After going down several sizes from weight loss I had no idea what size I was in or what type of scrubs would be similar to the ones I had, but Cindy knew just the perfect brands and styles! She was the absolute sweetest and helped celebrate my success and progress. I will definitely be back for more of the brands she helped me find today!

Went in to exchange my BP cuff today and the lady at the register wanted to argue with me about another employee giving me a discount on the cuff. I told her I just gave my student ID card to the lady and I had no control over how much of a discount she put in!! She would need to relay that to her co-worker not me! I don’t work for Lambert’s so that has nothing to do with me. Make sure your workers know the correct discounts

For the Turkey creek location - Emily and Cindy were absolutely amazing. They are personable and helpful. We were just driving through and thought we’d look for some clinic clothes and they made the whole experience way more enjoyable. Store was clean and well-organized.

We needed a power chair for my husband. Allen & Sherry were exceptional making our experience positive. They listened to us then guided us to the PERFECT chair for our needs. This is absolutely the best store to go to for any healthcare clothing or accessories. They have a huge selection of scrubs for both men and women. They have a great shoe selection and the staff is incredible. Every time I go in there I have the best time and the staff helps me find anything I need. If youre a student GET YOUR SCRUBS HERE! I visited Lamberts Health Care to get some necessary supplies for nursing school. I was clueless and just began to browse in store when Cindy came to the rescue! She helped me find a proper lab coat and shoes I needed to begin my nursing journey at my university. Cindy was also able to find a particular scrub brand (WonderWink) for me to try on despite not having the color I needed in stock at the store. She was able to place my order for the scrubs in the color I needed. I had a great time and felt comfortable during my visit! I also got some valuable nursing advice and support along the way! (Pro tip use a Mr. Clean magic eraser to clean your white nursing shoes). In addition, I was able to get major discounts on ALL my items just for being a student! (Especially compared to other places and online). I highly recommend visiting for all youre nursing needs and if you get a chance have Cindy Lavin help you out, shes amazing!!

When I walked in I was immediately asked if I needed assistance looking for anything. Elizabeth was amazing and showed me all of the different brands of scrubs and gave me a description of each one to help me feel less overwhelmed. Today I went in looking for scrubs for a new job with no idea what to get or what size I needed. One of the ladies by the name of Vickie helped me from start to finish. We were on a group trip in the Knoxville area one of us fell and injured her knee - couldn’t put weight on it at all. We were leaving town the next day and just needed something to help us carry on moving around town until getting back home to the doctor. Lambert’s to the rescue! Called them about a wheelchair rental, they said no problem, come right in. We pulled up to their beautiful shop (I was so impressed how much inventory they had!), were helped right away and they let us borrow a wheelchair for the day, no charge!! It was a real lifesaver. True compassion and customer service at Lambert’s!

Great place to go if you want to get ignored by literally every sales associate. Went in here to try and find plus size scrubs and it seems like the workers would suddenly find something VERY interesting to do whenever I would wander over to ask a question. I saw them glancing over at me several times so I knew they saw me looking around and looking visibly confused. This is the third time this has happened at Lamberts. Will not be coming back. Shame that they treat nurses like this.

I came in on 3/19/21 and I was having a very difficult day and I know I was being rude. The woman that helped me out, were so patient and understanding that it was difficult day for me. I left in a better mood than I came in with. Thank you for being so nice to a grumpy old woman.

I contacted Lambert’s by phone and had a great experience. I spoke with Sherry who was very helpful and patient and walked me through seat lift chairs online. She helped make the purchase process very simple. The chair was delivered in just 2 days and was exactly what my dad needed.

First off, I hate clothes shopping but I lost 20lbs and needed new scrubs for work. Elizabeth immediately greeted us and helped me find out what scrubs fit me while keeping in mind my request for durability and comfort. She even helped me find two different styles of jackets that fit me well. What color of a top I liked they didnt have, she ordered for me without any grief. I really appreciate the time, effort, and kindness put forth by her and I will definitely recommend anyone to come here for scrubs, socks, or shoes. We were driving from Michigan to Florida and stopped in Knoxville for the night. When we got to the hotel, my husband realized he forgot the cord for his CPAP machine. After a rough night of sleep, we went into Lamberts and asked if they sold CPAP cords. The two woman could not have been more helpful. They did not have CPAP cords for sale but the suggested Best Buy just down the street but as he was leaving, one of them jump up and said, hold on. She pulled out an old CPAP machine that had been given to them and said see if this works. She handed him the cord and it worked great. He tried to pay them, he tried to donate to their favorite charity and they refused both. Southern hospitality at its best. Thank you to the Lambert team.

