she actually identified a possible melanoma on my toe. Its fine, but the dermatologist I saw couldnt praise her enough for identifying it and recommending I see someone. Apparently melanoma of the toe is more common than you might think. And Kristina has been my hair stylist for the last 5 years. Aside from being a great stylist, she helps me feel very relaxed and restful.

I had an appointment to get my haircut with Jessica on my birthday. I ended up paying $59 for a haircut that was supposed to be $34. She had already put product in my hair before I could refuse the extended amount for a conditioning treatment. After the cut it was supposed to be styled and as far as I’m concerned it was not styled to the specifications that i expected. I brought specific pictures for reference and my hair was flat and lifeless and nothing like the voluminous style I provided when I walked out. My hair has always been one of my best features and it is not looking good for my birthday celebration today.... I’m very upset! I have been referred by one of the owners husband. I never get my hair professionally cut and I do it myself and now I know why......

Solutions is a wonderful place to get your hair cut, colored, highlighted, and styled. They have great products, and they take the time to educate you on how to get the look you want with your hair. Tiffannee S. is super friendly, and my hair looks amazing every time. I highly recommend Solutions.

I’ve been going to solutions for about a couple years now. I was super sad when my hair stylist left/moved away but that doesn’t change my mind at all about this salon. I’ve had a few girls (who’s name I don’t remember) who messed up and didn’t listen to me, but I just got my hair done on Saturday with Kinsey and she did a great job! :) very happy with her work!

Great visit with Annie. The salon was taking all precautions such as everyone wearing masks, disinfecting chairs and stations and taking temperature upon arrival and hand sanitizer at check out. I felt very safe.

I asked for silver/gray color and when it was rinsed off, the color was brown/purple.Hannah (my stylist) had a shocked look on her face when she seen the end result too.But, I was still charged over $200.I’m hoping we can resolve this.The more I see it, the worse it looks. 🤦🏻‍♀️Update: No resolution. They only want to split the cost with me to try and fix it again(a third time) but I told them to keep all that mess.Good luck. Word of mouth can be very important. 🤷🏻‍♀️I’m very disappointed.

Ellyn Keck was AMAZING!! I rarely get my haircut because they always mess it up. Dont get me wrong, I have long very thick hair and it takes a while to do anything with it so I understand. But she did awesome! It took her 3 hours to cut and highlight my hair but it was completely worth it! She was so nice and friendly the entire time and really tried to make my hair look great. She is definitely my go to hair stylist from here on out.

Staff was very friendly. I went and got my haircut there and everything looked fine. I came home and my brother realized that the lady had taken a chunk out of my hair behind my ear without telling me. This is my reasoning behind the 4 star rating.

Best place in Kokomo. Mom and I got a Mani-Pedi with Moms regular girl Emily. And Sydney for me. Sydney was very good at walking me through the process so I didnt feel like the novice I am.I left my beard trimmer at home in LA. Anna trim and tamed my beard with great attention to detail.Looks good. Feels good!They also have massage appointments. But, you must book in advance.

Receptionist is rude! Me and my husband went there to get ambre oil. Looking at the collection the lady was like we don’t have much in stock I hadn’t even asked about them yet. Continued to buy the product that was priced almost 20 more than where I usually get it. Never again☹️

Solutions is one of the only all inclusive Day Spas in Kokomo and the staff is friendly and courteous. They tend to always push products and that gets to be annoying to me. I feel like the staff is pressured to do that.

Not able to get massages on weekends

Went in as a walk in waited about 15 minutes. I only got an eyebrow wax. They were very nice and professional. Would reccomend.

I went in May if 2017 and had not had my hair cut in a long time, therefore I had no beautician to do it. I wanted to give then a try and was very disappointed. I brought in numerous pictures of the cut I wanted, only to find out half way threw the hair cut that the girl had only been cutting hair a few months. I basically had to walk her three the cut and tell her how to do it, only to have her leave it unfinished because she was more concerned about her next eye brow waxing appointment. I had to go home and fix and finish the cut myself. I feel this place has the attitude of get them in and out as fast as possible to make the most amount of money they can. I would not ever recommend them to anyone.

We are not fancy people. Solutions seems like a fancy place when we walk in. However, they do not treat people in a snobbish fancy way. Everyone at Solutions is kind, accomadating, and friendly. The services and products are pricey, but well worth it. We are always happy with the care we receive at Solutions. Kristina Rupe is an excellent stylist. Our whole family gets their hair done by Kristina (except my husband--but, he is bald).

They send reminders to your cellphone, appointments are kept on time. The staff is very friendly. They allow you to schedule more than one appointment at a time.

Too expensive place, just for hair cut they charge me $45, not going there anymore and its okay not that great :( Im not happy at all and she mess my bangs too. NOT GOING ANYMORE PERIOD.

I have went to Annie for about a year. She is also one of the owners. I get color, lites and cut. Except for last month her girl has done most of color and lites. She triple books. Today i was there for a 1 oclock appt. I go once a month and had already decided earlier that i would not be forced to wait again as i have every time in past. When i arrived she had one in foils and was doing foils on another. At 1:30 and she had about 20 minutes at least to go with ladies foils, i knew she didnt value me as a Client. And i call this place far from fancy, but very high priced if you have the top grade doing you. You spend around 140 for cut color lites and glaze. I also drove an hour 10 minutes. She was busy, but the rest of shop pretty quiet. If your a first timer, u might get treated better. Maybe it was on purpose becsuse the past 2 times i left no tip........Tina Knebel

Seriously upset and if there were negative star they would have one! I attempted to reschedule for an earlier appointment and was told that wasnt possible at this time because she was booked out to only get a call a few days later to ask if I would be willing to see someone else because our beautician was no longer with them. This isnt the first time this has happened to me, however it will be the last time!

This business has shown despicable behavior toward United States Veterans & encouraged animal cruelty. It is a profoundly un-American business run by nasty, sadistic people. Giving them any business would make you un-American too. Avoid Solutions Day Spa like they treat disabled US Veterans like trash ... cause they do!

The cut I received was a good quality cut but I felt like I was in high school again and everyone was gossiping about everyone including me (a customer). Unless youre a regular or accepted into their clique, Id imagine youd probably experience feeling rejected as I did.

I have not tried them but my friend said it was not an enjoyable visit. She did try them twice.Here is the problem I have with that salon. You dont have respect for our Service Personnel and none for Disability people and no respect for our SERVICE ANIMALS THEN WHY SHOULD I Have RESPECT FOR YOU.Is this plate just for aristocrats

I bought a package off of them the Friday before Mothers Day for my girlfriend. I paid for the package, and was told that it would be emailed to her that day. I called and left a message the next day, and still no email to my girlfriend a week later . Ruined her Mothers Day gift from me to her because of no follow up. I asked for my refund , and no response.
