I would give anything if I could give this office a ZERO! Brittany Adair is the WORSE excuse of a so called Doctor that I have EVER seen! She pretends to write out orders then someone in her office will call you and cancel the appointment before you have any test done. She will call you back saying that their office has no diagnosis on you because you haven’t followed up on any test that she has ordered. And then when you ask her about it she swears up and down that she has NEVER ordered anything. I’ve even shown them the phone calls from my cellphone and the paperwork with her own handwriting on it and she still tell me that it wasn’t her! She had the nerve to say I needed to be inside a mental hospital! I had a very important appointment with my Urologist. And my Bladder is not working at all now. I’m going to have to get a Bladder Pacemaker. Brittany told me that they didn’t take care of my problems at her office. She’s NOT a true NEUROLOGIST! She’s only a PA! She has lied! Made up stories on me and said she had never ordered and of these test for me when she most certainly has! This is the sorriest place I’ve ever seen! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I am sick ! She doesn’t care! I want my story out and I’m going to tell it! I’m in this condition because of her! STAY AWAY FROM BRITTANY ADAIR!

She is an excellent PA. One of best Ive had. Would recommend her to anyone who needed a PA.

Worst experience with a doctor office ever! I have many specialists due to bad health but this was the worst of my life. She never looked at me and was saying you don’t have this or that. When I wasn’t even done with my 20 pages to fill out. She never asked me she just presumed to know. She was like a robot that had no interest in me being there hearing me or helping me. Even contradicting herself. I won’t see her again. And not sure about the office. She did order tests at least.

This is the first visit that I had with Brittany, would like to comment how she did a very good job listening and seems to want to get to my underlining problem, the neurologist that I had before, He barely listened to my issues and thought he knew it all....!!!! So I guess its going to take a little bit longer to comment on the rest of the ability and strength of Brittany as my new neurologist that Im seeing now....!!! Hopefully it goes a lot better for me....!!!!

I was a little shocked being my first visit. I thought I was seeing a doctor and ended up seeing a physician assistant. Shes spent about 5 minutes with me and then decided a treatment. Ive been suffering with Cluster headaches for 4 years and then on top of that you can add that the last 2 with migraines and tension headaches. I have spent 3 or 4 days out of a week for 4 months at the ER. She asked me my symptoms. But did not ask me anything else about my life, what was going on, what help I was getting, what I needed, etc like I said 5 minutes listening to my description of my headaches told me she was going to give me a preventative medication and then walked out the door. I was absolutely shocked. Ive been suffering for 4 years I waited 10 months to get in to see Tennova Neurology over at Turkey Creek was never so disappointed in all my life and Im 60!!! They gave me two shots of my stomach and then she told me that it takes up to three months for the medication to work and that I could see her back in six months. Six months I thought! What about now what about all the things Im going through now!?? The next day I slept all day and had severe migraines for a week. I also had trembling in my hand so bad the first two days I couldnt even hold a fork or spoon to eat. The shaking of my hands went on for a week as well but slowly faded away now Im having cramps in my legs all day long. These are things I had never happened before now theyre happening after the shots. Side effect? I dont know I called to let them know took them two days to call me back. Like I said extremely disappointed!

The receptionist was great as was the nurse that took me back.What causes me to give 2 stars is from Ms.Adairs personality and way she seemed to not be interested in listening or caring for her patient. Being terse interrupting and even condescending at times for the short short while she was in the room.Will only go back to see her to finish the whole sequence of test and having them read.

I felt Dr. Adair was very friendly and attentive but wished she would have been more thorough with explaining what the MRI showed. I would have liked to have known more about my specific results prior to treatment method she provided. An alternate treatment plan would have been appreciated or reasoning why more invasive treatment was needed explained.The office staff was friendly and the office was clean and followed sound COVID-19 protocols.I would see her again I’d just be sure to ask more questions instead of accepting what was recommended was the only treatment plan.

As far as the office itself, I had a lot of trouble getting in contact with them. I always had to leave messages and never got calls back. It was very frustrating.. Regarding the doctors that I saw, I feel like I’m never actually being listened to. They just want to cut me off with some big fancy explanations before I can even finish telling them how I feel. I’ve only been there twice, they’ve never even seen my MRI images, nor done any further testing or bloodwork. They are done with me and referring me somewhere else, saying that they see nothing wrong with me from a neurological standpoint.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Ive been calling for 3 weeks to get scheduled fir botox they always say they will give u a call back and NEVER do then when u insists to get ahold of someone who can help . they leave u on hold for 10 plus mins. And THEN say they will give u a call BACK!!!!! they run u all around saying the Cleveland office has to schedule you then the Cleveland office says the knoxville office has to schedule you. Its a COMPLETE waist of time and very much affects your health .

I have been calling this office for over a week trying to get her or her nurse to call me back and they haven’t contacted me back at all! I have literally called everyday and left messages! This is beyond unprofessional! It is making me lose all faith and respect for this practice! It shouldn’t take over a week to contact a patient back! And what’s worse is I had to change from my neurologist because he moved and this is the worst Drs office I’ve ever been in! I do not understand how they can go over a week without calling back! I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone!!

I had a great appointment with Brittany Adair, PA-C. I feel that she is very thorough and knowledgeable. She has ordered appropriate tests and a medication that will help me. I look forward to my next appointment.

Brittney does not listen to u at all. I called left messages with her nurse scarlett and never gave me a call back. So upsetting. I feel like I am just a number not a person she only spends a few mins with u.

I will not give this person any stars. I have never been treated so badly. I well never go back to see her. I am in the process of finding a different doctor. I well not be giving her any recommendations. If you have feelings dont see her.

She was extremely attentive and listened and made me confident we can figure out whats going on. She was very thorough. Best experience Ive had with neurology.

My appointment was prompt and professional. Just started with ms.Adair and was completely comfortable talking with her. She seemed knowledgeable and caring.

Very disappointed in PA Adair!! She made me feel as though I shouldn’t be there and there is no reason for me to come back. I had issues I wanted to discuss with her that are on going neural issues and I never got to ask a single question before I felt like I was run off. I drove 2 hours one way to make this appointment. She will NEVER get a recommendation by me. She honestly doesn’t need to be in the health practice with her attitude.

Dr. Adair is very friendly, thorough, thoughtful and funny. She addresses your concerns and helps find you the best way to treat your symptoms and situation. I highly recommend her for any neurological condition.

Visit was on time. Discussion provided informative information about Parkinson’s and medication for treatment. Thanks for a great session.

Her communication was excellent, and she listened intently to my answers. Although, I felt she was trying to convince me that I had a psychological illness without consulting with me about it first.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt I had to. I have been with this office through four doctors. They are a small office and that’s why I stayed with them. They treat you like a human, and it’s not just about how many people they can fit it at one time. As long as they are open and I need a neurologist, I will stay with this office and recommend it to everyone.

This place is horrible. Go elsewhere. Appointment was at 8am. I was back in my car by 8:25 and 10 minutes of my Appointment was spent filling out paperwork.