Lamberts Health Care Turkey Creek has a helpful and knowledgeable staff. I had rotator cuff surgery and the lady told me about a flip pillow and it is wonderful. Plus I bought 1 for a coworker. I will definitely be back for my medical needs.

WOW! Fabulous customer service! I had ordered a new brake for a friends rollator back on 1/13/21, unfortunatley the part is on back order with no estimated arrival. Today I got a call from Sherry, though they still didnt have the part or know when it might come in, they had just received a brand new rollator to sell on their floor. Knowing how important this repair was, they took the brake off of the new one and put it on ours! Above and beyond the call of duty! Allen fixed in 5-10 minutes and didnt even charge me for labor since we had been waiting on the part for so long. I highly recommend Lamberts, they are professional, knowledgeable and very caring! I will never forget their kindness!

I made contact with Lamberts to see if they could help with a repair on a Drive scooter that had a bad wheel. I spoke with Allen and it was determined that the bearings went bad. He ordered the parts and called when they came in. Replacing the parts were somewhat problematic but he replaced them with a smile and the scooter was in working order once again. Great job Allen. I was really struggling with foot pain. I was advised to try some different shoes before doing anything more serious. I went in they were overly helpful and knowledgeable about their shoe selection. I bought a pair of Alegria shoes, and they have cured my foot pain. I highly recommend Lamberts and the shoes!

My doctor gave me an order for a boot for my foot. I went to Lamberts and was met by a very rude women. They had it but she said to me unfortunately they do not fill out medicare forms so I would have to pay cash. Unfortunately for them I went somewhere else. Business is to lazy to provide customer service. They want cash upfront. Take a look at the other reviews on hear about rude customer service and you get the idea.

I went to the Lamberts Turkey Creek store on Friday, 8/14. I asked a young lady if she could help me as I was trying to purchase uniforms for our office. Mattie not only helped me, she went above and beyond my expectations. This is always a stressful chore as we have many different personalities and sizes in our office. I was frazzled by the time we got to the point we had to order some of the uniforms. I know I more than confused her, but she was cool and professional and quick! Thank you, Mattie!

My wife and I visited Lamberts while shopping for lift chairs. Sherry guided us through the several models available here and demonstrated the features of each in detail. We were able to sit in the chairs and gauge comfort and adaptability for our needs. They had what we wanted in stock and we were able to purchase one for each of us and arrange delivery. The delivery was prompt and courteous with the delivery team taking time to place the chairs where we wanted them and make sure we were comfortable with the chair operation. Lamberts has an excellent team of professionals ready to help you with your home care needs.

Shop looked very nice, had a huge selection. Although, when I walked in and saw the prices (even on the scrubs on sale) I left. Theyre scrubs are very high priced. Simple Cherokee brands are priced double+ for what you can buy them online or at other establishments. If you dont mind spending the extra money, I would recommend. Although, I had to buy quite a few scrubs and so I chose another route.

My husband and I visited the Turkey creek store on Wednesday, July 24, 2019. Unfortunately my doctor had directed me to be off my feet for a minimum of 3 weeks so I needed a battery for a scooter I had purchased there in 2015. After standing in the store for over 20 minutes, someone finally came over to us, and then we were both shocked to learn that there were no batteries in the store for my scooter. We were told that Batteries Plus might have what we need though. Because of the urgency to get off my feet so that a wound on my heel could begin to heal, I elected to rent a wheelchair chair f dr. Om Lamberts . I gave my drivers license to April and also my credit card. She gave my credit right back to me but after my husband and I decided to buy a go chair to help deal with my mobility issues, we turned our attention to trying to break down the chair so that we could take it with us. On July 29, 2019, I realized I did not have my drivers license in my wallet. After calling Lamberts medical supply to inquire about my license, I was told my drivers license had been on the counter since July 24, 2019. At no point in time did I EVER receive a call notifying me that my license was still at the store. They had my work number as well as my cell phone number. When I inquired as to how this could happen, one gentleman I spoke with said April called you didnt she? I said no, I never heard from anyone at your store regarding my drivers license. This is totally unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Many customers come to Lamberts because of mobility issues and that is the last thing that anyone needs to have to deal with. Later on even after speaking with the owner of the store, who made excuses for April by saying she is definitely overwhelmed because of moving into the new store, he repeatedly told me he worked 70 hours a week and was by no means a wealthy man. Im not sure what that had to do with anything. Shortly after that call ended, Sherry, called my cell phone and suggested that the next time Im in the store, they would give me a t shirt or a pair of compression stockings!!! No thanks I wouldnt give Lamberts one star unless I had to in order to leave this review. And they also told me that they wrote April up and that the write up would be part of her permanent record. REALLY how does any of this help me????

