Dr. Cross is awful as a dr as she is to work for. This woman fires her employees because she dont like their personality. She is so cold hearted that i dont see how she can even keep the pts and employees she has. NOTE --- dont work for her or see her as a dr. She calls in all the time for different reasons. she dosent even call to tell her employees that she isnt coming in until the 1st pt is in a room, then the staff has to inform the pt that they need to reschedule due to her not calling in a timely manner.

Really great experience here. The doctor and staff are all super friendly and professional. Also, they seem to take covid seriously which is a huge bonus. Ive been getting botox for my headaches, and its been helping so much. Highly recommend.

Did not listen to me when I told her the medications I had already been on and the experiences I had with them. Then when she changed my meds I looked it up and it was just a generic version of one of the ones I had been on before, so I brought this to her attention and she changed my meds again... Same thing happened with another one! This happened four times!!! Pay attention to your patients and their concerns if you intend on being a doctor!!!

This place is horrible. We were 15 min late due to my mothers slow mobility and searching for new office and were sent away and told we would need to reschedule. My mother has Parkinsons and cant move very quickly. You would think a Doctor who supposedly specializes in this would be a bit more understanding. We will not be back! No consideration for others. Your just a number!

I was having moderate to severe headaches and dizziness. She has been very thorough in getting to the bottom of it all. I am most happy with her and her efforts.

Abandoned patients and run them in circles with no warning of what to do
