We wanted to install a chairlift in our home so that my father could access our guest room. We contacted 101 Mobility and they came out right away to evaluate our stairs to determine which chairlift would be most appropriate. Chris, from 101 Mobility, provided us with brochures and prices for several different modelsof chairlifts to considered. We did some further research on the various models and chose the Bruno Elan chairlift. We contacted 101 Mobility and scheduled the installation. Jeremy was the technician perform our installation, he was very professional, and did an awesome job. What impressed us the most about this organization, was a handwritten thank you note for our business. We would highly recommend 101 Mobility..

Awesome, I needed a stairlift for my wife who is struggling with stairs and is having foot surgery. They responded quickly and got the lift in in less than a week. Now thats what I call service. Thank you. The lift is a God send and now she does not dread going upstairs.

Been over a month since we requested a part for our power lift for the back of my truck. Talked to two people. J and S. We texted pictures and serial numbers and did everything they ask and still no information and or even a response to say they could not or would not get it. Customer service is becoming a lost art. Surgery came and went without the lift!

We researched several companies including those offering just the equipment with self installation and those with a complete install. We used them for our local high schools social distanced graduation. They came and installed ramps on our temporary stage, which was about 45 high, so there had to be 45 of incline. They looked fantastic, and they were very, very sturdy. And of course they were fully ADA compliant. We were very pleased. One other thing...even though we are about 2.5 hours away, they delivered and set them up as promised, even though the weather that day was far from ideal.