This business does NOT even deserve 1 star after the extremely POOR customer service that I just received. So, recently, it came to my attention that Lamberts offers a personal shopper option, which would be helpful during the COVID-19 pandemic situation. So I followed the prompts and sent an email inquiring about face masks. I assumed that since they are a healthcare store, that they might have them available for purchase. I did receive a VERY THOUGHTLESS AND COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL response from a so-called personal shopper by the name of Lisa. Basically, it was just a generic response that said we are out of face masks. Clearly, there is a demand for this, hence Her response saying that they are sold out. There was no apology for the inconvenience. No information as to whether or not Lamberts plans to order more. And, if so, when that will be. Also, no information regarding other retailers in the area that might have them available. Normally, I wouldnt expect a retailer to turn away potential business and refer me to one of their competitions but, given the fact that what I am searching for IS an essential healthcare item, and we are in a pandemic situation, I really dont think it should be too much to ask for them to offer further assistance as to where I might be able to locate this much needed item in my local area. Being a small business owner myself, I would be appalled and infuriated with an employee who was as thoughtless and unhelpful as this personal shopper by the name of Lisa. I was going to need other medical supplies as well in the foreseeable future. Now, because of this, I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. You know, there is such a big push right now to supposedly support local businesses. But, if a local business, like Lamberts is going to be this UNHELPFUL AND FLIPPANT, then I have no interest in patronizing them. And, if this is how local businesses in East TN treat their customers the n they DESERVE to go out of business. If I had an employee like Lisa, I would invite her to pursue business elsewhere!!!! VERY disappointing!!

Poor selection. Never can get scrubs in the color I need. Also, very overpriced. I can get scrub sets at lower costs in Amazon or in other scrub stores. Been told that they would be getting more selection in the color scrubs that I need. That has be false statement. In fact, the color selection that I need for scrubs have only gotten smaller over the past year. At other scrubs stores, I can get much variety.

The new Turkey Creek store is amazing. The selection of scrubs is huge, not to mention all the other items available there now too. All the employees that I encountered we very nice and helpful!

Was recommended to Lambert’s because of their shoe specialist, Pam.And I was not disappointed, she was wonderful!My orthopedist had recommended Hoka tennis shoes for me because of arthritis, etc. Not knowing anything about Hokas or which one was the best for me, shopping for shoes is just about as bad as car shopping sometimes, Pam was tremendously helpful, recommending which shoe was the best for me, & giving me other recommendations for down the road. Left with comfortable shoes & feeling confident my feet would start feeling better.Thank you Pam, wish there were more like you out there.

The store on turkey creek needs to be courteous to customers.. I have bought several scrubs there and went in today to exchange a tip cause I had gotten the wrong size and because it had a deodorant on it they wouldn’t exchange instead of the clerk trying to get it off they laughed at us all the way out of the store.. this is not a way to treat ppl who spend money in your store.. I have never been so embarrassed or degraded in my life and before it’s said I didn’t have my receipt I did and the tags were still attached

We tried to rent a wheelchair from this business to use for about 2 hours on a Saturday night. I called and reserved the chair on a Tuesday for a Friday pickup. Was told that it would be a 3 day rental at $31. Not knowing any better, I said that was fine. Was told a Friday pickup and a Monday return would be 3 days. Logical. So when I got there on Friday afternoon, I was summarily informed that Friday to Monday was 4 days, not 3, and that it would be $40 instead of $31. I know that $9 isnt much in the scheme of things, but telling me one thing on the phone and then being downright rude and condescending as if I didnt know that a rental of less than 72 hours (3 days) was obviously a 4 day rental is underhanded. I wouldnt buy anything from this place if my life depended on it. I got the wheel chair from a local drugstore for $12. When they realized that they hadnt given me the foot supports, they gave me the $12 back.This place gets negative stars.

Kind, helpful and patient is how I would describe the employees at Lamberts. Chelsey Smith was wonderful. She knew I was on a budget and didnt even blink an eye when I asked her to let me know what the totals were after the discount. I so appreciate this business...thank you!!!

Shopped in the other location for years and this was my first time in this store. First of all, it’s HUGE, second, it was decorated so cute, but most importantly, everyone was beyond helpful!
